The rear end beam 111 of this embodiment includes a middle component beam 1111, both sides of the middle component beam 1111 are provided with side connection end beams 1112, the bottom of the middle component beam is provided with a bottom abrasion plate 1114, the side connection end beams 1112 are used for mounting light signal devices, and a rear end beam connection port 1113 is provided for connecting a bogie.

The embodiment can directly run after being connected with the special bogie with the shaft end generator, effectively reduces invalid dead weight in railway transportation of the refrigerated semitrailer, increases effective load capacity of the refrigerated semitrailer, improves transportation economy of the semitrailer, can adopt road transportation in a short distance, can adopt railway transportation in a middle-long distance, avoids goods replacement in the transportation process, improves timeliness, and meanwhile adopts a more environment-friendly and safe energy supply mode for a mechanical refrigeration system.

The mechanical refrigeration van-type semitrailer for the highway and railway is characterized by comprising a frame, a van body, a wheel assembly and an electric assembly, wherein the frame is used for bearing the van body, and the wheel assembly and the electric assembly are both arranged at the lower part of the frame; the frame comprises a beam frame for bearing a carriage body, the beam frame comprises a front end beam and a rear end beam which are arranged at the front end and the rear end of the beam frame in the moving direction, a first guide connecting box for connecting a rail bogie is arranged on the front end beam, and a second guide connecting box for connecting the rail bogie is arranged on the rear end beam; the bottom of the beam frame is provided with a traction device which is used for connecting with a highway tractor; the wheel assembly comprises a lifting type air suspension arranged on the beam frame, an axle is arranged on the lifting type air suspension, wheels are arranged at two ends of the axle, and the lifting type air suspension is used for lifting the axle and then lifting the wheels; the lifting type air suspension comprises an air suspension, a locking device and a lifting air bag, wherein the air suspension is fixed on the beam frame, one end of the lifting air bag is fixed on the beam frame, the other end of the lifting air bag is connected with the air suspension through a supporting lever, the supporting lever is connected with the wheel shaft, and the locking device is used for locking the supporting lever to rotate; the front end beam with first direction joint box passes through welded fastening, one side of first direction joint box is provided with the first fixed case that is used for installing highway operation's braking system interface equipment, the opposite side is provided with the second fixed case that is used for railway operation's braking system interface equipment, be provided with the connector along the direction that the semitrailer went on the first direction joint box, be provided with the side wearing and tearing board on the left and right sides wall of connector, the interval of both sides side wearing and tearing board is followed connector open end reduces to bottom direction gradually, all be provided with the pinhole that is used for connecting the rail bogie above and below the first direction joint box.

The highway and railway mechanical refrigeration van semi-trailer according to claim 1, wherein a fixed frame for carrying the electrical components is further arranged on the beam frame, the fixed frame and the beam frame are provided with supporting devices, and the electrical components comprise a power supply device, a railway running air braking force and signal transmission device and a highway running braking device; the power supply device further comprises a power supply control box and a storage battery.

The highway and railway mechanical refrigeration van-type semitrailer according to claim 1, wherein the beam frame comprises a first side beam and a second side beam, and the first side beam, the second side beam, the front end beam and the rear end beam are vertically connected and enclosed to form a quadrilateral structure; a first longitudinal beam and a second longitudinal beam are arranged between the first side beam and the second side beam, and the first longitudinal beam, the second longitudinal beam, the first side beam and the second side beam are parallel to each other; the beam frame further comprises a plurality of middle cross beams, a plurality of first side cross beams and a plurality of second side cross beams, wherein the middle cross beams are arranged between the first longitudinal beams and the second longitudinal beams and are arranged in parallel at equal intervals, the first side cross beams are arranged between the first side beams and the first longitudinal beams and are arranged in parallel at equal intervals, and the second side cross beams are arranged between the second side beams and the second longitudinal beams and are arranged in parallel at equal intervals.
