The fixed frame 4 comprises a support plate 43, the support plate 43 is fixed on a base plate 44 of the lifter, and a space is formed between the support plate 43 and the side plate 42, and the space forms an installation space for installing the elastic piece 2. In order to make the extension shaft 1 rotate more smoothly, it is preferable that a graphite bushing 8 is installed on the second installation hole of the support plate 43, as shown in fig. 3, the first cylindrical surface 13 of the extension shaft 1 is engaged with the graphite bushing 8, and the second cylindrical surface 14 of the extension shaft 1 is engaged with the sliding bearing 6.
On the basis of the above embodiment, more preferably, a limiting member 91 is further fixedly mounted on the second cylindrical surface 14 of the extension shaft 1, and the limiting member 91 is a snap spring which is snapped on the extension shaft 1.
