the middle linking unit block 3 and the pin rod 4 are fixed into a whole, and a base end part through hole 1A which transversely penetrates through is formed in the base part 1; the link unit block 2 is provided with a link unit block perforation 2A for sleeving the pin rod 4; the middle linking unit block 3 is connected with the base 1 through the corresponding pin rod 4, and is connected with the linking unit block 2 through the corresponding pin rod 4; the end of the pin rod 4 is provided with a screw opening, after the pin rod 4 penetrates through the corresponding component, the lock head 5 is screwed on the end of the pin rod 4, and the middle linking unit block 3 can be separated from other components when the lock head 5 is unscrewed, so that the watchband with adjustable length is formed. Embodiment 2 is used in a similar manner to embodiment 1 except that the central link unit block 3 and the pin 4 in embodiment 2 are fixed integrally, which can reduce the number of parts to make the operation easier.
As in embodiment 1, the base 1 and the linking unit block 2 in embodiment 2 are provided with a region 6 having a larger aperture than the corresponding through hole on the side thereof for hiding the locking head 5.
Meanwhile, the base part 1, the linking unit block 2 and the middle linking unit block 3 are respectively aluminum alloy pieces and are treated as follows;
zinc deposition, namely performing zinc deposition treatment on the aluminum alloy pulling piece, putting the aluminum alloy pulling piece into a mixed solution of 80g/L of zinc oxide, 80g/L of nickel nitrate, 150g/L of ferric oxide, 180g/L of sodium sulfate and 220g/L of copper sulfate, and performing conductive electrolysis through a conductive wire; carrying out pyrocopper treatment after electrolysis, and plating an alkali copper layer on an aluminum alloy piece in an electrolytic bath by utilizing an electrolyte of a mixed solution with the concentration of 150g/L potassium pyrophosphate, 120g/L copper pyrophosphate and 50g/L amino acid; then, the aluminum alloy piece is immersed in acid copper electroplating solution for electroplating, so that an acid copper layer is plated on the outer surface of the aluminum alloy piece, the electrolyte is copper sulfate 150-220g/L, sulfuric acid 60-90g/L and chloride ion 20-60g/L, and the electroplating time is 20-40 minutes; and (4) carrying out electrolytic coloring treatment on the aluminum alloy piece, and finally cleaning and drying. The method has the advantages of enabling the surface of the zipper to be bright, having good antirust capacity and preventing skin allergy, replacing bright nickel, enabling the plating layer to be more environment-friendly and low in cost, improving the quality of the zipper and prolonging the service life of the zipper.
Meanwhile, the diameter of the pin 4 is smaller than the diameters of the base end part through hole 1A and the link unit block through hole 2A, so that the middle link unit block 3 is kept in a movable relationship with the base part 1 and the link unit block 2.
The invention has the following improvements and advantages;
the watch band comprises a watch band body, a watch band body and a watch band body, wherein the watch band body is provided with a watch band body; the watchband comprises a base part 1 for realizing the connection between the watchband and a corresponding watch frame; the watch band includes a plurality of link unit pieces 2, and a plurality of central link unit pieces 3; the bracelet comprises a plurality of pins 4 which serve to connect the above-mentioned elements; a base end part through hole 1A which transversely penetrates is formed in the base part 1; the linking unit block 2 and the middle linking unit block 3 are respectively provided with a linking unit block perforation 2A and a middle linking unit block through cavity 3A for sleeving a pin rod 4; the base 1 and the middle linking unit block 3 and the linking unit block 2 are connected through the pin rod 4, screw openings are formed in two ends of the pin rod 4, the locking heads 5 are screwed at two ends of the pin rod 4 after the pin rod 4 penetrates through the corresponding assembly, and the pin rod 4 can be taken out when the locking heads 5 are unscrewed, so that the watchband with adjustable length is formed. During operation: assembling the watchband: a single pin rod 4 penetrates through the middle link unit block 3, then penetrates through a base end part penetrating hole 1A and a link unit block penetrating hole 2A corresponding to the base part 1 or the link unit block 2, a lock head 5 is screwed on the end of the pin rod 4, and the watch band part is formed by combining and cascading a plurality of link unit blocks 2. Adjusting the watchband: the locking heads 5 in the watchband are unscrewed, so that the locking heads 5 are separated from the ends of the corresponding pin rods 4, the single pin rods 4 are separated from the corresponding link unit blocks 2, and then the pin rods 4 are penetrated again after part of the link unit blocks 2 are detached and the locking heads 5 are screwed to form the watchband with different lengths. This application has continued the length that adopts the mode of the increase and decrease of fragment number to adjust the watchband, but the adjustment mode of this application is comparatively easy, does not need too much mechanical equipment just to realize, consequently is different from prior art.

Embodiment 2 is used in a similar manner to embodiment 1 except that the central link unit block 3 and the pin 4 in embodiment 2 are fixed integrally, which can reduce the number of parts to make the operation easier.
In the embodiment 3, the base 1 and the linking unit block 2 are provided with the area 6 with the hole diameter larger than the corresponding perforation on the side surface, which has the advantage that the lock head 5 can be screwed in the area 6 by the clamp, i.e. the area 6 is used for hiding the lock head 5.
4, the diameter of the pin rod 4 is smaller than the diameters of the base end part through hole 1A, the link unit block through hole 2A and the middle link unit block through cavity 3A, and the advantage is that all components can keep moving relation conveniently.
5, the base part 1, the linking unit block 2 and the middle linking unit block 3 are respectively aluminum alloy pieces and are treated as follows; a, depositing zinc, namely depositing the zinc on an aluminum alloy pulling piece, putting the aluminum alloy pulling piece into a mixed solution of 80g/L zinc oxide, 80g/L nickel nitrate, 150g/L iron oxide, 180g/L sodium sulfate and 220g/L copper sulfate, and conducting electrolysis through a conductive wire; carrying out pyrocopper treatment after electrolysis, and plating an alkali copper layer on an aluminum alloy piece in an electrolytic bath by utilizing an electrolyte of a mixed solution with the concentration of 150g/L potassium pyrophosphate, 120g/L copper pyrophosphate and 50g/L amino acid; then, the aluminum alloy piece is immersed in acid copper electroplating solution for electroplating, so that an acid copper layer is plated on the outer surface of the aluminum alloy piece, the electrolyte is copper sulfate 150-220g/L, sulfuric acid 60-90g/L and chloride ion 20-60g/L, and the electroplating time is 20-40 minutes; and (4) carrying out electrolytic coloring treatment on the aluminum alloy piece, and finally cleaning and drying. The method has the advantages that the surface of the zipper is bright, the antirust capability is good, the effect of preventing skin allergy is achieved, bright nickel can be replaced, the plating layer is more environment-friendly and low in cost, the quality of the zipper is improved, and the service life of the zipper is prolonged.

Claims (9)

1. A watchband with adjustable length, which is characterized in that;
the watchband comprises a base (1) for connecting the watchband with a corresponding watch frame;
the wristband comprises a plurality of link element blocks (2), and a plurality of central link element blocks (3);
the bracelet comprises a plurality of pins (4) which function to link the above-mentioned elements;
a base end part through hole (1A) which transversely penetrates through the base part (1) is formed in the base part; the linking unit block (2) and the middle linking unit block (3) are respectively provided with a linking unit block perforation (2A) for sleeving a pin rod (4) and a middle linking unit block through cavity (3A); the base (1) and the middle linking unit block (3) are achieved through the pin rod (4), the middle linking unit block (3) is connected with the linking unit block (2), screw openings are formed in two ends of the pin rod (4), the lock heads (5) are screwed on two ends of the pin rod (4) after the pin rod (4) penetrates through the corresponding assemblies, and the pin rod (4) can be taken out when the lock heads (5) are unscrewed, so that the watchband with adjustable length is formed.
2. The band of claim 1, wherein; the side surfaces of the base (1) and the linking unit block (2) are provided with areas (6) with the aperture larger than the corresponding through holes for hiding the lock heads (5).
3. The band of claim 1, wherein; the diameter of the pin rod (4) is smaller than the diameters of the base end part through hole (1A), the link unit block through hole (2A) and the middle link unit block through cavity (3A), so that all components can keep moving relation conveniently.
4. The band of claim 1, wherein; the base (1), the linking unit block (2) and the middle linking unit block (3) are respectively aluminum alloy pieces and are treated as follows;
zinc deposition, namely performing zinc deposition treatment on the aluminum alloy pulling piece, putting the aluminum alloy pulling piece into a mixed solution of 80g/L of zinc oxide, 80g/L of nickel nitrate, 150g/L of ferric oxide, 180g/L of sodium sulfate and 220g/L of copper sulfate, and performing conductive electrolysis through a conductive wire; carrying out pyrocopper treatment after electrolysis, and plating an alkali copper layer on an aluminum alloy piece in an electrolytic bath by utilizing an electrolyte of a mixed solution with the concentration of 150g/L potassium pyrophosphate, 120g/L copper pyrophosphate and 50g/L amino acid; then, the aluminum alloy piece is immersed in acid copper electroplating solution for electroplating, so that an acid copper layer is plated on the outer surface of the aluminum alloy piece, the electrolyte is copper sulfate 150-220g/L, sulfuric acid 60-90g/L and chloride ion 20-60g/L, and the electroplating time is 20-40 minutes; carrying out electrolytic coloring treatment on the aluminum alloy piece, and finally cleaning and drying; the zipper has the advantages of bright surface, good antirust capability and skin allergy prevention effect, can replace bright nickel, is more environment-friendly in plating layer and low in cost, improves the quality of the zipper, and prolongs the service life of the zipper.
5. A watchband with adjustable length, which is characterized in that;
the watchband comprises a base (1) for connecting the watchband with a corresponding watch frame;
the wristband comprises a plurality of link element blocks (2), and a plurality of central link element blocks (3);
the middle linking unit block (3) and the pin rod (4) are fixed into a whole, and a base end part through hole (1A) which transversely penetrates through is formed in the base part (1); the linking unit block (2) is provided with a linking unit block perforation (2A) for sleeving the pin rod (4); the middle linking unit block (3) is connected with the base (1) through the corresponding pin rod (4), and is connected with the linking unit block (2) through the corresponding pin rod (4); the end part of the pin rod (4) is provided with a screw opening, after the pin rod (4) penetrates through the corresponding component, the lock head (5) is screwed on the end part of the pin rod (4), and when the lock head (5) is unscrewed, the middle linking unit block (3) can be separated from other components, so that the watchband with adjustable length is formed.
6. The band of claim 5, wherein; the side surfaces of the base (1) and the linking unit block (2) are provided with areas (6) with the aperture larger than the corresponding through holes for hiding the lock heads (5).
7. The band of claim 5, wherein; the base (1), the linking unit block (2) and the middle linking unit block (3) are respectively aluminum alloy pieces and are treated as follows;

9. A method of adjusting the length of a watchband, comprising; the method is realized as follows;
a, preparing a component: preparing a base (1), a linking unit block (2), a middle linking unit block (3), a pin rod (4) and a lock head (5) according to the above mode;
b, assembling the watchband: a single pin rod (4) or a pin rod (4) which is fixed with the middle linking unit block (3) into a whole penetrates through a base end part through hole (1A) and a linking unit block through hole (2A) which correspond to the base part (1) or the linking unit block (2), then a lock head (5) is screwed on the end head of the pin rod (4), and the plurality of linking unit blocks (2) are combined and cascaded to form a watchband part;
c, adjusting the watchband: the locking head (5) in the watchband is unscrewed, so that the locking head (5) is separated from the end of the corresponding pin rod (4), the pin rod (4) which is independent or is fixed with the middle linking unit block (3) into a whole is separated from the corresponding linking unit block (2), and then the pin rod (4) is penetrated again after the part of the linking unit block (2) is detached and the locking head (5) is screwed so that the watchband with different lengths is formed.
