The working principle is as follows: firstly, a first screw 6 penetrates through a first through hole on a fixed supporting plate 5, a first screw cap 4 is screwed on, the fixed supporting plate 5 is fixed between the first screw cap 4 and a limiting block, so that the fixing work of the lightning arrester body 1 and a fixed base 7 is completed, then an operator carries the fixed lightning arrester body 1 and the fixed base 7, as well as an installation connecting seat 8 and other tools, and performs ascending installation, firstly, a second screw 13 is aligned to a second through hole on an installation supporting plate 9 and is inserted, then the operator can release the hand without hand operation, the installation connecting seat 8 can be temporarily positioned at the top of the installation supporting plate 9 and cannot slide, then, a second screw cap 14 is screwed on the second screw 13 to complete the fixing of the installation connecting seat 8, then, a thread groove at the bottom of the fixed base 7 is aligned to a fourth screw 11, and the fixed base 7 is rotated to fix the fourth screw 11 at the bottom of the fixed base 7, then one hand can be released, only one-hand operation is needed, the other hand can be used for holding an operation tool, the third screw 12 is inserted into the threaded hole on the fixed base 7, the third screw is screwed to the bottommost part by using the tool to complete fixed installation, the firmness of the lightning arrester body 1 can be ensured in the whole installation process, and the installation process does not need to be simultaneously operated by two hands all the time, so that the convenience in operation can be provided, or after the installation connecting seat 8 is fixed, one end of the fixed base 7 can be aligned to the sliding groove 15, the lower half part of the fixed base 7 is inserted into the sliding groove 15 and slides to the leftmost side, then the limiting inserting plate 16 is inserted into the slot at the bottom of the sliding groove 15 from the top of the sliding groove 15, and the elastic characteristic of the limiting gasket 17 is utilized, so that the fixed base 7 is tightly pressed in the sliding groove 15, the lightning arrester body 1 can be firmly fixed, in work, when the lightning arrester body 1 breaks down, the soluble supporting column 21 is melted by using power frequency short-circuit current, the supporting transverse plate 18 is pushed to move downwards under the action of the elastic force of the spring 20, so that the fixing shaft 2 fixedly connected with the supporting transverse plate 18 moves downwards, the indication mark 3 on the fixing shaft 2 is shortened, and whether the lightning arrester body 1 breaks down or not can be known by observing the length change of the indication mark 3 exposed outside the lightning arrester body 1, one-by-one test is not needed, the operation efficiency can be greatly improved, when the lightning arrester body 1 breaks down, the lightning arrester body 1 can be taken down and replaced by only dismounting the third screw 12 and the second screw cap 14, or the upper part of the limiting inserting plate 16 is pulled upwards directly, the limiting inserting plate 16 can be taken down, and then the fixing base 7 slides out of the sliding groove 15, so that the lightning arrester body 1 can be detached, and replacing the metal tube.
