目前,重楼主要采用净地搭遮阴网种植或林下仿野生种植,存在的主要问题:一是栽培年限长,一般8-10年;二是对土壤肥力要求较高,若土壤含水量过低,易造成茎叶失水,根系干枯而死,若过高则易发生病虫害和根茎腐烂;现有技术研究中发现适宜重楼生长的土壤类型主要有强淋溶土、高活性强酸土、人为土、始成土、铁铝土、淋溶土;三是重楼喜阴,对荫蔽度和额温度要求极高,据统计重楼适宜生长温度为16~26℃,18~26℃有利于种子萌发、根系生长发育,20℃利于出苗,16~26℃有利于地上植株生长,14~20℃适宜根茎生长;四是单独栽培重楼产量低,并且由于重楼生长发育极其缓慢,在种植过程中,为增加药材产量,经常大量使用化学肥料、生长调节剂等,不仅破坏了原有耕层土壤的生态平衡系统,也极易造成环境污染。
蚯蚓又名地龙,是环节动物门寡毛纲的陆栖无脊椎动物,世界上有蚯蚓3000余种,我国亦有200多种,全国广泛分布的有环毛蚓、爱胜蚓、异唇蚓、杜拉蚓等品种。蚯蚓营养丰富,繁殖迅速,食性杂,人工养殖产量高。经济效益好。蚯蚓可作为珍贵药物治疗多种疾病,还可以用作高蛋白食品和饲料。蚯蚓通过取食、消化、排泄、分泌和掘穴等活动对土壤过程的物质循环和能量传递作贡献,是对多个决定土壤肥力的过程产生重要影响的土壤无脊椎动物类群之一,被称为“生态系统工程师”,在物质循环、生物多样性等方面发挥着特殊作用,但因为蚯蚓靠体表的背孔与外界相连而呼吸,所以对环境温湿度和通风情况有较高要求,若环境湿度过大蚯蚓则无法呼吸,易引起其死亡。
目前,单独针对重楼种植或蚯蚓养殖的研究已较多,但采用植物与动物相结合的生态种养殖方法符合绿色种植的理念。如申请号201911130631.4,发明名称:稻鳝共作结合垄养蚯蚓的种养耦合型生态循环农业方法,该方法所述利用餐余垃圾、稻草秸秆和畜禽粪便按比例混合,腐熟后用来养殖蚯蚓。又如申请号201010170789.7,发明名称:一种种养结合的农田泥鳅低碳化养殖方法,该方法为在农田中开沟起垄,在垄间沟内按照每亩20000-50000尾的数量投放鳅种养殖泥鳅;在垄台上按照100-350kg/亩的数量投放蚯蚓。但由于重楼、蚯蚓对湿度要求不同,在文献《重楼栽培技术》(张婉莹于2015年发表)中明确指出空气湿度在75%以上的地区均可以种植重楼,在文献《不同温湿度条件对蚯蚓生长的影响》(高文等于2018年发表)中明确指出“不同温湿度条件对蚯蚓生长的影响……湿度上升到70%时,蚯蚓产茧数减少、生长量持平,表明此湿度也不适合蚯蚓的养殖”,因此,将重楼与蚯蚓进行复合种养殖并非易事,这导致了对重楼与蚯蚓复合高产种养殖的研究还未见报道。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足,提出了一种重楼与蚯蚓复合种养殖方法。
具体是通过以下技术方案来实现的:
一种重楼与蚯蚓复合种养殖方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)选择肥沃、透气性较好的土地除草后,施杀菌土和腐熟牛粪,用旋耕机反复旋耕5次以上后起高垄,搭棚遮荫;
(2)于每年12至次年2月份之前将3年生重楼种苗按照株行距30cm×30cm种植到垄上,于垄上投放1月龄幼蚓后覆盖松针,待幼蚓生长为成蚓后采收,到第三年重楼可采收时,蚯蚓已可反复采收5-6次。
所述腐熟牛粪,其制作方法为:将鲜牛粪和玉米秸秆粉混合后,按照0.2-0.3kg/吨的比例加入牛粪发酵剂搅拌均匀,然后控制物料相对湿度为60-80%,按照高1.5m×宽2m进行堆肥,用杀虫杀菌剂在其表面均匀喷雾后覆盖农膜,发酵3个月后得腐熟牛粪。
本发明将杀虫杀菌剂与鲜牛粪、玉米秸秆进行腐熟,能够有效杀灭鲜牛粪和玉米秸秆中的有害菌和虫卵,其次,在牛粪发酵剂的配合下能够快速腐熟,使得牛粪中的有效磷等元素大量溶出,同时,利用玉米秸秆的吸附性能,使得杀虫杀菌剂中的药效成分被吸附,进而能够防止土传病和防止药效成分被重楼吸收。
同时本发明利用腐熟牛粪进行翻耕,能够从空间结构上使得蚯蚓与含有杀虫杀菌剂的腐熟牛粪隔离,进而确保蚯蚓的健康生长环境。
所述腐熟牛粪中鲜牛粪与玉米秸秆粉的质量比为1:1。
所述牛粪发酵剂采用市售牛粪发酵剂。
所述杀虫杀菌剂为5%氯氰菊酯乳油、25%辛硫磷乳油、敌百虫、2.5%溴氰菊酯乳油、10%除虫脲中任意一种或几种与多菌灵可湿性粉剂的组合物。
所述杀虫杀菌剂中多菌灵可湿性粉剂按照与鲜牛粪和玉米秸秆粉总质量的比例添加,具体为鲜牛粪和玉米秸秆粉组合物每吨用多菌灵可湿性粉剂30-70g。
所述杀虫杀菌剂中5%氯氰菊酯乳油按照与鲜牛粪和玉米秸秆粉总质量的比例添加,具体为鲜牛粪和玉米秸秆粉组合物每吨用5%氯氰菊酯乳油20-60ml。
所述杀虫杀菌剂中25%辛硫磷乳油按照与鲜牛粪和玉米秸秆粉总质量的比例添加,具体为鲜牛粪和玉米秸秆粉组合物每吨用25%辛硫磷乳油30-70ml。
所述杀虫杀菌剂中敌百虫按照与鲜牛粪和玉米秸秆粉总质量的比例添加,具体为鲜牛粪和玉米秸秆粉组合物每吨用敌百虫5-10g。
所述杀虫杀菌剂中2.5%溴氰菊酯乳油按照与鲜牛粪和玉米秸秆粉总质量的比例添加,具体为鲜牛粪和玉米秸秆粉组合物每吨用2.5%溴氰菊酯乳油20-40ml。
所述杀虫杀菌剂中10%除虫脲按照与鲜牛粪和玉米秸秆粉总质量的比例添加,具体为鲜牛粪和玉米秸秆粉组合物每吨用210%除虫脲5-10g。
所述杀菌土,其制作方法为:取50%辛硫磷乳油,加入等质量的水搅拌均匀,再加入50%辛硫磷乳油重量3倍的细沙土混拌均匀,制成杀菌土。
本发明将辛硫磷乳油与细沙土混合制成杀菌土,一方面辛硫磷具有杀虫谱广,能够确保细沙土无害虫,另一方面辛硫磷残留期长,具有长效杀虫作用,防止土传病,再结合细沙土的作用,使得辛硫磷乳油被包裹在细沙土之间,这样避免了辛硫磷乳油与蚯蚓的接触,进而确保了蚯蚓生长不被影响。
所述杀菌土,其施入量为13-17kg/亩;优选为15kg/亩。
所述腐熟牛粪,其施入量为2700-3200kg/亩;优选为3000kg/亩。
所述起高垄,其规格为:垄高50cm,垄面宽80cm,垄间距40cm。
所述幼蚓,其投放量为10000条/m2。
所述松针,其厚度为3-7cm;优选为5cm。
有益效果:
采用本发明的方法能够使得对湿度要求不同的植物体和生物体共同生长,大大节约了劳动成本;本发明考虑到重楼种植对土壤肥力及透气性要求,在土地内施用腐熟牛粪和杀菌土,改善了土壤养分、微生物群落、水分以及结构特性;通过杀菌土的制备,不仅抑制了种植地中有害菌的滋生,降低了重楼病虫害,更重要的是还调整了土壤的相对湿度,有利于重楼根系生长;再结合松针的覆盖作用,为蒸腾作用所散发的水蒸气起到了阻碍,进而调节了蚯蚓生长空间内的相对空气湿度,有利于蚯蚓的生长。
本发明在重楼种植过程中投放种蚓,充分发挥蚯蚓对土壤改良作用,有效利用土地资源;同时,本发明在投放蚯蚓后再利用松针覆盖,不仅能为蚯蚓遮光透气,还能够利用蚯蚓粪对松针进行性状改良,腐解过程能改善微生物群落结构,提高细菌和真菌的多样性,增加养分有效性和孔隙结构,促进腐解充分,实现了重楼追肥的效果,进而有利于节约追肥成本,而传统重楼种植中,如文献《重楼栽培技术》(张婉莹于2015年发表)中报道的“每年要施肥2次,即冬肥和春肥。冬肥一般在11下旬至12月上旬进行,首先将表土轻轻中耕一次,选晴天每亩施复合肥15-20kg;春肥在苗出齐后,每亩施腐熟农家肥1000-1500kg,苗高3cm左右时,每亩施复合肥20kg”。
本发明利用松针与蚯蚓粪进行自然发酵腐熟,由于蚯蚓粪含有高度活性的细菌和酶,富含水溶性植物营养物质和腐殖质,具有抵抗病害的作用和团粒结构,进而有利于下一代蚯蚓的生长,松针具有低水溶性物质含量和高木质素含量,具有稳定碳的功能,能够控制养分、水分的释放,不仅提高了养分利用率,还保证了重楼和蚯蚓的产量。
具体实施方式
下面对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步详细的说明,但本发明并不局限于这些实施方式,任何在本实施例基本精神上的改进或代替,仍属于本发明权利要求所要求保护的范围。
实施例1
一种重楼与蚯蚓复合种养殖方法,包括如下步骤:
1)腐熟牛粪制备:于每年8月份收集玉米秸秆后将其粉碎,将鲜牛粪和玉米秸秆粉按照1:1的重量比混合后,按照牛粪发酵剂0.25kg/1000kg加入后搅拌均匀、控制相对湿度在60-80%,按照高1.5m×宽2m进行堆肥,将5%氯氰菊酯乳油、25%辛硫磷乳油(、敌百虫、2.5%溴氰菊酯乳油、多菌灵可湿性粉剂分别在其表面均匀喷雾后覆盖农膜,到12月底获得得腐熟牛粪;其中5%氯氰菊酯乳油的用量为30ml/吨、25%辛硫磷乳油的用量为40ml/吨、敌百虫的用量为5g/吨、2.5%溴氰菊酯乳油的用量为30ml/吨、10%除虫脲的用量为5g/吨、多菌灵可湿性粉剂的用量为50g/吨;
2)杀菌土制备:用50%辛硫磷乳油0.5kg加水0.5kg,再与150kg细沙土混拌均匀;
3)种植土地选择和整地起垄:于9月选择较为肥沃且透气性较好的沙壤土地,先清除杂草后,每亩施用15kg杀菌土,同时按照3000kg/亩的量均匀施用腐熟牛粪,之后用旋耕机反复旋耕5次,按照垄高50cm、垄面宽80cm起高垄,垄间距40cm,放置3个月,搭遮荫棚;
4)于11月至次年2月份之前将3年生重楼种苗按照株行距30cm×30cm种植到起好的高垄上,同时按照10000条/m2的量于垄上投放1月龄幼蚓后覆盖5cm厚的松针;待龄幼蚓生长5个月进入成蚓期后采用早取法采收,到第三年重楼可采收时,蚯蚓已可反复采收5-6次;
按照以上方法:除去边沟及垄间距,每亩实际面积按照450m2计算,可采收蚯蚓1.5kg/m2,三年期间可反复采收5次,共计7.5kg/m2,每亩按照实际面积计算可采收蚯蚓共计3375kg,每亩可采收商品鲜重楼1000kg,按照鲜活蚯蚓20元/kg、重楼240元/kg,三年期每亩蚯蚓总产值67500元、重楼240000元,合计总产值307500元。除去包括幼蚓、重楼种苗、牛粪、秸秆、遮阴网、药剂、人工、管护等总成本62750元/亩,存利润达244750元。
实施例2
一种重楼与蚯蚓复合种养殖方法,包括如下步骤:
1)腐熟牛粪制备:于每年8月份收集玉米秸秆后将其粉碎,将鲜牛粪和玉米秸秆粉按照1:1的重量比混合后,按照牛粪发酵剂0.2kg/1000kg加入后搅拌均匀、控制相对湿度在60-80%,按照高1.5m×宽2m进行堆肥,将5%氯氰菊酯乳油、25%辛硫磷乳油、敌百虫、多菌灵可湿性粉剂依次在其表面均匀喷雾后覆盖农膜,到12月底获得得腐熟牛粪;其中,5%氯氰菊酯乳油的用量为30ml/吨、25%辛硫磷乳油的用量为40ml/吨、敌百虫的用量为5g/吨、多菌灵可湿性粉剂的用量为50g/吨;
2)杀菌土制备:用50%辛硫磷乳油0.5kg加水0.5kg,再与150kg细沙土混拌均匀;
3)种植土地选择和整地起垄:于9月选择较为肥沃且透气性较好的沙壤土地,先清除杂草后,每亩施用17kg杀菌土,同时按照2700kg/亩的量均匀施用腐熟牛粪,之后用旋耕机反复旋耕5次,按照垄高50cm、垄面宽80cm起高垄,垄间距40cm,放置3个月,搭遮荫棚;
4)于11月至次年2月份之前将3年生重楼种苗按照株行距30cm×30cm种植到起好的高垄上,同时按照10000条/m2的量于垄上投放1月龄幼蚓后覆盖3cm厚的松针;待龄幼蚓生长5个月进入成蚓期后采用早取法采收,到第三年重楼可采收时,蚯蚓已可反复采收5-6次;
按照以上方法:除去边沟及垄间距,每亩实际面积按照450m2计算,可采收蚯蚓1.1kg/m2,三年期间可反复采收5次,共计5.5kg/m2,每亩按照实际面积计算可采收蚯蚓共计2475kg,每亩可采收商品鲜重楼920kg,按照鲜活蚯蚓20元/kg、重楼240元/kg,三年期每亩蚯蚓总产值49500元、重楼220800元,合计总产值270300元。除去包括幼蚓、重楼种苗、牛粪、秸秆、遮阴网、药剂、人工、管护等总成本62750元/亩,纯利润为207550元。
实施例3
一种重楼与蚯蚓复合种养殖方法,包括如下步骤:
1)腐熟牛粪制备:于每年8月份收集玉米秸秆后将其粉碎,将鲜牛粪和玉米秸秆粉按照1:1的重量比混合后,按照牛粪发酵剂0.3kg/1000kg加入后搅拌均匀、控制相对湿度在60-80%,按照高1.5m×宽2m进行堆肥,用25%辛硫磷乳油和多菌灵可湿性粉剂依次在其表面均匀喷雾后覆盖农膜,到12月底获得得腐熟牛粪;其中,25%辛硫磷乳油的用量为40ml/吨,多菌灵可湿性粉剂的用量为50g/吨;
2)杀菌土制备:用50%辛硫磷乳油0.5kg加水0.5kg,再与150kg细沙土混拌均匀;
3)种植土地选择和整地起垄:于9月选择较为肥沃且透气性较好的沙壤土地,先清除杂草后,每亩施用13kg杀菌土,同时按照3200kg/亩的量均匀施用腐熟牛粪,之后用旋耕机反复旋耕5次,按照垄高50cm、垄面宽80cm起高垄,垄间距40cm,放置3个月,搭遮荫棚;
4)于11月至次年2月份之前将3年生重楼种苗按照株行距30cm×30cm种植到起好的高垄上,同时按照10000条/m2的量于垄上投放1月龄幼蚓后覆盖7cm厚的松针;待龄幼蚓生长5个月进入成蚓期后采用早取法采收,到第三年重楼可采收时,蚯蚓已可反复采收5-6次;

4)于11月至次年2月份之前将3年生重楼种苗按照株行距30cm×30cm种植到起好的高垄上,同时按照10000条/m2的量于垄上投放1月龄幼蚓后覆盖7cm厚的松针;待龄幼蚓生长5个月进入成蚓期后采用早取法采收,到第三年重楼可采收时,蚯蚓已可反复采收5-6次;
按照以上方法:除去边沟及垄间距,每亩实际面积按照450m2计算,可采收蚯蚓1.2kg/m2,三年期间可反复采收5次,共计6kg/m2,每亩按照实际面积计算可采收蚯蚓共计1450kg,每亩可采收商品鲜重楼840kg,按照鲜活蚯蚓20元/kg、重楼240元/kg,三年期每亩蚯蚓总产值29000元、重楼201600元,合计总产值230600元。除去包括幼蚓、重楼种苗、牛粪、秸秆、遮阴网、药剂、人工、管护等总成本62750元/亩,纯利润为167850元。
试验例1
重楼净作和复合种养殖方法对比实验:选择肥沃、透气性较好的土地除草后,施杀菌土和腐熟牛粪,用旋耕机反复旋耕5次以上后起高垄,搭棚遮荫。其中选择100m2用于重楼净作,选择100m2采用重楼与蚯蚓复合种养殖方法,两块试验地相距10m,防止养殖蚯蚓爬到净作实验地中,对比两种栽培方式下重楼产量及病虫害发生情况(见下表)。对比研究表明,从产量上可以看出,重楼净作与复合种养方法相比,复合种养每100m2要高40kg,净作无蚯蚓产值,综总重楼产值和蚯蚓产值,复合种养方法每100m2总产值要高24600元,具体见表1。

从病虫害发生情况来看,净作方法病虫害从第二年起较为严重,且在重楼种植过程中,根腐病、立枯病等病害的发生往往是不可逆的,处理不及时还会蔓延开,极可能导致全部绝收。而复合种养方法的病虫害发生均较轻,没有发生类似根腐病和立枯病等不可逆病害,基本不影响重楼生长。综合产量、产值及病虫害发生情况,复合种养殖方法均较好,病虫害发生情况具体见表2所示;

更重要的是,采用本申请方法并未对于蚯蚓的生长产生不良影响,虽然蚯蚓是一种生命力很强的动物,常年钻在地下吃土,但正如文献《蚯蚓的春季管理与病害防治》(吴莉于2015年发表)中记载的“当蚓床湿度过大饲料pH值过高时,会使蚯蚓体水肿膨大,精神呆滞,拼命向外爬,背部冒出体液,停食而亡。也可引起蚓茧破裂,或使新产下的蚓茧两端不能收口而染菌霉烂”,所以当管理不当时,会使得蚯蚓急速瘫痪,背部排出黄色或草绿色体液,并成堆死亡,而本申请结果显示:蚯蚓和重楼生长良好,在重楼种植地中并未发生新病虫害,同时克服了蚯蚓和重楼在不同湿度下生存的差异。

1.一种重楼与蚯蚓复合种养殖方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)选择肥沃、透气性较好的土地除草后,施杀菌土和腐熟牛粪,用旋耕机反复旋耕5次以上后起高垄,搭棚遮荫;
(2)于每年12月至次年2月份之前将3年生重楼种苗按照株行距30cm×30cm种植到垄上,于垄上投放1月龄幼蚓后覆盖松针,待幼蚓生长为成蚓后采收,到第三年重楼可采收时,蚯蚓已可反复采收5-6次;
