Due to the requirement of automobile export, the automobile host manufacturer needs to disassemble the whole automobile (automobile body assembly and chassis components) which is debugged off line. In the case where the number of outlets is large, in order to improve the decomposition efficiency, it is necessary to perform decomposition on a multi-pack production line.
After the assembly line is disassembled, the body assembly is placed on a special flat trailer and is pulled out from the line body by an electric trailer. Since the body assembly plus flatbed trailer weight tends to be as much as several tons, and flatbed trailer wheels are designed with small diameters and narrow widths for flexibility of use. Therefore, the trailer wheels exert great pressure on the plate assembling chain protection device, the plate assembling chain protection device is seriously deformed and even damaged, and certain potential safety hazards exist on site; if the steel plates with standard sizes are directly paved to protect the plate chains, the standard steel plates are welded, each batch of outlet vehicle is decomposed and needs to be welded and cut, and the preparation work is complicated and time-consuming; when the standard steel plates are laid flatly, the standard steel plates are manually transported due to narrow field space, and are manually transported to a storage area after being used, so that the labor intensity is high; in the carrying process, the fixed part is not held by hands, so that the steel plate is very easy to slide, and is simply stacked during storage, and the steel plate is easy to slide, so that safety accidents occur.
The invention provides a protection device for a plate combining chain, and aims to solve the problem that the protection device for the plate combining chain is inconvenient to use.
Referring to fig. 1, the present invention provides an assembled plate chain protection device 100, which includes two first plate chain sets 1 and two second plate chain sets 2; the two first plate chain groups 1 are arranged at intervals in the transverse direction and used for respectively bearing wheels at two ends of a trailer, each first plate chain group 1 comprises a plurality of first splicing plates 11, each first splicing plate 11 extends in the longitudinal direction, and the first splicing plates 11 are sequentially spliced in the longitudinal direction; the second plate chain group 2 is installed at one end of each of the two first plate chain groups 1 in the longitudinal direction, the second plate chain group 2 comprises a plurality of second splicing plates 21, each second splicing plate 21 extends in the transverse direction, and the second splicing plates 21 are sequentially spliced in the longitudinal direction.
According to the technical scheme, the first splice plates 11 are sequentially spliced in the longitudinal direction to form the first plate chain groups 1, so that the stress of each splice plate 11 is more uniform, only the center is stressed, the stress environment is improved, the deformation is prevented, the two first plate chain groups 1 respectively bear wheels at two ends of a trailer so as to form a linear track for the movement of the trailer, the second plate chain group 2 is arranged at one longitudinal end of each first plate chain group 1, the second splice plates 21 are sequentially spliced in the longitudinal direction to form a plane for integrally bearing the trailer, the trailer can conveniently rotate and turn on the second plate chain group 2, the walking is smooth, the stress is uniform, and the deformation is prevented.
Further, a first concave-convex matching structure is arranged between every two adjacent first splicing plates 11. In order to facilitate the installation of the first splicing plate 11, a plurality of installation ribs 113 extending longitudinally are provided on the first splicing plate 11, and the installation ribs 113 are arranged at intervals along the transverse direction and are used for being clamped into the grooves of the installation area. When the combined plate chain protection device is used in a factory, a groove for preventing a plate chain is formed on the ground, and the first splicing plate 11 is positioned on the ground through the installation rib 113, so that the first splicing plate 11 is prevented from transversely shaking.
It should be noted that, for cost saving and easy production, one end of the mounting rib 113 protrudes from the longitudinal end of the first splice plate 11 to form the mounting protrusion 112, and the other end forms the mounting groove 111.
In order to enhance the strength of the first splicing plate 11, the front surface of the first splicing plate 11 is used for bearing a wheel, and a plurality of reinforcing ribs 114 are arranged on the back surface of the first splicing plate 11. The strength of the first splice plate 11 is increased by the plurality of reinforcing ribs 114, and deformation is prevented.
In particular, the plurality of reinforcing bars 114 comprises first bars extending in the transverse direction and/or second bars extending in the longitudinal direction. In this embodiment, the second ribs extending in the longitudinal direction are provided to conform to the movement of the trailer, so that the setting cost is low.
On the other hand, the plurality of first splice plates 11 include a first connection splice plate located at an end of the first plate link group 1; the second splice plates 21 comprise second connection splice plates positioned at the end parts of the second plate chain group 2; and a second concave-convex matching structure is arranged between the first connection splicing plate and the second connection splicing plate. So as to facilitate the connection between the first plate link group 1 and the second plate link group 2.
Similarly, referring to fig. 3, in the second plate chain group 2, a concave-convex matching structure is also arranged between the plurality of second splicing plates 21, and details are not repeated here.
In order to facilitate the access of the first splicing plate 11 and the second splicing plate 21, a plurality of first handles are arranged on two lateral portions of the first splicing plate 11, which are oppositely arranged along the transverse direction. When in use, the first handle is held.
Similarly, a plurality of second handles are arranged on two side portions of the second splicing plate 21 which are oppositely arranged along the length direction.
It should be noted that, of the two related technical features of the arrangement of the first handle and the second handle, the two related technical features may exist alternatively or simultaneously, and obviously, the technical effect brought by the simultaneous existence is the best.
Referring to fig. 4, the present invention further provides a carrying cart 200 for transporting the above-mentioned multi-pack plate chain protection device 100, the carrying cart includes a carrying plate 3, a plurality of limiting pipes 4 and a plurality of universal wheels 5; a bearing area is formed on the upper end surface of the bearing plate 3, a plurality of mounting holes are formed on the bearing plate 3, and the mounting holes are arranged on the periphery of the bearing area and are arranged at intervals along the circumferential direction of the bearing area; the limiting pipes 4 are respectively installed in the installation holes, a limiting space is formed by the limiting pipes 4 and the bearing area, and the limiting space is used for accommodating the first splicing plate 11 or the second splicing plate 21; a plurality of universal wheels 5 are mounted on the lower end surface of the bearing plate 3.
