Abstract

本发明提供了一种农田改造用浆料及制取方法,该浆料是由重量份数为50~85份的碳酸钙质材料、重量份数为15~50份的胶凝性粉体材料而制成的材料与递质剂水经均质、混合农田改造浆料;胶凝性粉体材料为硅灰、铝灰、磷石膏、粘土粉、脱硝石膏中的两种及以上。本发明采用能就地取材的资源作为原材料,将材料工程及技术成功地应用到农业活动当中,采用本发明的农田改造用浆料,能满足注浆法对礓石层进行改造减少渗水、淋水现象的目的,使田地满足水田耕种的保墒要求,使农田改造施工容易,效果好,本发明对旱田改造成水田、增收、增效有积极意义,且具有原材料易得、成本低的优点。

一种农田改造用浆料及制取方法
技术领域
本发明属于农业技术领域,尤其是一种农田改造用浆料及制取方法。
背景技术
中国黄淮流域的耕种土壤层以下,多数是主要成分为碳酸钙的礓石层构造,这种礓石层渗水漏水性强,古往今来积累下来防止土壤层渗漏的保墒农业耕作技术,受无法有效的减少或避免耕犁层下的礓石层渗水漏水现象的限制,时常需进行抗旱等农事活动,无法经济、实惠地进行水田种植,因此,若能发明一种可以使用廉价、就地取材的原材料、并制成农田改造用浆料,就可采用灌浆的施工方式对农田下的礓层进行结构改造,不仅可达到减少或避免礓石层渗水漏水现象,土壤保墒能力的目的,甚至能将土壤渗水漏水严重而无法进行水田耕种的旱田改造成水田,对农业增产、增收、提高经济效益有积极意义。
发明内容
本发明的目的是:针对上述情况及现有技术之缺陷,提供一种可以使用廉价、就地取材的原材料、可采用灌浆的施工方式对农田下的礓层进行结构改造的农田改造用浆料及制取方法。
本发明的技术方案为:提供了一种农田改造用浆料,其特征在于:该浆料是由重量份数为50~85份的碳酸钙质材料、重量份数为15~50份的胶凝性粉体材料组成的材料与递质剂水经均质、混合而制成的农田改造浆料,胶凝性粉体材料为硅灰、铝灰、磷石膏、粘土粉、烟气脱硝石膏中的两种及以上,胶凝性粉体材料的细度不大于0.045mm。
所述的碳酸钙质材料为礓石、石灰石中的一种及以上,碳酸钙质材料的粒度不大于0. 25mm。
制取所述的一种农田改造用浆料的方法为:
步骤一:将碳酸钙质材料经破碎、粉碎成粒度不大于0. 25mm的钙质石粉;
步骤二:将细度不大于0.045mm的胶凝性粉体材料经混合制成胶凝性粉料;
步骤三:钙质石粉、胶凝性粉料与递质剂水混合、搅拌制成流动性适宜的农田改造用浆料。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明采用能就地取材的礓石和廉价的硅灰、铝灰、磷石膏、粘土粉、废气脱硝石膏为原料,来制取农田改造用浆料,满足采用向礓石层注浆方式减少甚至被避免礓石层的渗水、淋水现象的要求,使农田改造施工容易,效果好,本发明对旱田改造成水田、增收、增效有积极意义,且具有原材料易得、成本低的优点。
具体实施方式
以下对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步详细说明。
提供了一种农田改造用浆料,其特征在于:该浆料是由重量份数为50~85份的碳酸钙质材料、重量份数为15~50份的胶凝性粉体材料组成的材料与递质剂水经均质、混合而制成的农田改造浆料,胶凝性粉体材料为硅灰、铝灰、磷石膏、粘土粉、烟气脱硝石膏中的两种及以上,胶凝性粉体材料的细度不大于0.045mm。
所述的碳酸钙质材料为礓石、石灰石中的一种及以上,碳酸钙质材料的粒度不大于0. 25mm。
制取所述的一种农田改造用浆料的方法为:
步骤一:将碳酸钙质材料经破碎、粉碎成粒度不大于0. 25mm的钙质石粉;
步骤二:将细度不大于0.045mm的胶凝性粉体材料经混合制成胶凝性粉料;
步骤三:钙质石粉、胶凝性粉料与递质剂水混合、搅拌制成流动性适宜的农田改造用浆料。
实施例一:选用材料礓石块粉作为碳酸钙质材料;硅灰、磷石膏作为胶凝性粉体材料,碳酸钙质材料与胶凝性粉体材料的重量份数比为50:50。
步骤一:将5吨粒度不大于36mm礓石块经颚式破碎机破碎、并经锤式破碎机粉碎成粒度不大于0. 15mm的礓石粉;
步骤二:将2吨细度不大于0.038mm的硅灰和3吨细度不大于0.045mm磷石膏经螺旋配料机配料、并经滚筒式混料机混合制成胶凝性粉料;
步骤三:500千克礓石粉、500千克胶凝性粉料与适宜量的递质剂水(水为礓石粉和胶凝性粉料质量总和的两倍)混合、在立式搅拌机内制成流动性适宜的农田改造用浆料计吨,在间歇式的立式搅拌机内经多次制浆完成制浆作业。
本实施例的农田改造用浆料,能满足注浆机最大输送距离为200米,注浆压力为2.5Mpa条件下的注浆需求,满足农田礓石层防渗保墒的改造要求。
本例改造过的旱田,原有保墒能力维持4天左右(夏季),增加到能保墒能力增加到8天左右。
实施例二:选用材料礓石块作为碳酸钙质材料;粘土粉、铝灰、磷石膏作为胶凝性粉体材料,碳酸钙质材料与胶凝性粉体材料的重量份数比为50:50。
步骤一:将5吨粒度不大于36mm礓石块经颚式破碎机破碎、并经锤式破碎机粉碎成粒度不大于0. 15mm的礓石粉;
步骤二:将2吨粘土粉、将2吨细度不大于0.038mm的铝灰、1吨细度不大于0.045mm磷石膏和粘土经螺旋配料机配料、并经滚筒式混料机混合制成胶凝性粉料;
步骤三:500千克礓石粉、500千克胶凝性粉料与适宜量的递质剂水(水为礓石粉和胶凝性粉料质量总和的两倍)混合、在立式搅拌机内制成流动性适宜的农田改造用浆料计吨,在间歇式的立式搅拌机内经多次制浆完成制浆作业。
本实施例的农田改造用浆料,能满足注浆机最大输送距离为200米,注浆压力为2.5Mpa条件下的注浆需求,满足农田礓石层防渗保墒的改造要求。
本例改造过的旱田,原有保墒能力维持4天左右(夏季),增加到能保墒能力增加到7天左右。

1.一种农田改造用浆料,其特征在于:该浆料是由重量份数为50~85份的碳酸钙质材料、重量份数为15~50份的胶凝性粉体材料组成的材料与递质剂水经均质、混合而制成的农田改造浆料,胶凝性粉体材料为硅灰、铝灰、磷石膏、粘土粉、烟气脱硝石膏中的两种及以上,胶凝性粉体材料的细度不大于0.045mm。
2.根据权利要求1的所述的一种农田改造用浆料,其特征在于:所述的碳酸钙质材料为礓石、石灰石中的一种及以上,碳酸钙质材料的粒度不大于0. 25mm。
3.制取权利要求1~2的所述的一种农田改造用浆料的方法,其特征在于:
步骤一:将碳酸钙质材料经破碎、粉碎成粒度不大于0. 25mm的钙质石粉;
步骤二:将细度不大于0.045mm的胶凝性粉体材料经混合制成胶凝性粉料;
步骤三:钙质石粉、胶凝性粉料与递质剂水混合、搅拌制成流动性适宜的农田改造用浆料。
