Claims (10)

1. The punching equipment with the function of cleaning the metal in advance is characterized by comprising a base (1), two fixing plates (2), two pressing plates (3), a rotating shaft (4), a punching mechanism, a cleaning mechanism and a clamping mechanism, wherein the base (1) is horizontally arranged, the two fixing plates (2) are vertically arranged at two ends of the base (1) respectively, the pressing plates (3) are horizontally arranged between the two fixing plates (2), the pressing plates (3) are positioned above the base (1), the pressing plates (3) are in sliding connection with the two fixing plates (2), the rotating shaft (4) is vertically arranged on the base (1), the punching mechanism is arranged on the pressing plates (3), and the cleaning mechanism and the clamping mechanism are positioned at two sides of the rotating shaft (4) respectively;
the punching mechanism comprises a punching assembly and a lifting assembly, the punching assembly comprises a motor (5), a screw rod (6) and a drill bit (7), the motor (5) is vertically arranged at one end of a pressing plate (3) downwards, the screw rod (6) is arranged on the motor (5), the drill bit (7) is arranged at one end of the screw rod (6) far away from the motor (5), the drill bit (7) is coaxially arranged with the screw rod (6), the drill bit (7) is in transmission connection with the screw rod (6), the lifting assembly comprises a walking block (8), a first connecting rod (9), a second connecting rod (10) and two supporting units, the walking block (8) is sleeved on the screw rod (6), the walking block (8) is in transmission connection with the screw rod (6), the first connecting rod (9) and the second connecting rod (10) are respectively and horizontally arranged at two sides of the walking block (8), the first connecting rod (9) and the second connecting rod (10) are both positioned below the pressure plate (3), one side of the fixed plate (2) close to the pressure plate (3) is provided with a strip-shaped groove, the two supporting units are respectively positioned in the two strip-shaped grooves, the supporting unit comprises a sliding block (11), a supporting column (12) and a first spring (13), the supporting columns (12) are vertically arranged in the strip-shaped grooves, the sliding blocks (11) are sleeved on the supporting columns (12), the sliding block (11) is connected with the support column (12) in a sliding way, one end of the sliding block (11) far away from the fixed plate (2) is connected with the pressing plate (3), the first spring (13) is sleeved on the support post (12), the first spring (13) is positioned below the sliding block (11), one ends of the first connecting rod (9) and the second connecting rod (10) far away from the walking block (8) are respectively connected with one ends of the two sliding blocks;

the clamping mechanism comprises a second connecting plate (27), a first fixing rod (28), a second fixing rod (29), a first rack (30), a rolling rod (31), a first gear (32), a second gear (33), a second rack (34) and a second clamping plate (35), the second connecting plate (27) is horizontally arranged on one side, away from the first connecting plate (14), of the rotating shaft (4), the first fixing rod (28) is vertically arranged on the second connecting rod (10), the first fixing rod (28) is positioned below the second connecting rod (10), the second clamping plate (35) is vertically arranged on the base (1), the second clamping plate (35) is in sliding connection with the base (1), the second rack (34) is horizontally arranged on one side, close to the rotating shaft (4), of the second clamping plate (35), the rolling rod (31) is arranged between the second rack (34) and the second connecting plate (27), the rolling rod (31) is perpendicular to the base (1), the second gear (33) is sleeved on one end of the rolling rod (31), the second gear (33) is connected with the rolling rod (31) in a key mode, the second rack (34) is meshed with the second gear (33), the first gear (32) is sleeved on one end, far away from the second gear (33), of the rolling rod (31), the first rack (30) is vertically arranged on one side, close to the rotating shaft (4), of the first gear (32), an opening is formed in the second connecting plate (27), the first rack (30) penetrates through the opening, the first rack (30) is meshed with the first gear (32), and the second fixing rod (29) is vertically arranged above the first rack (30);
