Description

Human body transferring and retaining device for medical image examination
Technical Field
The application belongs to the technical field of medical instruments, and particularly relates to a human body transferring and retaining device for medical image examination.
Background
Under the new crown epidemic situation, the emergency medical rescue is very important. The medical emergency rescue process comprises two processes of rescue transportation outside a hospital and emergency rescue diagnosis and treatment in the hospital. The out-of-hospital rescue refers to the rapid transport of a patient from a disease-affected area to a hospital; the emergency treatment in hospital means that the patient is transferred to departments such as an operating room and an Intensive Care Unit (ICU) from hospital admission to various examinations in departments such as an emergency department and an image department or transferred to ward departments such as an operating room and the ICU according to needs.
In critical, emergency medical situations, patients often need to receive multiple, and multiple types of imaging exams at the first time, and need to be transported in multiple different imaging exams rooms. Since the patient needs to be transported to a specific examination table for each kind of imaging examination, the procedure involves transporting the patient many times, which not only results in delay of treatment time, but also results in secondary injury due to improper transportation. In addition, when a patient receives CT (computed tomography), MRI (magnetic resonance), and DR (direct digital radiography) examinations, the patient needs to be kept in a still state for a certain period of time, but unconsciousness, pain, and involuntary movements of the elderly and children often occur, which may prolong the examination time or cause examination failures, and also may affect the timely treatment of the patient.
The stretcher in the prior art is mainly used for rescue transportation, and can not realize accurate retention of a patient during imaging examination. The prior art imaging examination fixing device, such as the chinese patent with publication number CN109805961B, is of a metal bed type structure and cannot move with the patient between different examination items.

Detailed Description
Exemplary embodiments of the present application are described below with reference to the accompanying drawings. It should be understood that the detailed description is only intended to teach one skilled in the art how to practice the present application, and is not intended to be exhaustive or to limit the scope of the application.
The human body transferring and retaining device for medical image examination can comprise a pad and a retaining bag assembly. Wherein, the support pad can be a plastic plate, an organic glass plate or a negative pressure support pad 1. The retention bag assembly can be a positive pressure retention bag assembly and can also be a negative pressure retention bag assembly. The retention pocket assembly may be disposed on the pad at a location corresponding to at least one of a head and neck, a shoulder, a hip, an elbow, a knee, and an ankle of a human. The patient can lie on the supporting pad, and the body part is fixed by the fixing bag assembly, so that the transportation and the fixing of the body of the patient can be simultaneously completed.
As shown in fig. 1, in one embodiment of the present application, the pad is a negative pressure pad 1, and the negative pressure pad 1 includes a negative pressure cavity 11 formed by laminating and molding upper and lower polymer thin layers and a marginal area located outside a negative pressure cavity edge 15 of the negative pressure cavity 11. The high molecular thin layer material can be a TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer rubber) film, and the single layer can be 0.8mm to 2 mm.
The negative pressure cavity 11 may be filled with polymer particles 12 (for example, polypropylene particles), and one end of the negative pressure cavity 11 is provided with a negative pressure pad valve 13 having negative pressure air exhaust and intake functions, so as to achieve two operations of negative pressure molding and air intake losing a specific shape (it can be understood that the same purpose can be achieved by respectively providing a negative pressure exhaust port and an air intake). The negative pressure pumping operation may be achieved by a pumping device such as a pump jack or the like.
When negative pressure is pumped, the polymer material particles 12 in the negative pressure cavity 11 are in a tightly gathered state, and along with the increase of the negative pressure, the polymer material particles 12 are in a polymerization state enhanced, so that the negative pressure cushion 1 can be in a plate shape. It can be understood that, under the negative pressure condition, the shape of the negative pressure pad 1 may be rectangular or human body shape (the human body shape is not shown in the figures, the human body shape of the negative pressure pad 1 may be appropriate for the human body shape, for example, the distance between the left and right sides of the negative pressure pad 1 at the head and neck position may be appropriately reduced to the head, after air intake, the air pressure in the negative pressure cavity 11 is recovered (for example, may be equal to the atmospheric pressure), the polymer particles 12 are in a dispersed state, and the negative pressure pad 1 is recovered from a plate shape to a curled and/or folded shape, which is convenient for carrying the negative pressure pad 1.
A handle gap 14 (the handle gap 14 can be an oval or rectangular gap to facilitate the hand to extend and grasp) or a handle formed on the edge region outside the edge 15 of the negative pressure cavity can be arranged on the edge region to facilitate the patient transfer. Preferably, 4 negative pressure pad handle gaps 14 at the left side and the right side (not the head side and the tail side), 2 head sides and 2 tail sides can be arranged, so that the patient can be transferred conveniently. It will be appreciated that a pull handle may also be attached to the handle aperture 14.
The high molecular material (such as two layers of high molecular thin layer material and high molecular material particles 12 forming the negative pressure cavity 11) used by the negative pressure pad 1 is suitable for X-rays and magnetic fields, does not influence the penetration of the X-rays and does not induce magnetic resonance imaging artifacts. The negative pressure pad valve 13, the air cylinder (not shown in the figure, which can be disconnected from the negative pressure pad 1) and the handle gap 14 (and possibly the handle) can be designed in a non-magnetized way (non-ferromagnetic material such as plastic, rubber, copper, etc., without magnetization). The cushion can be suitable for various image examinations such as CT, MRI, DR and the like. The negative pressure suction pressure of the negative pressure cavity 11 can be 40-60 kPa, and preferably 50 kPa. After the negative pressure pumping operation, the thickness of the negative pressure support pad 1 is about 3-5 cm, and the bearing capacity can be not lower than 150 kg, so that the transfer function of the stretcher bed is realized.
The retention bag can be pressed and molded according to the human body molding simulation shape or attached or adhered (for example, by using a magic tape) to the corresponding position of the negative pressure pad 1. For example, overall design is carried out according to an ergonomic theory, human body modeling is carried out by applying an anthropometric principle, the features of the trunk part are extracted according to specific points at the top and the tail ends of the head, the features of the four limb part are extracted according to the characteristic points at the tail ends of the four limb part, and the topological structure of the human body model is drawn by applying a Morse function contour line. As the key latitude characteristics of the human body are formed by 23 central points (such as black points in figure 1) of the Morse function contour line, the skeleton structure of the human body model is formed by connecting 23 key points, the human body is divided into 16 rigid blocks, dimension reduction is carried out on the model from the rigid blocks respectively, and finally, the complete and uniform human body form is simulated and recovered. And the connecting position of the retention bag and the pad is designed according to the human body molding simulation principle.
As shown in FIGS. 1, 2 and 3, in one embodiment of the present application, the retention bag assembly may include a head and neck positive pressure retention bag 2, a shoulder positive pressure retention bag 3, a hip positive pressure retention bag 4, an elbow positive pressure retention bag 5, and a knee positive pressure retention bag 6, which are respectively press-fitted and molded to the connection portions 24, 34, 44, 53, 63 of the negative pressure pad 1 in accordance with the anthropomorphic dummy shape. The positive pressure retention bag can also be formed by laminating an upper layer of high polymer thin layer material and a lower layer of high polymer thin layer material, so that a positive pressure retention bag cavity capable of being filled with positive pressure is defined. A pouch valve (e.g., pouch valves 21, 31, 41, 51, 61) having inflation and deflation functions may be provided on the positive pressure pouch chamber to allow the positive pressure to be supplied to and released from the positive pressure pouch chamber through the pouch valve. It will be appreciated that the same objective can be achieved by providing separate inlet and outlet valves.
The pressure detecting means may be provided to the positive pressure retention bag or connected or detachably connected to a valve of the retention bag for detecting the pressure within the cavity of the positive pressure retention bag.
In one example, a pressure sensor may be provided on the positive pressure retention bag to monitor the retention pressure in real time, and the patient may be protected from damage due to excessive pressure by stopping pressurization when a threshold is reached. The pressure sensor can wirelessly transmit pressure information to a receiving device, such as a mobile phone or a tablet computer, in a non-lead manner. The pressure within the positive pressure retention bag may be viewed and checked via the receiving means and an alarm signal may be issued when the pressure exceeds a threshold value. The non-lead transmission may include transmission via electromagnetic waves, magnetism, or light. In the case of transmission using a magnetic field, for example, the frequency of the magnetic field can be kept away from the magnetic field resonance frequency of the image examination apparatus.
The switch-type flexible attached pressure sensor can be arranged at the position of the retention bag, which is in contact with a human body, so that the pressure on the surface of the human body can be monitored in real time, the air filling of the retention bag can be controlled in a feedback manner, and the risk that a patient is damaged due to high pressure can be avoided. The switch type flexible attached pressure sensor is a flexible wearable medical instrument, can accurately measure pressure according to the appearance of each part of a human body, and finally can realize intelligent automatic control of inflation and deflation of the retention bag.
In another example, a pressure sensor or gauge may be provided in the conduit between the positive pressure retention bag and the inflation device of a pump or the like to display the pressure within the positive pressure retention bag via the receiving device or the gauge itself. The pipe line can be disconnected from the positive pressure retention bag, so that the pressure sensor or the pressure gauge does not affect the medical image examination, and the pressure sensor or the pressure gauge is more freely selected.
For example, the positive pressure threshold may be 8 to 19 kPa (relative to atmospheric pressure), preferably 16 kPa. The elbow and knee parts are relatively convenient to fix and easy to operate, so that a pressure detection device is not needed. The pressure detection device can adopt a nonmagnetic design.
The left and right sides of the positive pressure retention bag may be connected or detachably connected with auxiliary fixing parts 23, 33, 43, 52, 62 such as nylon buckles or hook and loop fasteners, so that the positive pressure retention bag fixes the human body in a manner of surrounding the human body through the auxiliary fixing parts 23, 33, 43, 52, 62, assisting the retention of the positive pressure retention bag to the human body. Taking the head as an example, the left end and the right end of the head and neck positive pressure retention bag 2 are pulled up by using nylon hanging buckles, the nylon hanging buckles are buckled, the head is surrounded in the head and neck positive pressure retention bag 2, and then the positive pressure retention of the head of the patient is completed by pressurizing through the head and neck positive pressure retention bag 2. It can be understood that the nylon hanging buckle and the magic tape are not limited to the same auxiliary body retention measures.
In one embodiment of the present application, when a patient is examined radiographically, a corresponding positive pressure retention bag can be selected according to the examination site. After a human body lies on the negative pressure support pad 1, the nylon hanging buckle is buckled or the magic tape is attached, and then the positive pressure retention bag is inflated and pressurized through the retention bag valve, so that the examined part of the patient is fixed under the annular pressure. Each malleation maintenance bag sets up pressure sensor with patient's skin contact department, and real-time supervision pressure stops after reaching the threshold value, avoids the patient to bear too high pressure and causes the damage. Then the negative pressure pad 1 is used to smoothly enter CT, MRI and DR examination areas for imaging examination. In the process, the patient is subjected to the imaging examination from the first-aid transfer to the steady state, the whole-process integration is realized, and the precious time for waiting for treatment of the patient is shortened.
The application can realize reliable whole body fixation. However, under the condition of not needing to fix the whole body, the positive pressure retention bag of the corresponding area can be selected according to the image examination part, and the imaging examination can be successfully completed.
The embodiment of the application also has the following beneficial effects:
1. the device is particularly suitable for large-scale epidemic situation, critical illness and battlefield rescue.
2. The device can be integrated rescue, transportation, the three stage of fixed image inspection, carries out effective stack with three process transit time usually, consequently can omit the different stage conversion process of every emergency rescue to save the valuable time of saving the life.
3. For patients who have acute ischemic stroke and acute chest pain such as aneurysm and the like and can be treated in blood vessels, the integrated transfer device is used, the rescue, the transfer, the retention image examination, the blood vessel treatment and the image treatment evaluation examination are integrated, and the rescue effect is greatly improved due to the contraction of the time window.
4. For emergency rescue of a traumatic patient, device rescue, transfer, retention image examination, retention surgery treatment, retention image evaluation examination can be applied.
5. Currently, accurate and minimally invasive treatment based on image guidance is an important component of modern medicine, and such treatment means all require a patient to keep a static body position for a long time to obtain an optimal image diagnosis and treatment result, such as three-dimensional conformal intensity modulated radiotherapy, image-guided intervention and the like. Longer periods of static body positions can be accomplished with the aid of the present application.
Integration of wearable device, monitoring vital signs (respiration, electrocardiogram, blood pressure, pulse): ensuring no image artifacts and magnetic field compatibility.
Therefore, any modification, equivalent replacement, improvement or the like made within the spirit and principle of the present application shall be included in the protection scope of the present application. Of course, various application scenarios of the technical features of the above-described embodiments can be arbitrarily combined, and all combinations of the technical features that are applied and associated should be considered as the scope of the present specification. Meanwhile, the above-mentioned embodiments only express exemplary embodiments of the present application, and the description thereof is more specific and detailed, but not construed as limiting the scope of the present application. Such techniques or variations and modifications as would occur to one skilled in the art without departing from the spirit and scope of the present application are intended to be covered by the present application.
