4. The 10kV lightning arrester as claimed in claim 1, wherein the connecting rod is a telescopic rod formed by sleeving not less than 2 sections of sleeves.
5. The 10kV lightning arrester as claimed in claim 1, wherein the lightning arrester fixing device comprises a fixing device body, the fixing device body is provided with a fixing clamp, the fixing clamp is a U-shaped clamp, and the number of the U-shaped clamps is not less than 2.
6. The 10kV lightning arrester as claimed in claim 1, wherein the connecting rod is provided with at least 3 annular grooves which are uniformly distributed, and the annular grooves are bound with binding wires which are metal binding wires.
7. The 10kV lightning arrester as claimed in claim 4, wherein the sleeve is uniformly provided with at least 2 fixing holes penetrating through the sleeve, fixing rods are inserted into the fixing holes, and two ends of the fixing rods are fixed by bolts.
8. The easy-to-mount/dismount 10kV lightning arrester according to claim 1, wherein the connecting rod is a straight rod pen type electric push rod.

The 10kV lightning arrester as claimed in claim 5, further comprising an insulating support, wherein the bottom of the lightning arrester is provided with a rotator, the top of the lightning arrester is provided with a top post, the top of the insulating support is provided with a top support plate, the top of the insulating support is provided with a bottom support plate, the bottom support plate is provided with a lower static contact and a connecting seat, and the connecting seat is fixed with the lightning arrester fixing device.
10. The 10kV lightning arrester as claimed in claim 9, wherein the connecting base is provided with a fixing hole, the fixing clip passes through the fixing hole for fixing, and the connecting rod is made of an insulating material.
