A mechanical paper feeding device for corrugated carton processing is characterized by comprising a device frame (1), a frame shell (2), a feeding conveyer belt (3), a discharging conveyer belt (4), a first paper feeding conveyer belt (5), a second paper feeding conveyer belt (6), a first transfer conveyer component (7), a second transfer conveyer component (8) and an indentation component (9); the device is characterized in that a frame shell (2) is arranged outside a device frame (1), a feeding conveying belt (3) and a discharging conveying belt (4) are respectively arranged on two sides of the device frame (1), the feeding conveying belt (3) is used for conveying corrugated boards into the device frame (1), the discharging conveying belt (4) is used for conveying the corrugated boards out of the device frame (1) and conveying the corrugated boards in a paper feeding manner, a first paper feeding conveying belt (5) and a second paper feeding conveying belt (6) are arranged in the center of the device frame (1) side by side, the first paper feeding conveying belt (5) and the second paper feeding conveying belt (6) are identical in structure, a first transfer conveying component (7) and a second transfer conveying component (8) are both arranged on the device frame (1), the first transfer conveying component (7) and the second transfer conveying component (8) are identical in structure, the first transfer conveying component (7) is positioned between the feeding conveying belt (3) and the first paper feeding conveying belt (5), the first transfer conveying assembly (7) is used for conveying corrugated boards on the feeding conveying belt (3) to the first paper conveying belt (5) and the second paper conveying belt (6), the second transfer conveying assembly (8) is located between the first paper conveying belt (5) and the discharging conveying belt (4), and the second transfer conveying assembly (8) is used for conveying the corrugated boards on the first paper conveying belt (5) and the second paper conveying belt (6) to the discharging conveying belt (4);
the indentation component (9) is provided with two groups which are respectively arranged on the first paper-feeding conveying belt (5) and the second paper-feeding conveying belt (6), and the indentation component (9) comprises an indentation rack (10), a feeding and discharging port (11), a first hydraulic cylinder (12), a connecting frame (13), a first bearing seat (14), a two-way screw (15), a first motor (16), a first sliding seat (17) and an indentation base (18); the two ends of the indentation rack (10) are respectively provided with a material inlet and a material outlet (11), two groups of first hydraulic cylinders (12) are arranged and vertically installed on the indentation rack (10) downwards, the output ends of the first hydraulic cylinders (12) downwards penetrate through the indentation rack (10), a connecting frame (13) is fixedly installed at the output end of the first hydraulic cylinders (12), a first motor (16) is fixedly installed on the connecting frame (13), a first bearing seat (14) is fixedly installed at the central position of the lower end of the connecting frame (13), two-way screw rods (15) penetrate through the bearing inner ring of the first bearing seat (14), the two ends of each two-way screw rod (15) are respectively and rotatably installed on the connecting frame (13), one end of each two-way screw rod (15) is connected with the output end of the first motor (16), two groups of first sliding seats (17) are arranged and symmetrically distributed by taking the first bearing seat (14) as the center, threaded through holes matched with the two-way screw rods (15, the first sliding seat (17) is connected to the connecting frame (13) in a sliding mode, and the indentation base (18) is fixedly installed at the lower end of the first sliding seat (17).
