When the inner lining of the shoe is subjected to plate making, the figure beautifying paper is firstly attached to a shoe tree, the figure beautifying paper is cut along the boundary between the upper surface and the bottom surface to obtain a bottom plate, the upper surface is cut along the back center line and the back arc line of the shoe tree to obtain an original inner waist half-surface plate and an original outer waist half-surface plate, and then the plate making of the following embodiment is carried out.
Example 1
A method for making an inner lining for improving the wearing comfort of shoes comprises the following steps:
(1) as shown in fig. 2, a center line of the master (i.e., a center line of the last in fig. 2, which is a length of the last bottom), a heel line, a first metatarsal convex point, and a fifth metatarsal convex point are drawn on the obtained master; the first metatarsal convex point is positioned on the inner waist edge line of the bottom plate; the fifth metatarsal convex point is positioned on the outer waist edge line of the bottom plate; wherein, the central line of the bottom plate is the connecting line of the central point of the front end and the central point of the rear end of the bottom plate, and the heel dividing line is after passing through the central line1/4Of dotsAnd the first metatarsal convex point is the most convex point of the big toe root at the inner side of the foot, and the fifth metatarsal convex point is the most convex point of the small toe heel at the outer side of the foot.
(2) The master is decomposed, using decomposition form a, as shown in fig. 3: and the first metatarsal bump is connected to a heel dividing line opposite to the waist fossa in a curve way, then the master plate is cut along the connecting curve from the first metatarsal bump to the heel dividing line and the line segment from the heel dividing line to the midpoint of the back root, and the inner waist master plate and the outer waist master plate are obtained.
(3) And (4) obtaining an inner waist surface plate and an outer waist surface plate by cutting, drawing a surface plate contour diagram, and performing makeup on different decomposed plate blocks of the bottom plate and the surface plate contour diagram respectively.
As shown in fig. 6, further, the step (3) of drawing the face plate contour map includes drawing the back center line, the back arc line and the bottom opening line of the inner waist half-face plate and the outer waist half-face plate respectively at the same position of the design draft, and drawing the face plate shoe opening contour line according to the design map, similar to a conventional plate making method. Wherein, the middle line between the back center line of the inner waist panel and the back center line of the outer waist panel is taken as the back center line of the panel profile and is marked as the inner line and the outer line1/2A dorsal midline; the middle line between the back arcs of the inner waist half-plate and the outer waist half-plate is taken as the back arc line of the plate profile graph and is recorded as the inner and outer lines1/2A back arc; the bottom opening line of the face plate contour diagram reserves the bottom opening line of the inner waist half face plate and the bottom opening line of the outer waist half face plate, and the bottom opening lines are respectively marked as the inner waist bottom opening line of the face plate and the outer waist bottom opening line of the face plate; the obtained contour map of the face plate is a superimposed contour map of the inner waist face plate and the outer waist face plate, and comprises an inner part and an outer part1/2Midline of the back, medial and lateral1/2Back arc line, face plate inner waist bottom line, face plate outer waist bottom line.

And (3) respectively making up the different decomposed plate blocks of the bottom plate with the surface plate contour map, wherein the making up of the inner waist bottom plate and the inner waist surface plate and the making up of the outer waist bottom plate and the outer waist surface plate are included.

thirdly, the end points of the overlapped sections are repeatedly rotated and aligned, the corresponding position of the middle point of the front end of the outer bottom plate on the outer waist opening line of the front plate is found out, and the mark is marked (as shown in figure 15).
So far, the makeup of the decomposition form A is completed (as shown in fig. 16), the inner waist bottom plate and the inner waist surface plate are connected into a whole, the outer waist bottom plate and the outer waist surface plate are connected into a whole, and the unconnected parts of the surface plate and the bottom plate and the parting lines between different plate blocks of the bottom plate are connected through stitching in a later period.

(3) and (3) dividing along the back center line of the last surface to obtain an inner waist surface plate and an outer waist surface plate, drawing a surface plate contour map, and performing makeup on different plate blocks of the decomposed bottom plate and the surface plate contour map respectively.
As shown in fig. 6, further, the step (3) of drawing the face plate contour map includes plotting the back center line, the back arc line and the bottom opening line of the inner waist half-face plate and the outer waist half-face plate respectively at the same position of the design draftDrawing the outline of the vamp shoe opening according to the design drawing; wherein, the middle line between the back center line of the inner waist panel and the back center line of the outer waist panel is taken as the back center line of the panel profile and is marked as the inner line and the outer line1/2A dorsal midline; the middle line between the back arcs of the inner waist half-plate and the outer waist half-plate is taken as the back arc line of the plate profile graph and is recorded as the inner and outer lines1/2A back arc; the bottom opening line of the face plate contour diagram reserves the bottom opening line of the inner waist half face plate and the bottom opening line of the outer waist half face plate, and the bottom opening lines are respectively marked as the inner waist bottom opening line of the face plate and the outer waist bottom opening line of the face plate; the obtained contour map of the face plate is a superimposed contour map of the inner waist face plate and the outer waist face plate, and comprises an inner part and an outer part1/2Midline of the back, inside and outside1/2Back arc line, face plate inner waist bottom line, face plate outer waist bottom line.

(3) and (4) obtaining an inner waist surface plate and an outer waist surface plate by cutting, drawing a surface plate contour diagram, and performing makeup on different decomposed plate blocks of the bottom plate and the surface plate contour diagram respectively.

And finally, preparing a component template according to the style drawing, which is the same as the common shoe style and is not repeated. (1) as shown in fig. 2, a center line of the master (i.e., a center line of the last in fig. 2, which is a length of the last bottom), a heel line, a first metatarsal convex point, and a fifth metatarsal convex point are drawn on the obtained master; the first metatarsal convex point is positioned on the inner waist edge line of the bottom plate; the fifth metatarsal convex point is positioned on the outer waist edge line of the bottom plate; wherein, the central line of the bottom plate is the connecting line of the central point of the front end and the central point of the rear end of the bottom plate, and the heel dividing line is after passing through the central line1/4The first metatarsal convex point is the most convex point of the big toe root at the inner side of the foot, and the fifth metatarsal convex point is the most convex point of the little toe heel at the outer side of the foot.

(3) And (4) obtaining an inner waist surface plate and an outer waist surface plate by cutting, drawing a surface plate contour diagram, and performing makeup on different decomposed plate blocks of the bottom plate and the surface plate contour diagram respectively.

So far, the makeup of the decomposition form D is completed (as shown in fig. 28), the inner waist bottom plate and the inner waist surface plate are connected into a whole, the outer waist bottom plate and the outer waist surface plate are connected into a whole, and the unconnected parts of the surface plate and the bottom plate and the parting lines between different plate blocks of the bottom plate are connected through stitching in a later period.
And finally, preparing a component template according to the style drawing, which is the same as the common shoe style and is not repeated. The vamp sample plate takes a 30-degree toe-last thickness line at the front tip, and the middle point of the front tips of the inner and outer waist bottom plates after the lining sample plate is pieced together is at the middle point of the corresponding point of the bottom opening of the vamp plate.
Compared with the prior art, the shoe structure disclosed by the invention starts from the shoe structure, and the matching performance of the inner lining and the foot of the shoe is improved through the structure improvement design, so that the wearing comfort of the shoe product is improved, and meanwhile, the shoe structure has a certain brand anti-counterfeiting effect.

Claims (10)

1. A method for making an inner lining for improving the wearing comfort of shoes is characterized by comprising the following steps:
(1) drawing a middle line, a heel dividing line, a first metatarsal convex point and a fifth metatarsal convex point of the bottom plate; the first metatarsal convex point is positioned on the inner waist edge line of the bottom plate; the fifth metatarsal convex point is positioned on the outer waist edge line of the bottom plate;
(2) the decomposition master comprises the following decomposition modes:
a decomposition form A is formed by connecting a first metatarsal bump to a heel dividing line opposite to the lumbar fossa in a curve way, then cutting open the bottom plate along the connecting curve from the first metatarsal bump to the heel dividing line and continuing to cut open the bottom plate along the line segment from the heel dividing line to the midpoint of the back root to obtain an inner waist bottom plate and an outer waist bottom plate;
a decomposition form B, namely, firstly connecting the middle point of the front end to a heel dividing line opposite to the waist nest along the middle point, then continuously connecting the middle point to an inner waist side line of the rear section inwards, and cutting the bottom plate along a connecting curve to obtain an inner waist bottom plate and an outer waist bottom plate;
a decomposition form C, a point is firstly determined on the heel dividing line, the point is positioned at the position 1/3 of the length of the last bottom from the heel to the front, and the point is respectively connected by a first metatarsal bone convex point, a fifth metatarsal bone convex point and a curve which is in direct contact with the side line; then cutting the master along two connected curves and a line segment from the point to the midpoint of the heel to obtain a front-section master, a rear-section inner waist master and a rear-section outer waist master;
(3) and (4) obtaining an inner waist surface plate and an outer waist surface plate by cutting, drawing a surface plate contour diagram, and performing makeup on different decomposed plate blocks of the bottom plate and the surface plate contour diagram respectively.

The method for making an inner lining for improving the wearing comfort of the footwear according to claim 1, wherein the step (3) of drawing a contour map of the face plate comprises drawing a back center line, a back arc line and a bottom opening line of the inner waist face plate and the outer waist face plate respectively at the same position of a design draft, and drawing a contour line of the shoe opening of the face plate according to the design map; wherein, the middle line between the back center line of the inner waist panel and the back center line of the outer waist panel is taken as the back center line of the panel contour diagram and is marked as the inner and outer 1/2 back center lines; taking a middle line between the back arcs of the inner waist panel and the outer waist panel as the back arc of the panel profile, and recording as the inner and outer 1/2 back arcs; the bottom opening line of the face plate contour diagram reserves the bottom opening line of the inner waist face plate and the outer waist face plate, and the bottom opening line is respectively marked as the inner waist bottom opening line of the face plate and the outer waist bottom opening line of the face plate; the obtained contour map of the face plate is a superimposed contour map of the inner waist face plate and the outer waist face plate, and comprises an inner and outer 1/2 back center line, an inner and outer 1/2 rear arc line, a face plate inner waist bottom opening line and a face plate outer waist bottom opening line.

The method of claim 2, wherein the step of making a lining comprises: adopting a decomposition form A in the step (2); in the step (3), the decomposed different edition blocks of the bottom edition are respectively spliced with the outline drawing of the face edition, and the splicing comprises splicing the inner waist bottom edition and the inner waist face edition, and splicing the outer waist bottom edition and the outer waist face edition;
wherein, in step (3), make up interior waist underplate and interior waist face version, specifically include: aligning the middle point of the heel of the inner waist bottom plate with the lower end point of the inner and outer 1/2 back arc lines, rotating the inner waist bottom plate by taking the middle point of the heel as a rotation center to enable the side line of the inner waist bottom plate to be overlapped with the inner waist bottom line of the face plate by a small section of 1-10 mm, and continuing rotating the inner waist bottom plate by taking the end point of the overlapped section as a rotation center to enable the side line of the inner waist bottom plate to be overlapped with the inner waist bottom line of the face plate by a small section of 1-10 mm; repeatedly taking the end point of the overlapped section as a rotation center, continuously rotating the inner waist bottom plate to ensure that the side line of the inner waist bottom plate and the inner waist bottom opening line of the face plate are overlapped by a section of 1-10 mm until the side line of the inner waist bottom plate and the inner waist bottom opening line of the face plate are overlapped to the longest section, drawing the heel contour line of the inner waist bottom plate by using a pen, and extending to the tail end of the parting line relative to the longest overlapped line to stop; then, taking a tail end point of a coincident line as a rotation center, rotating the inner waist bottom plate to enable the side line of the inner waist bottom plate and the inner waist bottom opening line of the face plate to be overlapped into a small section, drawing the small section relative to the coincident line along the segmentation line of the inner waist bottom plate by using a pen again, repeatedly taking the tail end point of the coincident line as the rotation center, rotating the inner waist bottom plate to enable the side line of the inner waist bottom plate and the inner waist bottom opening line of the face plate to be overlapped into a small section, drawing the small section relative to the coincident line along the segmentation line of the inner waist bottom plate by using the pen again until a first metatarsal bone salient point of the inner waist bottom plate is overlapped with the inner waist bottom opening line of the face plate, trimming all drawing lines, and enclosing the drawing lines and the inner waist bottom opening line of the face plate to form a contour diagram of the inner waist bottom plate, and connecting the inner waist bottom plate and the inner waist face plate into a whole; and finally, aligning the first metatarsal bump of the outer waist bottom plate to the tail end point of the tracing line, rotating the outer waist bottom plate by taking the aligned position as a rotation center to ensure that the side line of the outer waist bottom plate is overlapped with a section of 1-10 mm of the inner waist bottom line of the face plate, and then repeatedly rotating the outer waist bottom plate by the tail end point of the overlapped section to ensure that the side line of the outer waist bottom plate is overlapped with the inner waist bottom line of the face plate section by section until the corresponding position of the middle point of the front end of the outer waist bottom plate on the inner waist bottom line of the face plate is marked.
4. The method for making an inner lining to improve the wearing comfort of the footwear according to claim 3, wherein in the step (3), the outer waist bottom plate and the outer waist surface plate are combined, and the method specifically comprises the following steps:
aligning the middle point of the heel of the outer waist bottom plate with the lower end point of the inner and outer 1/2 back arc lines, and rotating the outer waist bottom plate by taking the aligned point as a rotation center to ensure that the side line of the outer waist bottom plate is overlapped with the outer waist bottom opening line of the face plate by a small section of 1-10 mm; then, repeatedly rotating the outer waist bottom plate by taking the end point of the overlapped section as a rotation center until the side line of the outer waist bottom plate is overlapped with the outer waist bottom opening line of the face plate to the longest section, drawing the heel contour line of the outer waist bottom plate by using a pen, and extending to the tail end of the division line relative to the longest section of the overlapped line to stop;
