The working principle of the invention is as follows: four polishing bodies 3 are simultaneously fixed on the same base trolley 1 in an elastic rotating and inclined supporting mode through an elastic supporting and rotating mechanism 2, two rib plates of a U-shaped rib 4 are used as tracks, one polishing body 3 is respectively distributed on the left side, the right side, the inner side and the outer side of each rib plate, and a worker pushes polishing equipment to roll on the U-shaped rib 4 to walk, so that four surfaces of the two rib plates of the U-shaped rib 4 can be simultaneously polished. After the grinding motors 3-1 on the four grinding bodies 3 are powered on, the impeller is driven to rotate, workers push the grinding equipment to walk along the U-shaped ribs 4, and the four grinding bodies 3 simultaneously grind the total four surfaces of the inner side surface and the outer side surface of two rib plates of the U-shaped ribs 4. The invention can greatly improve the working efficiency, reduce the labor intensity of workers, save labor, ensure the polishing quality and reduce potential safety hazards.
From the above description it can be found that: according to the U-shaped rib edge polishing equipment, two rib plates of a U-shaped rib 4 are taken as tracks through wheels 1-6, four polishing wheels 3-3, namely thousand-blade wheels, are distributed on the inner side and the outer side of the two rib plates of the U-shaped rib 4, when a control switch 1-3 is pressed down, the four polishing motors 3-1 are powered on to drive the thousand-blade wheels to rotate, and a handle 1-2 is manually pushed to move forwards, so that four surfaces on the inner side and the outer side of the two rib plates of the U-shaped rib 4 are simultaneously polished.
The angle adjusting block 2-1 is used for adjusting the inclination angle of the polishing motor 3-1, so that the polishing surface of the polishing wheel 3-3 is parallel to the polishing surfaces of four rib edges of the U-shaped rib 4 for polishing, and the polishing effect is excellent.
The tension spring 2-3 realizes elastic friction contact polishing of the polishing surface of the polishing body 3 and the U-shaped rib 4, the polishing surface of the impeller is completely attached to the rib edge of the U-shaped rib 4 during polishing, and the polishing effect is smooth and excellent.
For two grinding bodies 3 for grinding the rib edge outside the U-shaped rib 4, a tension spring 2-3 is fixedly connected with a grinding motor 3-1 of the grinding body 3; for two polishing bodies 3 for polishing the rib edges on the inner side of the U-shaped rib 4, the rotating bodies 2-2 of the rest polishing bodies 3 of the tension springs 2-3 are connected, and the tension springs 2-3 are fixed at different parts of the connecting plate 2-4, so that the edge of the impeller and two rib plates of the U-shaped rib 4 are firmly attached, sufficient friction force is provided for polishing, and the polishing effect is ensured.
In conclusion, the U-shaped rib edge grinding equipment disclosed by the invention realizes one-time automatic grinding of the inner side and the outer side of the two rib plates of the U-shaped rib 4, greatly reduces the operation intensity of manually fixing a workpiece, improves the operation efficiency and reduces the potential safety hazard.
