5. The plate grinding apparatus as defined in claim 4, wherein the driven wheel transfer unit (323) further includes a balance support bar (3237) and a balance connecting bar (3238);
one end of the balance connecting rod (3238) is connected with the upper end of the balance supporting rod (3237), the other end of the balance connecting rod (3238) is rotatably connected with the first end of the rotation connecting shaft (3235), and the lower end of the balance supporting rod (3237) is fixed on the mounting plate (321).
6. A board grinding apparatus as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that the apparatus further comprises a tensioning wheel (33) and an offset adjustment wheel (34) in conveying contact with the sanding belt (31).
7. The plate grinding apparatus as claimed in claim 2, wherein the positioning platform (2) is provided with a first adjustable limit stop (4) and a second adjustable limit stop (5) on opposite sides thereof, respectively;
the sheet material is positioned between a first adjustable bump stop (4) and a second adjustable bump stop (5).

The board grinding apparatus as defined in claim 7, wherein the conveying assembly (32) further includes an adjustable limit stop (324) provided on the mounting plate (321), the adjustable limit stop (324) being used for positioning the board, and a positioning direction of the adjustable limit stop (324) being perpendicular to a positioning direction of the first adjustable limit stop (4).
9. The board grinding apparatus as claimed in claim 8, characterized in that the number of the grinding modules (3) is two, the two grinding modules (3) corresponding to one side of the first adjustable limit stop (4), the second adjustable limit stop (5), respectively.
10. The board grinding apparatus as defined in any one of claims 1-9, characterized in that the apparatus further comprises a chip recovery module (6) provided on the frame (1);
the scrap recovery module (6) is located below the end corners of the sheet material.
