Abstract
The invention discloses an electronic cigarette cartridge which comprises a liquid storage body and an atomization body which are arranged in a split manner; the liquid storage cavity is provided with an oil guide body and an oil guide hole communicated with the oil circuit of the liquid storage cavity; an atomizing cavity, an atomizing channel and an atomizing core are arranged in the atomizing body; the liquid storage body and the atomization body are fixedly connected through a plug bush to form an oil path and an air path to be communicated. The electronic cigarette cartridge is used for storing a liquid storage body of atomized liquid, and is arranged in the atomized body together with an atomizing core and an atomizing cavity which are used for atomizing the atomized liquid, and the liquid storage body and the atomized body are designed in a split manner; after the atomized liquid is used up, a user only needs to discard the liquid storage body part, and the atomized body with the atomizing core and the atomizing cavity arranged inside can be reserved for recycling; therefore, the manufacturing cost of the cartridge can be greatly reduced, and the pollution of the discarded material of the cartridge to the environment can also be reduced.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of electronic cigarette preparation, in particular to an electronic cigarette cartridge with a liquid storage cavity and an atomizing core which are arranged in a separated mode.
Background
At present, atomizing chamber, the device that generates heat and stock solution chamber etc. all are the design of an organic whole in its bullet on the market, even some bullets exist the structure of tobacco tar and atomizing core separation type, but stock solution chamber and atomizing chamber still design of an organic whole. In one embodiment, in the electronic cigarette cartridge, a suction nozzle is arranged on the liquid storage body, and an air suction channel inside the suction nozzle is connected with an atomization channel in the atomization body through an air path.
In one embodiment, in the electronic cigarette cartridge, an airflow connecting piece with a through hole in the middle is arranged at the bottom of the liquid storage body, and two ends of the airflow connecting piece are respectively inserted into the air suction channel and the atomization channel in a matching manner, so that the atomization channel, the airflow connecting piece and the air suction channel form an air path through connection.

Detailed Description
The preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, an electronic cigarette cartridge 10 includes a liquid storage body 100 and an atomization body 200 which are separately disposed. The two parts of the liquid storage body 100 and the atomization body 200 are independently arranged to form the appearance structure of the whole electronic cigarette cartridge, and the liquid storage body 100 and the atomization body 200 are fixedly connected through a plug bush type.
The electronic cigarette cartridge 10 is configured into a flat column shape, and the cross section of the column body can be an ellipse, a runway shape or a rectangle; the electronic cigarette cartridge 10 may also be cylindrical in shape, with a circular cross-section; the electronic cigarette cartridge 10 may also be square-cylindrical in configuration, and may have a square or rectangular cross-section. In the embodiment of the present invention, the electronic cigarette cartridge 10 is configured as a flat cylinder, and the cross section thereof is rectangular.
In the electronic cigarette cartridge 10, the liquid storage body 100 includes a housing 110, and a concave liquid storage cavity 112 is formed along the housing 110 from top to bottom. The upper port of the reservoir 112 is open. This stock solution chamber 112 is used for saving atomizing liquid or tobacco tar, is equipped with stock solution apron 120 at the last port of stock solution chamber 112, and this stock solution apron 120 is used for the adaptation involution stock solution chamber 112's last port, prevents that atomizing liquid or tobacco tar from spilling. The bottom of the liquid storage cavity 112 is provided with an oil guide hole 113, and the oil guide hole 113 is in oil path conduction connection with the liquid storage cavity 112; the oil guiding body 220 for guiding the atomized liquid or the tobacco tar is arranged on the bottom surface of the liquid storage cavity 112 in a matching way, so that the function of guiding the atomized liquid or the tobacco tar can be achieved, the oil guiding hole 113 can be blocked, and the leakage of the guided atomized liquid or the tobacco tar can be prevented. A connecting part 130 is also arranged at the bottom of the shell 110, namely the outer side surface of the bottom of the liquid storage cavity 112; the liquid storage body 100 and the atomization body 200 are fixedly connected through the connecting column 130 in a plug-in manner. The oil guide hole 113 penetrates through the connecting column 130 to form oil path conduction connection between the liquid storage cavity 112 and the atomizing cavity 211 on the atomizing body 200.
Preferably, the liquid storage cover plate 120 is made of a material having a certain elasticity and capable of achieving a sealing effect, such as rubber, plastic, silica gel, and the like; in order to improve the sealing effect of the liquid storage cover plate 120, the contact sealing part of the side wall of the liquid storage cover plate 120 and the inner wall of the liquid storage cavity 112 can be designed in a proper interference manner, so that the side wall of the liquid storage cover plate 120 is in extrusion contact with the inner wall of the liquid storage cavity 112, the elastic restoring force of the side wall of the liquid storage cover plate 120 is enhanced, and the extrusion sealing is realized through the elastic restoring force of the side wall of the liquid storage cover plate 120. Furthermore, a cover plate silica gel ring 101 is further sleeved on the side wall of the liquid storage cover plate 120, so that the sealing effect of the liquid storage cover plate 120 is further improved.
In the electronic cigarette cartridge 10, the atomizing body 200 includes a housing 210, an inner concave atomizing chamber 211 is provided along the housing 210 from top to bottom, the upper end of the atomizing chamber 211 is open, and the shape, specification and size of the open end are consistent with the shape, specification and size of the connecting column 130 at the bottom of the housing 110 of the liquid storage body 100; in this way, the plug bush can be fixed and connected in a sealing manner. Preferably, the silica gel 102 can be sleeved outside the connecting column 130, so as to achieve a better sealing effect on the atomized steam generated by the atomizing cavity 211 in the atomizing body 200. The atomization cavity 211 is provided with an atomization core 230, the shell 210 is also provided with an atomization channel 230, and the atomization channel and the atomization cavity 211 form an air flow through connection. When in use, the tobacco tar or the atomized liquid in the liquid storage cavity 112 flows into the atomizing core 230 of the atomizing body 200 through the oil guiding body 220 and the oil guiding hole 113, the atomizing core 230 converts the electric energy into heat energy to generate heat under the action of the current provided by the power supply, and the heat energy is evaporated into atomized steam, commonly called as "smoke" on the atomizing core 230; the mist steam is discharged via the mist chamber 211, the mist channel 203.
In one embodiment, a suction nozzle 111 is disposed on the liquid storage body 110, and the suction nozzle 111 is integrally designed with the housing 110. The design position of the suction nozzle 111, which may be the middle position of the housing or the edge position, needs to be considered as an integral part of the reservoir 112. If the reservoir 112 is disposed on the housing 110 near the edge of the sidewall, the suction nozzle 111 may be considered to be disposed at the middle or near the edge of the sidewall of the housing 110; if the reservoir 112 is disposed in the middle of the housing 110, the suction nozzle 111 is generally considered to be disposed near the side wall edge of the housing 110.
In this embodiment, the suction nozzle 111 is disposed near the edge of the side wall of the housing 110. The suction channel 101 is arranged inside the suction nozzle 111, the suction channel 101 and the atomizing channel 203 form a through connection of an air passage, and the design belongs to the eccentric arrangement of the suction nozzle 111, namely, the central axis of the suction nozzle 111 and the suction channel 101 is not coincident with the central axis of the shell 120 in the vertical direction. If a user draws against the mouthpiece 111, the mist vapor is then drawn into the user's mouth via the mist chamber 211, the inhalation passage 203, and the inhalation passage 101. By the design, the appearance structure of the electronic cigarette cartridge 10 is integrally elegant and elegant.
In other embodiments, the suction nozzle 111 may be disposed on the housing 210 of the atomizing body 200, and the suction channel 101 in the suction nozzle 111 does not need to pass through the housing 110 of the liquid storage body 100. By the design, the atomization effect of the electronic cigarette cartridge is basically not changed, and only the appearance of the electronic cigarette cartridge is changed on the whole.
Preferably, in order to improve the smoothness of the atomized steam in the air flow channel and the sealing performance of the air flow channel, an air flow connector 114 with a central through hole therein is disposed at the bottom of the liquid storage body 100, i.e., the bottom of the housing 110. The air flow connector 114 is located at the connection point of the suction channel 101 and the nebulization channel 203. The airflow connector 114 may be integrally formed with the housing 110, or the airflow connector 114 may be formed, and then both ends of the airflow connector 114 are respectively fitted into the air suction passage 101 and the atomization passage 203. In this embodiment, the airflow connecting member 114 is independently designed. When the air flow connecting piece is used, two ends of the air flow connecting piece 114 are respectively inserted into the air suction channel 102 and the atomization channel 203 in a matching mode, so that the atomization channel 203, the middle through hole of the air flow connecting piece and the air suction channel 203 form air path through connection. In order to improve the sealing effect of the airflow connecting piece 114 on the contact surfaces of the inhalation channel 102 and the atomization channel 203, the airflow connecting piece 114 may be made of a material having certain elasticity and hardness, such as silica gel, plastic, rubber, and the like, preferably silica gel, and has a better sealing effect.
In one embodiment, a connecting silicone 260 with a connecting hole 261 is arranged in the nebulization channel 203 and acts in a sealing manner. During assembly, the airflow communication piece 114 is inserted into the connecting hole 261 of the connecting silica gel 260 in a sealing and sealing manner, so that a better sealing effect is achieved; at this time, the atomization cavity 211, the atomization passage 203, the connection hole 26 for connecting the silicone rubber 260, the middle through hole of the airflow connector 114, and the air suction passage 101 form a neat through connection.
Preferably, in the electronic cigarette cartridge 10, the oil guiding holes 113 are disposed at the bottom of the outer shell 110 of the liquid storage body 100, the number of the oil guiding holes 113 is two, and each oil guiding hole 113 is provided with a sealing rubber plug for sealing the atomized liquid or the smoke oil in the liquid storage cavity 112. The two oil guide holes 113 are symmetrically arranged at intervals at the bottom of the liquid storage cavity 112. In other embodiments, the number of the oil guide holes 113 may be one, three, or four, and the number thereof may be set as needed.
In another embodiment, the oil-guiding body 220 is preferably made of a material capable of absorbing liquid and oil, such as at least one of glass fiber, asbestos, non-woven fabric, cotton, porous ceramic, and porous diatomite; preferably, the glass fiber has high temperature resistance and good adsorption effect.
Preferably, in an embodiment, the atomizing chamber 211 is further provided with an atomizing core support 240 for supporting the atomizing core 230, so that the atomizing core 230 is prevented from being soaked by the tobacco tar or the atomizing liquid guided into the atomizing chamber 211 for a long time to a certain extent, or the atomizing core 230 is separated from the inner wall of the atomizing chamber 211, so as to improve the atomizing effect of the atomizing core 230 on the atomizing liquid or the tobacco tar.
In yet another embodiment, the atomizing core 230 includes a porous ceramic heat conductor and a heater disposed on the porous ceramic heat conductor. Two ends of the heating wire 231 in the atomizing core 230 are electrically connected with two conductive posts 250 arranged at the bottom of the housing 210 of the atomizing body 200.
The arrangement structure of the porous ceramic heat conductor and the heating wire; can be as follows: 1) the heating wire is spirally wound to form a cylinder shape and is embedded in the porous ceramic heat conductor, and the heating wire and the porous ceramic heat conductor are integrally formed, as shown in fig. 5 a; or 2) the heating wire is folded back and forth to form a plane shape to be embedded in the porous ceramic heat conductor, and the heating wire and the porous ceramic heat conductor are integrally formed, as shown in fig. 5b and 5 c; 3) the heating wire is embedded in the porous ceramic heat conductor in a planar shape formed by crossing frame-shaped opposite angles or crossing in a shape like Chinese character 'tian', and the heating wire and the porous ceramic heat conductor are integrally formed, as shown in fig. 5 d.
The atomization core 230 made of the heating wires 231 and the porous ceramic heat conductor may be a porous honeycomb structure or a hollow structure. In a word, the porous ceramic heat conductor must have a through pore structure, such porous ceramic heat conductor can absorb the atomized liquid or the smoke oil on the oil conductor 220, and the porous ceramic heat conductor cannot cause the problem of dry burning when the heating wire 231 generates heat.
In another embodiment, as shown in fig. 6, the atomizing core 230 may also be composed of only the heating wire 231, and the heating wire 231 is fixedly mounted on the atomizing core support 240.

An electronic cigarette cartridge is characterized by comprising a liquid storage body and an atomization body which are arranged in a split manner; the bottom surface of the liquid storage cavity is provided with an oil guide body and an oil guide hole connected with an oil circuit of the liquid storage cavity; an atomization cavity and an atomization channel in airflow connection with the atomization cavity are arranged in the atomization body; an atomizing core is arranged in the atomizing cavity; the liquid storage body and the atomization body are fixedly connected through a plug bush to form an oil path and an air path to be communicated.
2. The e-cigarette cartridge of claim 1, wherein a suction nozzle is disposed on the liquid storage body, and a suction channel inside the suction nozzle is in air path connection with the atomizing channel in the atomizing body.
3. The e-cigarette cartridge of claim 2, wherein the mouthpiece is disposed at a side of the reservoir.

The electronic cigarette cartridge of claim 2, wherein an airflow connecting member with a central through hole is disposed at the bottom of the liquid storage body, and two ends of the airflow connecting member are respectively inserted into the air suction channel and the atomization channel, so that the atomization channel, the airflow connecting member and the air suction channel form an air passage connection.
5. The e-cigarette cartridge of claim 4, wherein a connection silicone with a connection hole and a sealing function is arranged in the atomization channel, and the airflow connection piece is inserted into the connection hole of the connection silicone in an adaptive sealing manner.
6. The electronic cigarette cartridge of claim 1, wherein the oil guide holes are arranged at the bottom of the liquid storage body, and the number of the oil guide holes is two; a sealing rubber plug is arranged in the oil guide hole.
7. The e-cigarette cartridge of claim 1, wherein the oil-guiding body is made of one of glass fiber, asbestos, non-woven fabric, cotton, porous ceramic, and porous diatomite.
8. The e-cigarette cartridge of claim 1, wherein an atomizing core holder is further disposed in the atomizing chamber for holding the atomizing core.
9. The e-cartridge of claim 1, wherein the atomizing core comprises a porous ceramic thermal conductor and a heater disposed on the porous ceramic thermal conductor.
10. The electronic cigarette cartridge of claim 8, wherein the atomizing core comprises a heater fixedly disposed on the atomizing core support.
