Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention clearer, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, but not all, embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be obtained by a person skilled in the art without any inventive step based on the embodiments of the present invention, are within the scope of the present invention.
In the related art, the liquid cooling system is connected to a water pump of the vehicle through a liquid cooling plate and a water pipe, and corresponding liquid refrigerant, generally water or a mixture of water and organic alcohol, is injected into the water pipe and the cold plate, and the water pump controls circulation of the liquid. Strict sealing requirements are provided for the water cooling plate, the water pipe and the water pipe joint, and leakage of cooling liquid is prevented. However, the cooling liquid leakage is most likely to occur due to the limitation of the manufacturing process of the water cooling system and the unavoidable working condition influence of vibration, impact and the like during the operation of the vehicle, and the failure may cause the insulation failure of the battery pack to cause the risk of short circuit and fire. In order to solve the technical problem, the invention provides a battery pack leakage fault detection system and a battery pack leakage fault detection method.
As shown in fig. 1, the battery pack leakage fault detection system according to the present invention includes a battery management system 500 and a leakage detection mechanism communicatively connected to the battery management system 500 via a signal line 400. The liquid leakage detection mechanism can be arranged in the battery pack, can detect the liquid leakage condition of the battery pack, and can transmit a corresponding detection result to the battery management system 500, and the battery management system 500 can adopt corresponding processing measures to ensure the use safety of the battery pack.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 2 to 5, the aforementioned leakage detection mechanism may include a housing structure 100, and a leakage detection circuit 200 and a detection terminal structure 300 disposed in the housing structure 100, wherein the detection terminal structure 300 protrudes below the bottom of the housing structure 100, the detection terminal structure 300 is electrically connected to the leakage detection circuit 200, and the leakage detection circuit 200 is communicatively connected to the battery management system 500 through a signal line 400. The shell structure 100 of the leakage detection mechanism can be installed at the cooling system of the battery pack, and the detection terminal structure 300 corresponds to the position (such as the position of a water cooling plate, a water pipe and a water pipe joint) where leakage easily occurs in the cooling system to detect whether leakage occurs or not, when leakage occurs, the detection terminal structure 300 transmits detection information to the leakage detection circuit 200, and the leakage detection circuit 200 transmits the leakage information to the battery management system 500 to send out warning information.
In addition, the above-mentioned leakage detection circuit 200 may include a detection circuit board 210 and a constant resistor 220 disposed in the housing structure 100 and electrically connected to each other, the detection terminal structure 300 is connected in series with the constant resistor 220, and the detection circuit board 210 is communicatively connected to the battery management system 500 through a signal line 400. Specifically, the detection circuit board 210 of the leakage detection circuit 200 may detect the resistance value of the constant resistor 220, and the detection terminal structure 300 may contact with the liquid when leakage occurs, so that the resistance value of the constant resistor 220 detected by the detection circuit board 210 changes, the detection circuit board 210 may determine that a leakage fault occurs, and may transmit leakage fault information to the battery management system 500 through the signal line 400, and the battery management system 500 may take corresponding measures for the battery pack in which leakage occurs, so as to prevent danger.
Thus, signals corresponding to different resistance values, such as a first resistance value signal corresponding to the constant resistor 220 and a second resistance value signal corresponding to the non-constant resistor, can be calibrated in advance in the detection circuit board 210. When the detection terminal structure 300 is not contacted with the leakage liquid, the resistance value is kept constant (i.e. the first resistance signal is kept constant), and the detection circuit board 210 determines that there is no fault. When the detection terminal structure 300 contacts the leakage liquid, the resistance value of the constant resistor 220 is added to the internal resistance value of the leakage liquid itself, so that the total resistance value changes (i.e., a second resistance value signal is generated). Through the change of the resistance value, the detection circuit board 210 CAN determine that a leakage fault occurs at this time, and send a fault signal to the battery management system 500 through the signal line 400(CAN bus) to give an alarm.
Furthermore, in some embodiments, the detection circuit board 210 may include a resistance value detection circuit electrically connected to the constant resistor 220, a resistance value comparison circuit electrically connected to the resistance value detection circuit, and a fault determination circuit electrically connected to the resistance value comparison circuit, wherein the fault determination circuit is communicatively connected to the battery management system 500 through a signal line. The resistance value detection circuit may detect the resistance value of the constant resistor 220 and transmit the detected resistance value to the resistance value comparison circuit for comparison, and the resistance value comparison circuit may transmit the comparison result to the fault determination circuit, and the fault determination circuit may determine whether a leakage fault occurs and may transmit the determination result to the battery management system 500.
Moreover, in some embodiments, when the actual resistance value detected by the resistance value comparison circuit is the same as the resistance value of the constant resistor 220, the fault judgment circuit judges that the battery pack has no leakage fault; when the actual resistance value detected by the resistance value comparison circuit is different from the resistance value of the constant resistor 220, the fault judgment circuit judges that the battery pack has a leakage fault. When liquid leakage occurs, the detection terminal structure 300 can be in contact with the leaked liquid, and the leaked liquid has a certain resistance value, so that the resistance value detected by the resistance value detection circuit of the detection circuit board 210 is different from the resistance value of the constant resistor 220, and the occurrence of liquid leakage can be judged.
In addition, in some embodiments, the above-mentioned detection terminal structure 300 may include a first detection terminal 310 and a second detection terminal 320 electrically connected to two ends of the constant resistor 220, respectively, wherein the first detection terminal 310 and the second detection terminal 320 both protrude from the bottom of the housing structure 100 inside the housing structure 100, and the first detection terminal 310 and the second detection terminal 320 are disposed at intervals. Through setting up two detection terminal, when two detection terminal all contacted the liquid of revealing, the resistance of the constant resistance 220 that detects will change, also is difficult for taking place the false retrieval.
Further, in some embodiments, the above-described leakage detection circuit may include a first constant resistance and a second constant resistance provided in the case structure 100; the detection circuit board 210 may include a first resistance value detection circuit electrically connected to the first constant resistor, a first resistance value comparison circuit electrically connected to the first resistance value detection circuit, and a first fault determination circuit electrically connected to the first resistance value comparison circuit, the first fault determination circuit being in communication with the battery management system; moreover, the detection circuit board 210 may further include a second resistance value detection circuit electrically connected to the second constant resistor, a second resistance value comparison circuit electrically connected to the second resistance value detection circuit, and a second fault determination circuit electrically connected to the second resistance value comparison circuit, the second fault determination circuit being in communication connection with the battery management system 500; moreover, the above-mentioned leakage detection mechanism may include a first detection terminal structure and a second detection terminal structure provided in the case structure 100, the first detection terminal structure being electrically connected to the first constant resistance, and the second detection terminal structure being electrically connected to the second constant resistance. Two leakage detection circuits can be arranged, double-circuit redundancy detection function is achieved, and error detection is prevented.
Moreover, the first detection terminal structure and the second detection terminal structure are arranged in a staggered mode, and the length of the first detection terminal structure is different from that of the second detection terminal structure. Through detecting terminal structure with first detection terminal structure and second and detecting terminal structure setting in position department of difference, can detect different positions on the plane simultaneously, can make the testing result accurate reliable like this. Moreover, the length of the first detection terminal structure and the length of the second detection terminal structure are set to be different, so that different positions in the height direction can be detected, and the detection result is more accurate.
In addition, the housing structure 100 may include a housing body 110, and a housing mounting plate 120 protruding from one side of the housing body 110, the detection circuit board 210 and the constant resistor 220 are both disposed in the housing body 110, and the detection terminal structure 300 protrudes from the inside of the housing body 110 to a position below the bottom of the housing body 110. The detection circuit board 210 and the constant resistor 220 can be packaged through the shell body 110, so that the danger of short circuit caused by contact with leaked liquid is avoided; by arranging the casing mounting plate 120 on the casing main body 110, the whole leakage detection mechanism is conveniently mounted on the bottom casing or the side casing of the battery pack through the casing mounting plate 120, and the whole leakage detection mechanism corresponds to the outer casing of the cooling system of the battery pack, particularly the protruding part of the detection terminal structure 300 corresponds to the position where leakage easily occurs, such as a water cooling plate, a water pipe joint and the like of the cooling system, so as to detect the leakage condition of the cooling liquid.
Further, the housing structure 100 may include a plurality of supporting legs 130 protruding from the bottom periphery of the housing main body 110, a detection cavity is defined between the supporting legs 130, and an end of the detection terminal structure 300 protrudes into the detection cavity. By arranging the end portions of the first detection terminal 310 and the second detection terminal 320 of the detection terminal structure 300 in the detection cavity at the bottom of the housing main body 110 in a protruding manner, the detection terminals in the detection cavity can be protected by the plurality of supporting legs 130, and the whole liquid leakage detection mechanism can be supported by the plurality of supporting legs 130, so that the liquid leakage detection mechanism is stable in the using process, and the first detection terminal 310 and the second detection terminal 320 are stable and are not prone to skew, thereby causing inaccurate detection. Moreover, gaps are formed among the supporting legs 130, so that the detection cavity is communicated with the outside, and the flowing of liquid inside and outside the detection cavity is not influenced.
Moreover, the housing mounting plate 120 may include a side connecting plate disposed on a side surface of the housing body 110, and a mounting fixing plate extending along a top of the side connecting plate in a direction away from the housing body, the mounting fixing plate being provided with a connecting fixing hole.
