Claims (7)

1. A method for preparing a bio-organic fertilizer by using hickory nutshells and livestock and poultry manure is characterized by comprising the following steps:
the method comprises the following steps: firstly, hickory hulls are placed in a feeding bin (8) of a material crushing and mixing device, an output end of a motor (11) drives a driving wheel (12) to rotate, the driving wheel (12) drives a driving wheel (10) to rotate through a belt, then a rotating shaft (9) is rotated, when the rotating shaft (9) rotates, three crushing wheels (23) on the rotating shaft (9) rotate, the hickory hulls in a stirring box (22) are crushed through crushing blocks (20) on the crushing wheels (23) so as to be conveniently mixed with livestock and poultry feces, and a sealing plate (4) is closed in the crushing process;
step two: after the pecan hulls are crushed, the livestock and poultry manure is added, and the mixture is stirred by a crushing wheel (23) to achieve the mixing purpose to prepare the bio-organic fertilizer;
step three: mix the completion back, outwards pull out closing plate (4) through notch (21), make the inside of going out feed bin (2) and agitator tank (22) unblocked, the fertilizer enters into out feed bin (2) from agitator tank (22), go out feed bin (2) exhaust fertilizer and fall on hang plate (13), under the effect of gravity, get into in collection box (14), play the transitional action, avoid the fertilizer to spill the hourglass at the in-process that falls, piston rod (18) through pneumatic cylinder (19) control inside move to the cylinder body outside, piston rod (18) promote collecting box (14) and slide on two slide rails (15), move the outside of chassis (3) collecting box (14).

The method for preparing the bio-organic fertilizer by using the pecan shells and the livestock and poultry manure according to claim 1, wherein the material crushing and mixing device comprises a chassis (3) and a stirring box (22), the stirring box (22) is fixedly arranged at the top of the chassis (3), a motor mounting seat (16) is arranged on a supporting leg of the chassis (3) at one side of the stirring box (22), a motor (11) is arranged on the motor mounting seat (16), a driving wheel (12) is arranged at one end of the motor (11), the output end of the motor (11) is in transmission connection with the driving wheel (12), a rotating shaft (9) is arranged inside the stirring box (22), one end of the rotating shaft (9) penetrates through the side wall of the stirring box (22) and extends out of the stirring box (22), and a driving wheel (10) is arranged on the end surface of the rotating shaft (9) extending out of the stirring box (22), the driving wheel (12) is connected with the driving wheel (10) through a belt, and three crushing wheels (23) are arranged on the rotating shaft (9) in the stirring box (22) side by side; an upper cover plate (6) is arranged at the top of the stirring box (22), a feeding bin (8) is arranged above the upper cover plate (6), a transition pipe (7) is arranged between the feeding bin (8) and the upper cover plate (6), a discharging bin (2) is arranged at the bottom of the stirring box (22), a sealing plate (4) is arranged between the discharging bin (2) and the stirring box (22), a supporting rod (1) is arranged between two supporting legs at the bottom of the chassis (3), two sliding rails (15) are arranged at the middle position of the supporting rod (1), the two sliding rails (15) are parallel to each other, a hydraulic cylinder (19) is arranged at the middle position of the top surface of the supporting rod (1), a piston rod (18) is arranged inside the hydraulic cylinder (19), a collecting box (14) is arranged on the two sliding rails (15), an inclined plate (13) is arranged at one end of the collecting box (14), one end of the piston rod (18) is fixedly connected with the fixed block (17).

The method for preparing the bio-organic fertilizer by using the pecan hulls and the livestock and poultry manure as claimed in claim 2, wherein the adjacent crushing wheels (23) have the same spacing distance, and a plurality of crushing blocks (20) are arranged on the outer side wall of each crushing wheel (23).

The method for preparing the bio-organic fertilizer by using the pecan hulls and the livestock and poultry manure as claimed in claim 2, wherein the bearings (5) are arranged at the joints of the rotating shaft (9) and the side walls of the two sides of the stirring box (22), and the two bearings (5) are fixedly arranged on the side walls of the stirring box (22).

The method for preparing the bio-organic fertilizer by using the pecan shells and the livestock and poultry manure as claimed in claim 2, wherein the bottom of the stirring box (22) is provided with a sealing groove, the sealing plate (4) is arranged inside the sealing groove, and one end of the sealing plate (4) is provided with a notch (21).

The method for preparing the bio-organic fertilizer by using the pecan hulls and the livestock and poultry manure as claimed in claim 2, wherein one ends of the two slide rails (15) are respectively and fixedly arranged on the support rod (1), the two ends of the bottom of the collection box (14) are respectively provided with a slide block, and the contact surfaces of the slide blocks and the slide rails (15) are smooth surfaces.
