step four: putting the primary product obtained in the step S3 into a calender 8 for further calendering and forming to obtain a printing film, and merging the pre-prepared coating film and the printing film into a whole at the front end of the straight section of the die head of the calender 8;
step five: printing the printing film obtained in the step S4 by using an embossing wheel and a rubber wheel, and embossing and molding the printing film by using an ultra-bright mirror embossing wheel and a rubber wheel with the thickness of 1.5-2.0 mu m to ensure that the surface glossiness of the product reaches over 75GU and is not dull;
step six: passing the printed finished film through a cooling section 10, wherein the rotating speed of the cooling section 10 is 153m/s, and the cooling temperature is 12-20 ℃;
step seven: winding the finished film by using a winding machine;

Claims (10)

1. The PVC label film comprises a printing film and a covering film, and is characterized in that the printing film is attached to the covering film, the covering film comprises, by mass, 80 parts of PVC resin, 1-5 parts of organic tin stabilizer, 3 parts of plasticizer, 10-15 parts of UV resin, 1-5 parts of toughening agent and 0.5 part of lubricant, and the printing film comprises, by mass, 30-40 parts of PVC resin, 30-50 parts of PE resin, 3 parts of organic tin stabilizer, 5 parts of plasticizer, 1.5 parts of acrylic acid, 5 parts of polymethyl methacrylate, 2.5 parts of processing aid, 5 parts of toughening agent, 1 part of lubricant and 3-5 parts of butyl acrylate.
2. The PVC label film with one-sided light, weather-resistant, printable and air-paintable functions as claimed in claim 1, wherein in the components of the printing film, a processing aid is a transparent agent, and xylene is preferably used.
3. The single-sided photo weather-resistant printable inkjet PVC label film according to claim 1, wherein the amount of PE resin in the printed film is preferably set between 35 and 45.
4. A production process of a single-sided light weather-resistant printable and inkjet-paintable PVC label film is characterized by comprising the following steps: s1, screening and preparing materials, S2, stirring and mixing materials, S3, feeding, forming and filtering, S4, calendaring and forming, S5, embossing, S6, cooling, and S7, and coiling;
step S1: respectively sieving the selected PVC resin, PE resin, organic tin stabilizer, plasticizer, acrylic acid, polymethyl methacrylate, processing aid, toughening agent, lubricant and butyl acrylate, and then weighing;
step S2: pouring the dry materials in the step S1 into a mixer for high-speed stirring, controlling the temperature of the stirrer (4) at 110 ℃, the stirring speed at 480r/S and the stirring time at 0.5h, and performing low-speed cold stirring for 10min after the high-speed stirring is finished;
step S3: pouring the dry mixture obtained in the step S2 into a feeding hopper of a planetary machine (5), forming the mixture through a rolling machine (6), and then putting the mixture into a filter (7) for filtering;
step S4: putting the primary product obtained in the step S3 into a calender (8) for further calendering and molding to obtain a printing film, and merging the pre-prepared coating film and the printing film into a whole at the front end of a straight section of a die head of the calender (8);
step S5: printing the printing film obtained in the step S4 by using an embossing wheel and a rubber wheel;
step S6: enabling the printed finished film to pass through a cooling section (10), wherein the rotating speed of the cooling section (10) is 153m/s, and the cooling temperature is 12-20 ℃;
step S7: and winding the finished film by using a winding machine.
5. The process for producing a single-sided glossy, weather-resistant, printable and inkjet printable PVC label film according to claim 4, wherein in the step S5, the embossing step employs a super-bright mirror embossing wheel and a rubber wheel with a thickness of 1.5-2.0 μm to emboss and mold, so that the product surface gloss is not dull up to 75 GU.
6. The process for producing a single-sided photo-weather-resistant printable and air-painted PVC label film according to claim 4, wherein the temperature of the stirrer (4) in the step S2 is preferably controlled at 108 ℃.

A matched production line of a single-sided light weather-resistant printable and inkjet PVC label film comprises a screening machine (1), a meter (2), a powdering machine (3), a stirring machine (4), a planetary machine (5), a rolling wheel machine (6), a filtering machine (7), a calender (8), an embossing machine (9), a cooling section (10) and a coiling machine (11), and is characterized in that the meter (2) is arranged at the downstream of the screening machine (1), the powdering machine (3) is arranged at the downstream of the meter (2), the stirring machine (4) is arranged at the downstream of the powdering machine (3), the planetary machine (5) is arranged at the downstream of the stirring machine (4), the filtering machine (7) is arranged at the downstream of the planetary machine (5), the rolling wheel machine (6) is arranged between the planetary machine (5) and the filtering machine (7), the calender (8) is arranged at the downstream of the filtering machine (7), and a drawing wheel is arranged between the embossing machine (9) and the calender, the cooling section (10) is arranged at the downstream of the embossing machine (9), and the coiling machine (11) is arranged at the downstream of the cooling section (10);
the embossing machine (9) is provided with an embossing machine (9) mechanism, and the embossing machine (9) mechanism consists of a quick disassembly and assembly structure and a roller adjusting structure;
the quick assembly disassembly structure includes: the device comprises a platform (901), an adjusting frame (902), a pair of adjusting blocks, a pair of supporting blocks (903), a pair of fixing blocks (904), a pair of bolts (905), a driving motor (906) and an adjusting gear (907);
