本发明涉及高频曝光电路领域,具体涉及一种脱毛仪高频曝光的方法;包括闪光灯,高压包,高压电容,电阻,二极管,U1IGBT;所述闪光灯为LAMP1当击穿灯光里面的惰性气体后,闪光发出光热,所述高压包为L2,是升压变压器,电压为1比25的比数升压;所述高压电容设有2个,分别为C6、C8,用来存放电荷,所述电阻设有2个,分别为R24,R25,所述电阻限流给C6、C8电容充电,所述二极管为二极管D5为了让C8单向导电,所述U1IGBT对电路进行开关作用;本发明的电路在脱毛仪中简单可靠,在高档的脱毛仪上应用非常人性化,让爱美或者体毛脸上毛多的人容易接受这种无痛脱毛的方式。

一种脱毛仪高频曝光的方法
技术领域
本发明涉及高频曝光电路领域,具体涉及一种脱毛仪高频曝光的方法。
背景技术
现有市面上脱毛仪采用可控硅的方式把储能电容的能量一次性放完,在高档位时的能量给人皮肤灼伤疼痛,此方法不可避免首先是脱毛的原理就是需要光热破坏毛囊,其次是可控硅是一旦触发后必须要两端的电压截止到不能导通也就是接近放完电才断开。而毛发皮肤都是敏感的,对疼痛特别敏感,实有必要设计一种方案解以上问题。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种脱毛仪高频曝光的方法,把存放在大容量的高压电容进行放电,从而降低人对强光脉冲的痛疼感。
本发明所采用的技术方案为:一种脱毛仪高频曝光的方法,包括闪光灯,高压包,高压电容,电阻,二极管,U1 IGBT;所述闪光灯为LAMP1当击穿灯光里面的惰性气体后,闪光发出光热,所述高压包为L2,是升压变压器,电压为1比25的比数升压;所述高压电容设有2个,分别为C6、C8,用来存放电荷,所述电阻设有2个,分别为R24,R25,所述电阻限流给C6、C8电容充电,所述二极管为二极管D5为了让C8单向导电,所述U1 IGBT对电路进行开关作用。
具体操作步骤为:
步骤1:当高压存储电容充满电后,有300V到500V的电压后,此时U1 PAUSE网络控制端是低电平的,U1相当于断开,通过R24分别给C6与C8充电,C6充电回路是过L2高压包到负端,C8的充电回路是通过R25到负端;
步骤2:此时C6,C8已经充满电后,U1 PAUSE网络控制端输出高电平,此时C6放电,而同时也给C8放电,放电的LAMP1经过D5到形成闭合的U1,完成一次放电的过程;
步骤3:如此步骤1与步骤2的放电充电控制时间,达到拉长放电的次数,从而也拉长了放电的时间,把存放在大容量的高压电容进行放电。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明的电路在脱毛仪中简单可靠,在高档的脱毛仪上应用非常人性化,让爱美或者体毛脸上毛多的人容易接受这种无痛脱毛的方式。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步的说明。
一种脱毛仪高频曝光的方法,包括闪光灯,高压包,高压电容,电阻,二极管,U1IGBT;所述闪光灯为LAMP1当击穿灯光里面的惰性气体后,闪光发出光热,所述高压包为L2,是升压变压器,电压为1比25的比数升压;所述高压电容设有2个,分别为C6、C8,用来存放电荷,所述电阻设有2个,分别为R24,R25,所述电阻限流给C6、C8电容充电,所述二极管为二极管D5为了让C8单向导电,所述U1 IGBT对电路进行开关作用。
脱毛仪工作原理是把高电压存储在大的电容里面,12V或24V,或者电池电压升压到300到500V之间,利用闪光灯放电发出的高强度的光脉冲破坏毛囊,电路工作原理如下:
1、当高压存储电容充满电后,有300V到500V的电压后,此时U1 PAUSE网络控制端是低电平的,U1相当于断开,通过R24分别给C6与C8充电,C6充电回路是过L2高压包到负端,C8的充电回路是通过R25到负端。
2、此时C6 C8已经充满电后,U1 PAUSE网络控制端输出高电平,此时C6放电,假设供电是300V,给高压包一个300V的电压,由于高压包是升压变压器此时匝数比是1:25,那此时的高压包输出端电压就8500V,而同时也给C8放电,放电管的300V,击穿后达到C8的电压叠加就是二倍压升压,此时两端就是600V,从而放电,放电的LAMP1经过D5到形成闭合的U1,完成一次放电的过程。
3、如此步骤1与步骤2的放电充电控制时间,达到拉长放电的次数,从而也拉长了放电的时间,把存放在大容量的高压电容进行放电,从而降低人对强光脉冲的痛疼感。
本发明的电路在脱毛仪中简单可靠,在高档的脱毛仪上应用非常人性化,让爱美或者体毛脸上毛多的人容易接受这种无痛脱毛的方式。

1.一种脱毛仪高频曝光的方法,其特征在于:包括闪光灯,高压包,高压电容,电阻,二极管,U1 IGBT;所述闪光灯为LAMP1当击穿灯光里面的惰性气体后,闪光发出光热,所述高压包为L2,是升压变压器,电压为1比25的比数升压;所述高压电容设有2个,分别为C6、C8,用来存放电荷,所述电阻设有2个,分别为R24,R25,所述电阻限流给C6、C8电容充电,所述二极管为二极管D5为了让C8单向导电,所述U1 IGBT对电路进行开关作用。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种脱毛仪高频曝光的方法,其特征在于:具体操作步骤为:
步骤1:当高压存储电容充满电后,有300V到500V的电压后,此时U1 PAUSE网络控制端是低电平的,U1相当于断开,通过R24分别给C6与C8充电,C6充电回路是过L2高压包到负端,C8的充电回路是通过R25到负端;
