Abstract
The invention discloses a system and a method for realizing remote prescription making based on an internet platform, wherein the system comprises at least one store front end, at least one doctor end and a background server which are connected with each other through network communication; and video inquiry, prescription making and sending and information storage are realized. The method comprises the following steps: s1: the method comprises the following steps that a shop front end initiates a requirement for remotely making a prescription, a matched doctor end is automatically retrieved, and meanwhile, the doctor end obtains a video request; s2: the doctor receives the request, starts the interactive video, carries out the process of exchanging the illness state between the doctor and the customer, carries out audio and video recording in real time, and backs up and stores the recorded information on a background server; s3: adding one or more prescription drugs on the electronic prescription list by the doctor end following the inquiry disease condition, and adding and synthesizing the electronic signature stored in advance to generate an effective prescription list; s4: and the doctor end submits the prescription order and transmits the prescription order to the front-end and background servers of the store.

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of medical informatization, and particularly relates to a system and a method for remotely making prescriptions based on an internet platform.
Background
The prescription is a written file for doctors to take medicine for patients, is the basis for medicament staff to prepare medicines, and has legal, technical and economic responsibilities. According to the second rule of prescription management: the prescription is a medical document which is prepared for a patient in a diagnosis and treatment activity by a registered medical practitioner and a medical assistant physician (hereinafter, referred to as a physician), examined, prepared and checked by a medical professional technician (hereinafter, referred to as a pharmacist) who acquires the qualification of the medical professional technical staff, and is used as a drug administration certificate of the patient. The system comprises at least one store front end, at least one doctor end and a background server which are connected with each other through network communication, wherein the store front end and the doctor end carry out video inquiry, the doctor end makes a prescription order, and the background server stores the inquiry process and the prescription order.
Further, the store front end comprises a request module, a matching module, a video module, a recording module and a display module,
the request module is used for the customer to initiate the requirement of remote prescription making,
the matching module is used for automatically searching matched doctor terminals according to the requirement of customer for initiating remote prescription,
the video module is used for initiating a video request to a doctor end and carrying out real-time video,
the recording module is used for recording the process of the disease condition communication between the doctor and the customer, and backing up and storing the process on a background server for later evidence collection;
the display module is used for displaying the prescription with the electronic signature of the doctor.
Further, the doctor end comprises a video communication module, a medicine adding module, an electronic signature module and a prescription sending module,
the video communication module is used for enabling the doctor to remotely start video communication with the customer;
the medicine adding module is used for filling or selecting a required prescription medicine universal name by a doctor according to an inquiry result, and can be added for multiple times to complete a prescription list if multiple prescription medicines are purchased;
the electronic signature module is used for adding an electronic signature on the prescribed prescription by the doctor;
and the prescription sending module is used for respectively sending the prescription with the electronic signature to a front-end store and a background server.
Preferably, the electronic signature may be a pre-stored physician signature picture, and the pre-stored physician signature picture may be combined with the prescription.
Further, the background management end: comprises a receiving and storing module, an audio file for recording the conversation between the patient and the doctor and a prescription made by the doctor.
The invention also provides a method for realizing remote prescription making based on the Internet platform, which is characterized by comprising the following steps:
s1: the method comprises the following steps that a shop front end initiates a requirement for remotely making a prescription, a matched doctor end is automatically retrieved, and meanwhile, the doctor end obtains a video request;
s2: the doctor receives the request, starts the interactive video, carries out the process of exchanging the illness state between the doctor and the customer, carries out audio and video recording in real time and uploads the recorded audio and video to the background server;
s3: adding one or more prescription drugs on the electronic prescription list by the doctor end following the inquiry disease condition, and adding and synthesizing the electronic signature stored in advance to generate an effective prescription list;
s4: and the doctor end submits the prescription order and transmits the prescription order to the front-end and background servers of the store.
Further, in step S2, if the matched doctor end does not receive the request, the process returns to step S1 to retrieve the matched new doctor end.
Has the advantages that: the invention enables each medicine selling end to be prescribed by a doctor, solves the problem of troublesome prescription order prescription, reduces the time operation cost of patients and lightens the burden of a medical system.

The invention is illustrated below with reference to specific examples. It will be understood by those skilled in the art that these examples are for illustrative purposes only and are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention in any way.
A system for remotely providing prescriptions based on an internet platform, as shown in fig. 1, includes: the system comprises a store front end 100, a doctor end 200 and a background server 300 which are connected with one another through network communication;
the store front end 100 includes a request module 101, a matching module 102, a video module 103, a recording module 104 and a display module 105,
a request module 101 for a customer to initiate a request for remote prescription,
a matching module 102 for automatically retrieving the matched physician end 200 according to the requirement of customer to initiate remote prescription,
the video module 103 is used for initiating a video request to the physician end 200, performing real-time video,
the recording module 104 is used for recording the process of the disease condition communication between the doctor and the customer and uploading the recorded data to the background server 300 for later evidence collection;
a display module 105 for displaying the prescription with the electronic signature of the physician;
the doctor end 200 comprises a video communication module 201, a medicine adding module 202, an electronic signature module 203 and a prescription sending module 204,
the video communication module 201 is used for enabling the doctor to remotely start video communication with the customer;
the medicine adding module 202 is used for filling or selecting a required prescription medicine universal name by a doctor according to an inquiry result, and can be added for multiple times to complete a prescription list if multiple prescription medicines are purchased;
the electronic signature module 203 is used for adding an electronic signature on the prescribed prescription by the doctor, wherein the electronic signature adopts a prestored doctor signature picture and is synthesized on the prescription;
the prescription sending module 204 is used for respectively sending the prescription sheets with the electronic signatures to a front-end store and a background server;
the back-office management terminal 300 comprises a receiving and storing module 301 for recording audio files of the patient and the doctor conversation and prescription orders issued by the doctor.
The method for remotely making a prescription based on the internet platform, as shown in fig. 2, includes the following steps:
s1: the method comprises the following steps that a shop front end initiates a requirement for remotely making a prescription, a matched doctor end is automatically retrieved, and meanwhile, the doctor end obtains a video request;
s2: the doctor receives the request, starts the interactive video, carries out the process of exchanging the illness state between the doctor and the customer, carries out audio and video recording in real time and uploads the recorded audio and video to the background server;
s3: if the matched doctor end does not receive the request, returning to the step S1, and retrieving the matched new doctor end again;
s4: adding one or more prescription drugs on the electronic prescription list by the doctor end following the inquiry disease condition, and adding and synthesizing the electronic signature stored in advance to generate an effective prescription list;
s5: and the doctor end submits the prescription order and transmits the prescription order to the front-end and background servers of the store.

1. System for realizing remote prescription making based on internet platform, its characterized in that includes: the system comprises at least one store front end, at least one doctor end and a background server which are connected with one another through network communication;
the store front end comprises a request module, a matching module, a video module, a recording module and a display module,
the request module is used for the customer to initiate the requirement of remote prescription making,
the matching module is used for automatically searching matched doctor terminals according to the requirement of customer for initiating remote prescription,
the video module is used for initiating a video request to a doctor end and carrying out real-time video,
the recording module is used for recording the process of the disease condition communication between the doctor and the customer and uploading the recorded data to the background server,
the display module is used for displaying the prescription with the electronic signature of the doctor;
a doctor end: comprises a video communication module, a medicine adding module, an electronic signature module and a prescription sending module,
the video communication module is used for the remote video communication between the doctor and the customer,
the medicine adding module is used for filling or selecting the required universal name of the prescription medicine by a doctor according to the inquiry result, if a plurality of prescription medicines are purchased, the medicine can be added for a plurality of times to complete a prescription order,
the electronic signature module is used for adding an electronic signature on the prescribed prescription by the doctor,
the prescription sending module is used for respectively sending the prescription with the electronic signature to a front-end store and a background server;
a background management end: the receiving and storing module is used for recording audio files of the conversation between the patient and the doctor and prescription orders issued by the doctor.
2. The internet-based platform-based remote prescription system of claim 1, wherein said electronic signature is composed on the prescription by using a pre-stored physician signature picture.
3. The method for remotely making the prescription based on the Internet platform is characterized by comprising the following steps:
s1: the method comprises the following steps that a shop front end initiates a requirement for remotely making a prescription, a matched doctor end is automatically retrieved, and meanwhile, the doctor end obtains a video request;
s2: the matched doctor end receives the request, the interactive video is started, the process of exchanging the illness state between the doctor and the customer is carried out, the audio and video recording is carried out in real time, and the backup is stored on a background server;
s3: adding one or more prescription drugs on the electronic prescription list by the doctor end following the inquiry disease condition, and adding and synthesizing the electronic signature stored in advance to generate an effective prescription list;
s4: and the doctor end submits the prescription order and transmits the prescription order to the front-end and background servers of the store.
4. The internet platform-based method for remotely providing a prescription as claimed in claim 3, wherein in step S2, if the matched physician end does not receive the request, the method returns to step S1 to retrieve the matched new physician end.
