a fixing clamp for machining automobile parts comprises a gear raw material and four shafts, wherein one side of each of the four shafts is fixedly connected with a flange, a base is arranged on one side wall of each flange, a plurality of countersunk holes are formed in the outer side wall of each flange, a plurality of first threaded holes matched with the countersunk holes are formed in the outer side wall of each four shaft, a plurality of supporting columns are fixedly connected to one side wall of each base, a lower template is fixedly connected to one end, away from the base, of each supporting column, a pneumatic cylinder is fixedly connected to the outer side wall of each base, a pull rod is fixedly connected to an output shaft of each pneumatic cylinder, through holes matched with the pull rods are formed in the outer side wall of each lower template, pins are arranged on one side wall of each lower template, an upper template is arranged on one side wall of each lower template, pin holes matched with the pins are formed in the outer side wall of each upper template, fixing holes matched with the pull rods are formed in the outer side wall of each upper template, the outer side wall of the upper template is provided with a groove, the groove and the fixing hole are concentrically arranged, a cavity is formed in the pull rod, a fixing device used for fixing the upper template is arranged in the cavity, one end of the pull rod is provided with a round hole, and the round hole is communicated with the cavity.
According to a preferred technical scheme, the fixing device comprises a plurality of mounting grooves, the mounting grooves are formed in the inner side wall of the cavity, a clamping block is arranged in the mounting grooves in a sliding mode, the outer side wall of the clamping block is fixedly connected with a limiting block, a compression spring is sleeved on the outer side wall of the clamping block, one end of the compression spring is fixedly connected with the side wall of one side of the limiting block, one end, far away from the limiting block, of the compression spring is fixedly connected with the inner side wall of the mounting groove, one end of the clamping block extends out of the outer side wall of the pull rod and is provided with a rectangular groove, a connecting rod is rotatably connected in the rectangular groove, a handle is arranged in the circular hole in a sliding mode, and one end, far away from the pull rod, of the connecting rod is rotatably connected with one end of the handle.
As a preferred technical scheme of the invention, the outer side wall of the base is fixedly connected with a limiting ring, and the outer side wall of the flange is provided with a limiting groove matched with the limiting ring.
As a preferred technical scheme of the invention, the supporting column, the base and the lower template are fixedly connected by threads.
According to a preferable technical scheme of the invention, a plurality of second threaded holes are formed in the side wall of one side of the lower template, through holes are formed in the inner side wall of each second threaded hole, the pins are positioned in the through holes in a sliding mode, and headless screws are connected in the second threaded holes in a threaded mode.
As a preferred technical scheme of the invention, the outer side wall of the pin is provided with a plurality of trapezoidal grooves, and one end of the pin is provided with a spherical head
As a preferable technical scheme of the invention, a rubber pad is arranged on the side wall of one side of the upper template, and the rubber pad is connected with one side of the upper template by gluing.

The working principle of the invention is as follows: when the device is used, the flange 3 is fixedly connected with the four-shaft 2, the concentricity of the flange is tested, the limiting ring 25 on one side of the base 4 is inserted into the limiting groove 26, the bolt is placed into the countersunk hole 5 to be in threaded connection with the flange 3, the concentricity of the flange is tested, after the fixation is finished, the pneumatic cylinder 9 is opened, the gear raw material 1 is placed on the lower template 8 in a manner of positioning through the pin 12, the upper template 13 is buckled on the outer side wall of the gear raw material 1, the pin 12 is inserted into the pin hole 31, then the handle 24 is pressed, the handle 24 pushes the connecting rod 23, the connecting rod 23 pushes the clamping block 19 to slide in the mounting groove 18 and extrude the compression spring 21, one end of the clamping block 19 extends out of the outer side wall of the pull rod 10, the pneumatic cylinder 9 is closed, the pneumatic cylinder 9 drives the pull rod 10 and the clamping block 19, and the clamping block 19 is pressed in the groove 15 on one side of the upper template 13, so that the upper template 13 extrudes the gear raw material 1 to be abutted against the lower template 8, and then the milling machine is opened to process the gear raw material.
