Abstract

The disclosed embodiments relate to a display device and an electronic apparatus. The display device includes: a display panel; the flexible cover plate is arranged on the upper surface of the display panel; the replaceable cover plate is adhered to the upper surface of the flexible cover plate, and the adhesion force between the replaceable cover plate and the flexible cover plate is smaller than a preset value. The embodiment of the disclosure can ensure that the replaceable cover plate does not damage the display device such as a flexible panel in the replacement process to a great extent, and further can improve the product quality; meanwhile, the use of a polaroid is avoided, the thickness of the display device is reduced, the flexibility of the flexible panel is enhanced, and meanwhile, the weather resistance of the display device can be improved.

Technical Field
The embodiment of the disclosure relates to the technical field of display, in particular to a display device and electronic equipment.
Background
At present, a flexible display device usually comprises at least a display panel, a flexible cover plate, and a polarizer. In order to ensure good flexibility, especially a large curvature type, foldable or rollable display device, the flexible cover plate is usually made of a polymer material, but the polymer material has low strength and is easy to scratch, resulting in poor display effect or experience of the flexible display device. The flexible cover plate is usually adhered to the display panel packaging layer by an adhesive, and if the flexible cover plate is damaged and needs to be taken down for replacement, the lower layer material such as the packaging layer can be damaged and influenced, such as breakage and the like, and the display device is difficult to repair or restore at the moment and can be permanently influenced.
In addition, in the conventional flexible display device, the cathode in the display panel is usually made of a metal material with good conductivity, such as silver, and the metal material has a high reflectivity, such as that the reflectivity of silver in the visible light band reaches over 90%, so that the external ambient light is easily reflected, and the visibility of the display is reduced, which affects the display quality. To reduce or eliminate the effect of ambient light on the visibility of the display, it is necessary to add, for example, a circular polarizer in the stack of the display device to absorb the ambient light. However, the polarizers are thick and are susceptible to moisture and failure, and the development trend of the current flexible display technology is towards thinning, and the use of the polarizers leads to thickness increase and does not meet the trend. Accordingly, there is a need to ameliorate one or more of the problems with the related art solutions described above.

Disclosure of Invention
An object of the disclosed embodiments is to provide a display device and an electronic apparatus, which overcome one or more of the problems due to the limitations and disadvantages of the related art, at least to some extent.
According to a first aspect of embodiments of the present disclosure, there is provided a display device including:
a display panel;
the flexible cover plate is arranged on the upper surface of the display panel;
the replaceable cover plate is adhered to the upper surface of the flexible cover plate, and the adhesion force between the replaceable cover plate and the flexible cover plate is smaller than a preset value.
In an embodiment of the present disclosure, the replaceable cover plate is bonded to the flexible cover plate through a first optical adhesive layer.
In an embodiment of the present disclosure, the peeling force of the first optical adhesive layer is 100 to 1000gf/25 mm.
In an embodiment of the present disclosure, the light transmittance of the first optical adhesive layer is 30% to 95%; and/or the haze of the first optical adhesive layer is within 80%.
In an embodiment of the present disclosure, the flexible cover plate is bonded to the display panel through a second optical adhesive layer.
In an embodiment of the present disclosure, the light transmittance of the second optical adhesive layer is 30% to 95%; and/or the haze of the second optical adhesive layer is within 80%.
In an embodiment of the present disclosure, the display panel includes a substrate base plate, a first electrode layer, an organic light emitting layer, a second electrode layer, and an encapsulation layer, which are sequentially stacked from bottom to top.
In an embodiment of the present disclosure, the first electrode layer or the second electrode layer is a patterned electrode layer.
In an embodiment of the present disclosure, the display device further includes a touch functional layer located between the display panel and the flexible cover plate.
According to a second aspect of the embodiments of the present disclosure, there is provided an electronic device including the display device described in any one of the embodiments above.
The technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the disclosure can have the following beneficial effects:
in the embodiment of the disclosure, by the display device and the electronic apparatus, the display device is provided with the replaceable cover plate, the replaceable cover plate is adhered to the upper surface of the flexible cover plate in the display device, and the adhesion force between the replaceable cover plate and the flexible cover plate is smaller than a preset value. The described features, structures, or characteristics may be combined in any suitable manner in one or more embodiments.

The same reference numerals in the drawings denote the same or similar parts, and thus their repetitive description will be omitted. First, a display device is provided in the present exemplary embodiment. Referring to fig. 1, the display device 100 may include a display panel 10, a flexible cover 20, and a replaceable cover 30; wherein, the flexible cover plate 20 is disposed on the upper surface of the display panel 10. The replaceable cover plate 30 is adhered to the upper surface of the flexible cover plate 20, and the adhesion force between the replaceable cover plate 30 and the flexible cover plate 20 is smaller than a preset value.
Through the display device of the above example, the replaceable cover plate 30 is added on the flexible cover plate 20 to play a role in protection, so that the flexible cover plate 20 is prevented from being directly damaged in the use process of the display device, and the performance requirement on the flexible cover plate 20 can be reduced to a certain extent, thereby reducing the cost; in addition, the adhesion force between the replaceable cover plate 30 and the flexible cover plate 20 is smaller than a preset value, for example, a weak adhesive is used for adhesion, so that the replaceable cover plate 30 is ensured not to damage a display device such as a flexible panel in the replacement process to a great extent, and the product quality can be improved. Finally, in the scheme of the embodiment, the use of a polarizer is avoided, the thickness of the display device is reduced, the lightening and thinning are facilitated, the flexibility and the lightening and thinning of the flexible panel are facilitated to be enhanced, and meanwhile the weather resistance of the display device can be improved.
Next, each part of the above-described display device in the present exemplary embodiment will be described in more detail with reference to fig. 1 to 2.
In one embodiment, the display panel 10 may include an OLED display panel, such as an AMOLED display panel, or the like, but is not limited thereto. A flexible cover 20 is disposed on the upper surface of the display panel 10, and the flexible cover 20 may refer to the prior art.
The replaceable cover plate 30 is adhered to the upper surface of the flexible cover plate 20, and the adhesion force between the replaceable cover plate 30 and the flexible cover plate 20 is smaller than a preset value. The material of the replaceable cover 30 may be the same as the flexible cover 20, and may be, for example, a polymer material, but is not limited thereto. Illustratively, in one embodiment of the present disclosure, the replaceable cover plate 30 is bonded to the flexible cover plate 20 by a first optical adhesive layer 40. For example, in an embodiment of the present disclosure, in order to achieve an adhesion force between the replaceable cover plate 30 and the flexible cover plate 20 smaller than a predetermined value, the peel force of the first optical adhesive layer 40 is 100 to 1000gf/25mm, for example, 300 to 800gf/25 mm. Or 200gf/25mm, 400gf/25mm, 500gf/25mm, 600gf/25mm, 700gf/25mm, 900gf/25mm, etc. That is, the preset value is related to the peeling force of the first optical adhesive layer 40. Through tests, when the peeling force of the first optical adhesive layer 40 is within the numerical range, the first optical adhesive layer is a weak adhesive, so that the replaceable cover plate 30 can be ensured not to damage a display device such as a flexible panel in the replacement process after bonding to a great extent, and the product quality can be improved.
In an embodiment of the disclosure, the light transmittance of the first optical adhesive layer 40 is 30% to 95%, specifically, for example, 50% to 80%, 60%, 70%, 90%, and the like, so that the external ambient light can be secondarily absorbed by the optical adhesive, the external ambient light received by a viewer of the display is reduced, and the display quality is improved. In one example, the haze (haze) of the first optical adhesive layer 40 is within 80%, so that the external ambient light can be scattered by the optical adhesive, the external ambient light received by a viewer of the display is reduced, and the display quality is improved.
In an embodiment of the present disclosure, the flexible cover plate 20 is bonded to the display panel 10 through a second optical adhesive layer 50. Illustratively, in an embodiment of the present disclosure, the light transmittance of the second optical adhesive layer 50 is 30% to 95%, specifically, for example, 50% to 80%, 60%, 70%, 90%, and the like. So can utilize optical gluing agent to carry out the secondary absorption to external environment light, further reduce the external environment light that the display viewer received, promote the display quality. In one example, the haze of the second optical adhesive layer 50 is within 80%, so that the external ambient light can be scattered by the optical adhesive layer, the external ambient light received by a viewer of the display is further reduced, and the display quality is improved.
In an embodiment of the present disclosure, as shown in fig. 2, the display panel 10 may include a substrate 101, a first electrode layer 102, an organic light emitting layer 103, a second electrode layer 104, and an encapsulation layer 105, which are sequentially stacked from bottom to top. The specific structure and preparation process of each part can refer to the prior art.
In an embodiment of the present disclosure, the first electrode layer 102 or the second electrode layer 104 may be a patterned electrode layer. For example, the first electrode layer 102 may be an anode layer, and the second electrode layer may be a cathode layer, but is not limited thereto. In this embodiment, the second electrode layer 104, i.e., the cathode layer, may be a patterned cathode layer. The patterned cathode layer is formed, for example, by a patterning process. So with the cathode patterning, can reduce the reflection of negative pole to external environment light, promote the anti reflection performance of display to can fill black optical cement in the clearance of patterning negative pole, combine the secondary absorption of black optical cement to external environment light, can further promote the anti reflection performance of display.
In an embodiment of the present disclosure, the display device may further include a touch function layer (not shown) located between the display panel 10 and the flexible cover plate 20, but is not limited thereto. The specific structure and the preparation process of the touch functional layer can refer to the prior art, and are not described herein again.
An embodiment of the present disclosure further provides an electronic device including the display device described in any of the above embodiments. For the display device, reference may be made to the detailed description in the foregoing embodiments, which are not repeated herein.
By way of example, the electronic device may be a smartphone, a wearable device, and the like, but is not limited thereto. The display device may be an OLED display device, such as an AMOLED display device or the like.
Through the electronic equipment of the example, the replaceable cover plate is added on the flexible cover plate to play a role in protection, the flexible cover plate is prevented from being directly damaged in the use process of the display device, the performance requirement on the flexible cover plate can be reduced to a certain extent, and further the cost is reduced; in addition, the bonding force between the replaceable cover plate and the flexible cover plate is smaller than a preset value, for example, bonding is performed by using a weak adhesive, so that the replaceable cover plate can be ensured to be free from damage to a display device such as a flexible panel in the replacement process to a great extent, and the product quality can be improved. Finally, in the scheme of the embodiment, the use of a polarizer is avoided, the thickness of the display device is reduced, the display device is beneficial to thinning, the flexibility of the flexible panel is beneficial to enhancing, and meanwhile, the weather resistance of the display device in the electronic equipment can be improved.

7. The display device according to claim 5, wherein the display panel comprises a substrate base plate, a first electrode layer, an organic light emitting layer, a second electrode layer and an encapsulation layer which are sequentially stacked from bottom to top.
8. The display device according to claim 7, wherein the first electrode layer or the second electrode layer is a patterned electrode layer.
9. The display device according to claim 5, further comprising a touch functional layer between the display panel and the flexible cover sheet.
10. An electronic device comprising the display device according to any one of claims 1 to 9.
