Therefore, when the color comparison card 41 with the corresponding color is searched, the page turning is only needed, and the method is convenient. The sliding rod 42 is connected with the discharging device 2, that is, the sliding rod 42 may be disposed on a side wall of the frame 21, and a length direction of the sliding rod 42 is identical to a length direction of the frame 21. The colorimetric plate 43 is slidably fitted on the slide bar 42. In order to facilitate connection, the colorimetric device 4 may further include a connecting member 45, the connecting member 45 is sleeved on the sliding rod 42, the connecting member 45 is slidably connected with the sliding rod 42, and one end of the connecting member 45, which is far away from the sliding rod 42, is detachably connected with the colorimetric plate 43.
In this embodiment, the connector 45 may include a connection ring 451 and a connection strip 452, and an outer wall of the connection ring 451 is hinged to the connection strip 452. The connecting member 45 is slidably coupled to the sliding rod 42 through a connecting ring 451, and the connecting ring 451 is slidably movable along the length direction of the sliding rod 42. The connecting piece 45 is detachably connected with the color comparison plate 43 through the connecting strip 452, the connecting strip 452 is hinged to the color comparison plate 43, and the connecting strip 452 is connected with the side wall of the color comparison plate 43 far away from the color comparison card 41, that is, the rotatable angle of the color comparison plate 43 is 0-270 °. When the color comparison board 43 is located at the color comparison position, one end of the color comparison board 43 abuts against the top of the frame 21, and the other end of the color comparison board 43 is provided with the color comparison card 41. Since the colorimetric card 41 is made of iron, the mass thereof is large, and in order to prevent the colorimetric plate 43 from being displaced in the colorimetric process, the colorimetric device 4 may further include a fastening member 46, the fastening member 46 has a screw thread, and the connecting ring 451 is provided with a corresponding screw hole. The fastening member 46 is adapted to be threadedly coupled with the coupling ring 451 and interfere with the slide bar 42 to fix the coupling ring 451 with respect to the slide bar 42. The fasteners 46 may be selected from bolts. When the colorimetric device 4 is in the normal position, it may be as shown in FIG. 6.
Referring back to fig. 1, the drying device 5 may be a tunnel type drying device 5, a connecting and transporting frame 7 may be installed between the rack 21 and the drying device 5 according to actual requirements, and the connecting and transporting frame 7 is transported by a third transporting belt 71.
As shown in fig. 7 and 8, the drying device 5 includes a main body 51, an endless chain 52 and flower stands 54, the main body 51 has a heating cavity, the chain is rotatably disposed in the heating cavity, the number of the flower stands 54 is plural, the same end of the plurality of flower stands 54 is connected to the outer side of the endless chain 52, the endless chain 52 is an arc-shaped segment at the feeding end 511 and the discharging end 512 of the main body 51, the endless chain 52 is a straight segment between the feeding end 511 and the discharging end 512, and in the straight segment of the endless chain 52, the flower stands 54 are disposed in parallel and at intervals. In the embodiment, when the endless chain 52 rotates, the flower shelf 54 supporting the product to be dried is driven to move from the feeding end 511 to the discharging end 512, and the main body 51 dries the metal decorating product on the flower shelf 54 while the flower shelf 54 moves from the feeding end 511 to the discharging end 512. The dried product is discharged from the discharging end 512 after the drying is finished, and after the discharging is finished, the annular chain 52 continues to drive the flower stand 54 to move to the feeding end 511, and the circulation is continued, so that the iron sheet to be dried is continuously dried. In order to improve the efficiency, the color printing device 1, the discharging device 2, the sampling inspection device 3 and the colorimetric device 4 can form a group of color printing conveying devices 0, the number of the color printing conveying devices 0 is two, the color printing conveying devices are symmetrically arranged in parallel, and the frames 21 of the two discharging devices 2 are connected. The number of the drying devices 5 is one, and the feed ends 511 of the drying devices 5 are simultaneously connected with the discharge ends 512 of the two discharge devices 2. Correspondingly, the number of the endless chains 52 is two, and the two endless chains 52 are arranged in parallel, and the rotation speeds of the two endless chains 52 can be consistent, and the two endless chains 52 can be controlled respectively. In order to facilitate the two endless chains 52 to move synchronously, the adjacent side walls of the endless chains 52 are provided with mounting holes 521, in addition, the drying device 5 is further provided with a synchronizing rod 53, one end of the synchronizing rod 53 is clamped or inserted into the mounting hole 521 of one endless chain 52, and the other end of the synchronizing rod 53 is clamped or inserted into the mounting hole 521 of the other endless chain 52. The number of the synchronizing bars 53 may be plural. For the convenience of installation, the synchronization rod 53 may include a first rod 531 and a second rod 532, the first rod 531 and the second rod 532 are in threaded connection, and during the relative rotation of the two rods, the length of the synchronization rod 53 changes correspondingly, so that the corresponding installation hole 521 can be conveniently inserted into or pulled out. When only one group of color printing conveying devices need to be started, the synchronous rod 53 can be detached, and only one annular chain 52 is started to rotate, so that the color printing conveying device is flexible.
The iron printing equipment in the embodiment of the application has the implementation principle that: in the process of metal printing, color matching can be performed by means of the color comparison card 41, so that compared with the color comparison card 41 made of paper, the color difference after printing is smaller. After mixing of colors is accomplished, just use color printing device 1 to carry out the color printing, the product after the color printing passes through discharging device 2 and gets into to connect transportation frame 7, and later get into drying device 5, and be located corresponding pergola 54, along with the rotation of annular chain 52, gets into drying device 5 main part 51 and dries, and the ejection of compact obtains the tin printing product after the color printing after the stoving is accomplished. If the sampling inspection is required, the driving member 61 drives the guiding member 321 to rotate so as to be located at the guiding position, and the product passing through the first conveyor belt 22 enters the sampling inspection station 31 and is located on the supporting member 311 of the sampling inspection station 31. The illumination member 312 is turned on, and the colorimetric plate 43 is adjusted to the proper position, the fastener 46 is fastened, and the color comparison is started. After the color comparison is completed, the tin printing product is moved to the surface of the second conveying belt 331, then moves to the discharging device 2 along with the second conveying belt 331, and then enters the drying device 5 for drying through the connecting conveying frame 7.

colorimetric device (4) are connected with discharging device (2), and colorimetric device (4) include colour comparison card (41), and the quantity of colour comparison card (41) is a plurality of, and colour comparison card (41) can be dismantled and connect, and colour comparison card (41) is provided with the printing layer, and the printing layer is used for printing ink, and colour comparison card (41) are iron colour comparison card (41).
