Abstract

When the device is required to be used for peeling mulberry forks, firstly, the mulberry forks are placed from the feeding pipe 2 and are positioned in the peeling assembly 3 and the pulling assembly 4, the peeling assembly 3 is controlled to start working at the moment to peel the mulberry forks, meanwhile, the pulling assembly 4 drives the mulberry forks to move rightwards to peel, after the mulberry forks are peeled, the peeling assembly 3 is controlled to stop working, and then the peeled mulberry forks are pulled out.
When the device is required to be used for peeling mulberry twigs, the mulberry twigs are inserted into the rotating ring 36, the speed reduction motor 31 is controlled to rotate, the driving belt wheel group 33 drives the rotating shaft 32 to rotate, the large gear wheel 34 is further driven to rotate, the gear ring 37 is driven to rotate, the rotating ring 36 is driven to rotate, the scraper 38 rotates to peel the mulberry twigs, and after the mulberry twigs are peeled, the speed reduction motor 31 is controlled to stop working.

When the mulberry fork is inserted, the clamping rod 53 is pushed to be opened, the lifting rod 56 is driven to move upwards, when the lifting rod 56 moves upwards to be in contact with the first button 58, the first button 58 controls the speed reduction motor 31 to rotate, the mulberry fork is just positioned in the rotating ring 36, and the scraper 38 peels the mulberry fork. Therefore, the speed reducing motor 31 can be automatically controlled to work, and the equipment is more convenient to use.
The electric iron further comprises a second button 6, the second button 6 is mounted on the left portion of the first rail 45, and the second button 6 is electrically connected with the electromagnet 46.
When the second swing rod 44 moves leftwards to be in contact with the second button 6, the mulberry fork just peels off, the second button 6 controls the electromagnet 46 to stop working, and the mulberry fork is automatically released.
