During installation, the connecting column 173 of the connecting piece 170 is inserted into the connecting hole 133 of the airflow guide block 130 after passing through the connecting through hole 1231 of the atomizing base 120, so as to form tight connection; correspondingly, the fixing post 172 of the connecting member 170 is fittingly sleeved in the fixing hole 1232 of the atomizing base 120 to form a tight connection, and the connecting block 171 of the connecting member 170 is fittingly inserted into the engaging groove 126 at the back side of the atomizing base 120, so that the surface of the connecting block 171 of the connecting member 170 and the back side surface of the atomizing base 120 form an integral surface.
Preferably, the connecting member 170 is made of a material having certain elasticity and toughness, such as rubber, silicon gel, etc., so that the connecting post 173 and the fixing post 172 can be designed to be in interference fit with each other, and can be tightly inserted into the connecting hole 133 and the fixing hole 1232 by elastic restoring force of the material. Further, in order to better clamp the connecting post 173 and the fixing post 172 into the connecting hole 133 and the fixing hole 1232, respectively, to avoid loosening, the connecting post 173 and the fixing post 172 may be respectively configured to have a "T" shaped cross section, and a convex structure is formed by radial extension of the clamping end relative to the axis, and the diameter of the convex structure is slightly larger than that of the connecting post 173 or the fixing post 172.
Further, as shown in fig. 3 and 11 a. In order to improve the gas guiding and cooling effects of the atomizing channel 1301, in this embodiment, the upper surface 131 of the airflow guide block 130, that is, the side surface facing the oil storage cavity 160, is designed into an arcuate inclined surface 131; the atomization channel 1301 formed by the gap between the arched inclined surface 131 and the heating device support 140 has a certain curvature, and the distance of the atomization channel 1301 in the longitudinal Y direction is prolonged invisibly, so that the atomization steam generated by the atomization cavity 1650 stays in the atomization channel 1301 for a relatively long time, and the atomization steam can be cooled; because the atomizing cavity 1650 and the atomizing channel 1301 are in a relative axis disposal state on the XY coordinate axis, the atomized steam generated by the atomizing cavity 1650 can be upwards sent into the atomizing channel 1301 along the longitudinal Y direction along the non-right-angle direction by the blocking and guiding function of the arched inclined surface 131, and the atomized steam is prevented from being downwards sent into the air inlet channel formed between the air inlet 1210 and the atomizing cavity 1650 or the inner cavity 1211 of the atomizing base 120 along the longitudinal Y direction to influence the discharge of the atomized steam.
As shown in fig. 3, 4, 7 and 8, an air suction pipe 122 is provided in the atomizing base 120 in the longitudinal direction Y, and the air suction pipe 122 communicates with the atomizing passage 1301 through the air guide hole 125. The nozzle base 110 is inserted into the air suction pipe 122, so that the oil storage cavity 160, the atomizing base 120 and the nozzle base 110 together form the overall configuration of the electronic atomizer 100. Accordingly, the atomizing passage 1301, the air guide holes 125, the air suction passage 1221 in the air suction pipe 122, and the air discharge passage 111 in the nozzle holder 110 form an air flow communication.
As shown in fig. 3, 4, 6, 7 and 8, in one embodiment, a condensation chamber 124 is disposed on the atomizing base 120, and the condensation chamber 124 is located at the air outlet end of the atomizing channel 1301, i.e. the air guide hole 125; correspondingly, an oil absorption medium 103 is arranged in the condensation cavity 124; the atomizing cavity 1650, the atomizing channel 1301, the oil absorbing medium 103 and the air suction pipe 122 of the atomizing base 120 form an air flow communication.
Specifically, the condensing cavity 124 is located at the upper slot position of the atomizing channel 1301, that is, the upper end along the longitudinal Y direction, according to the steam flow direction after the tobacco tar is atomized in the atomizing cavity 1650; the condensing chamber 124 is disposed between the atomizing channel 1301 and the air suction pipe 122, and an oil suction medium 103 is accommodated in the condensing chamber 124, and the oil suction medium 103 can ensure the air flow. The atomized steam generated in the atomizing cavity 1650 passes through the atomizing channel 1301 and the air guide hole 125 in sequence and then enters the condensing cavity 124, because the oil-absorbing medium 103 exists in the condensing cavity 124, the oil-absorbing medium 103 has certain cooling and flow blocking effects on the high-temperature atomized steam conveyed by the atomizing channel 1301, and after being cooled, a part of the atomized steam is sucked out through the air suction pipe 122 and the middle exhaust channel 111 of the suction nozzle seat 110 and sucked by a user, so that the temperature of the atomized steam sucked into the oral cavity is appropriate, the oral cavity of the user is not scalded, and the taste experience of the user is increased; the other part of the atomized steam remains in the oil absorption medium 103 in the condensation chamber 124, and is absorbed by the oil absorption medium 103 after being condensed by the oil absorption medium 103. As the condensate is adsorbed by the oil absorbing medium 1030, there is no condensate or very little condensate in the mist vapor drawn through the exhaust passage 111 in the suction nozzle 110; the atomized steam will not feel uncomfortable after being sucked by the user. This also greatly increases the user experience with the smoking of the e-cigarette.
When the condensate adsorbed by the oil absorbing medium 1030 in the condensation cavity 124 is in a saturated state, the condensate flows back to the atomizing passage 2301 through the air guide holes 125 and is finally deposited in the lower groove 123; at this time, the fixing post 173 on the connecting member 170 may be pulled out from the fixing hole 1232 of the atomizing base 120, the condensate deposited in the lower groove 123 may be poured or thrown out, and then the fixing post 17 on the connecting member 170 may be inserted into the fixing hole 1232 of the atomizing base 120 again to be connected in a sealing manner.
Preferably, as shown in figure 3, when the user is smoking the e-cigarette, in order to increase the amount of "smoke" smoked, the oil absorbing medium 103 is provided with air flow holes 1030. Thus, the atomizing channel 1301, the air guide hole 125, the air flow through hole 1030, the air suction channel 1221 and the air discharge channel 111 form an air flow through, that is, the discharging route of the atomizing steam generated by the atomizing cavity 1650 is: c-d-e-f.
The number of the air flow holes 1030 on the oil absorbing medium 103 may be one, and the atomizing channel 1301, the air guide holes 125, the air flow holes 1030 and the air suction channel 1221 form a seamless joint with smooth air flow and channel-like shape. The atomized steam delivered by the atomizing channel 1301 has small flow choking effect, the contact time of the atomized steam and the oil absorption medium 103 is short, and the effects of cooling and cooling the atomized steam and absorbing condensate are relatively small; the instantaneous atomization amount of the suction type is relatively large; but the manufacturing cost is much reduced. Alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,
in another embodiment, the air flow holes 1030 on the oil absorbing medium 103 may be multiple and arranged in parallel side by side; at this time, the atomizing channel 1301, the air guide holes 125, the air flow through holes 1030 and the air suction channel 1221 form air flow communication; the lower interface and the upper interface of the condensation chamber 122 correspond to the connecting air duct 125 and the air suction passage 1221, respectively; by adopting the design structure, the atomizing channel 1030 can be greatly choked, the atomizing steam is in relatively long contact time with the oil absorption medium 1030, and the atomizing steam is better cooled and absorbs condensate; the instantaneous atomization amount during the suction is relatively small, and the manufacturing cost is high.
In another embodiment, as shown in fig. 6 and 7, in order to enhance the condensation effect on the atomized steam, the specific surface area of the oil-absorbing medium 103 needs to be increased, which is generally achieved by increasing the volume of the oil-absorbing medium 103, and in this case, it may not be possible to completely dispose the condensation chamber 124 on the atomizing base 120 because the space size of the atomizing base 120 is limited, and in this case, a condensation chamber unit 164 needs to be disposed on the oil-storing chamber 160 for accommodating a portion of the oil-absorbing medium 103.
The oil absorption medium 103 is a loose structure capable of absorbing liquid, grease and other substances, or a structure made of any loose material, for example, food grade glass fiber, porous ceramic, porous diatomite, food grade asbestos or cotton or food grade sponge is selected as the material.
As shown in fig. 12 and 13, in an embodiment, the sealing silica gel 104 is provided with an oil injection hole 1041, so that the atomizing cavity 160 of the electronic atomizer 10 can be reused by repeatedly injecting tobacco tar or atomizing liquid, thereby avoiding waste caused by discarding; correspondingly, the oil filling hole 1041 needs to be sealed and blocked, at this time, a silica gel cover plate 105 adapted to the sealed oil filling hole 1041 is arranged, a protruded rubber plug column 1051 is arranged on the bottom surface of the silica gel cover plate 105, and the outer diameter of the rubber plug column is slightly larger than the diameter of the oil filling hole 1041; thus, the plug column 1051 can be firmly plugged into the oil hole 1041 to prevent loosening.
It should be understood that the above description is illustrative of the preferred embodiment of the present invention and is not to be construed as limiting the scope of the invention, which is defined by the appended claims.
