s2, pre-burning: heating the first product and the second product blank which are manufactured and formed to 1100-plus 1150 ℃ in a protective atmosphere environment, preserving heat for 1-1.5 hours, cooling along with the furnace to obtain two pre-sintered blanks, respectively putting the two blanks into an ion nitriding furnace for gas nitriding, controlling the nitriding temperature to be 500 +/-10 ℃, keeping the nitriding temperature for 20-30 hours, and keeping the hardness after nitriding to be more than 700 HV;
s3, lapping and finishing:
s3.1, manufacturing a first forming grinding tool and a second forming grinding tool which correspond to each other according to the shapes and the sizes of the first product and the second product, wherein the grinding surfaces of the first forming grinding tool and the second forming grinding tool are reserved with electroplated layer sizes of 2-3 mm;
s3.2, electroplating the first molding grinding tool and the second molding grinding tool through an electroplating process, electroplating and adsorbing a layer of diamond dust with corresponding specifications on the surfaces of the grinding surfaces of the first molding grinding tool and the second molding grinding tool, wherein the sizes of the electroplated first molding grinding tool and the electroplated second molding grinding tool correspond to the sizes of the first product and the second product;
s3.3, mounting the first forming grinding tool on the grinding device, and after the first forming grinding tool is mounted, lapping the surface to be ground of the first product by using carborundum on the grinding surface of the first forming grinding tool, wherein the surface roughness value of the first product after lapping is not more than 0.3 um; installing a second molding grinding tool on the grinding device of claim 1, and lapping the surface to be ground of a second product by using carborundum on the grinding surface of the second molding grinding tool, wherein the surface roughness value of the second product after lapping is not more than 0.3 um;
and S3.4, respectively lapping the surfaces to be ground of the first product and the second product to obtain a coupled first product and a coupled second product.

The method of fitting research according to claim 4, wherein: in the step S3.2, when electroplating is carried out by an electroplating process, the first product and the second product are subjected to pre-plating treatment, including oil removal and activation, and the diamond is subjected to wetting treatment, boiled for 30 minutes by nitric acid and thoroughly washed, wherein the electroplating solution comprises the components of nickel sulfate 250-270g/L, nickel chloride 40-50g/L, boric acid 40-50g/L, sodium dodecyl sulfate 0.01-0.03g/L, saccharin 0.2-0.5g/L and 1, 4-butynediol 0.1-0.3g/L, the temperature of the electroplating solution is 50-55 ℃, and the pH value is 4-5.
