Abstract

本发明公开了一种LED灯,LED灯板安装于散热片正面,透镜盖合于LED灯板外侧并安装于散热片正面,散热片顶部边沿安装有平面轴承,底罩顶部内壁安装于该平面轴承,于底罩内侧的中心齿轮外啮合的行星齿轮,该行星齿轮与设置于底罩内壁的内齿轮啮合,与行星齿轮同轴一体设置有叶片;底罩具有圆环形底罩凸台,底罩顶部内壁置于平面轴承上表面时,该圆环形底罩凸台扣合于散热片上表面,该圆环形底罩凸台上径向贯通设置一个散热除尘口,散热片外边沿圆周阵列设置有若干散热除尘孔;LED灯板上设置有若干贯通的散热孔。本发明的LED灯通过设置散热片、中心齿轮、行星齿轮和叶片,实现了良好的散热和除尘效果,提高了LED灯的使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明属于LED灯具领域,尤其涉及一种LED灯。
背景技术
LED灯作为LED照明领域重要的产品之一,由于兼具较长的使用寿命和较为美观的外形,LED灯已经被广泛应用于需要家用室内照明,但是现有的LED灯具散热及除尘效果不好,导致LED灯具寿命短。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种LED灯,以解决现有LED灯具散热及除尘效果不好,导致LED灯具寿命短的问题。
本发明是这样实现的,一种LED灯包括透镜、LED灯板、散热片,LED灯板安装于散热片正面,表面具有若干弧面凸起部的透镜盖合于LED灯板外侧并安装于散热片正面,散热片顶部边沿安装有平面轴承,底罩顶部内壁安装于该平面轴承,透镜、LED灯板、散热片被罩于该底罩内侧;
于底罩内侧的散热片底部设置有与位于中心的中心齿轮外啮合的行星齿轮,该行星齿轮与设置于底罩内壁的内齿轮啮合,与行星齿轮同轴一体设置有叶片;
底罩具有圆环形底罩凸台,底罩顶部内壁置于平面轴承上表面时,该圆环形底罩凸台扣合于散热片上表面,该圆环形底罩凸台上径向贯通设置一个散热除尘口,散热片外边沿圆周阵列设置有若干散热除尘孔;
LED灯板上设置有若干贯通的散热孔。
进一步,中心齿轮通过中心齿轮安装轴安装于底罩底部的中心齿轮安装架。
进一步,透镜和LED灯板均为圆盘状结构。
进一步,散热片为圆盘状,圆盘状散热片底部外沿圆周阵列设置折绕的鳍形散热筋。
进一步,散热片上位于圆周阵列设置的散热筋内侧圆周阵列设置散热肋板。
本发明的LED灯通过设置散热片、中心齿轮、行星齿轮和叶片,实现了良好的散热和除尘效果,提高了LED灯的使用寿命。

为能进一步了解本发明的发明内容、特点及功效,兹例举以下实施例,并配合附图详细说明如下。
下面结合附图对本发明的结构作详细的描述。
一种LED灯包括透镜1、LED灯板2、散热片4,透镜1和LED灯板2均为圆盘状结构;LED灯板2安装于散热片4正面,表面具有若干弧面凸起部的透镜1盖合于LED灯板2外侧并安装于散热片4正面,表面的这些若干弧面凸起部有助于光线的散射和折射;散热片4为圆盘状,圆盘状散热片4底部外沿圆周阵列设置折绕的鳍形散热筋13,散热片4上位于圆周阵列设置的散热筋13内侧圆周阵列设置散热肋板14。
散热片4顶部边沿安装有平面轴承3,该平面轴承的底面可以粘于散热片4上,底罩10顶部内壁安装于该平面轴承3(可采用粘接的方式),透镜1、LED灯板2、散热片4被罩于该底罩10内侧;
于底罩10内侧的散热片4底部设置有与位于中心的中心齿轮6外啮合的3个行星齿轮8(行星齿轮8具体可通过行星架17与中心齿轮6连接),该行星齿轮8与设置于底罩10内壁的内齿轮啮合(内齿轮未在图中示出),与行星齿轮8同轴一体设置有叶片7,中心齿轮6通过中心齿轮安装轴12安装于底罩10底部的中心齿轮安装架11(为可拆卸结构);
底罩10具有圆环形底罩凸台16,底罩10顶部内壁置于平面轴承3上表面时,该圆环形底罩凸台16扣合于散热片4上表面使得底罩凸台16与散热片4之间的距离小于1mm,该圆环形底罩凸台16上径向贯通设置一个散热除尘口9,散热片4外边沿圆周阵列设置有若干散热除尘孔5;
LED灯板2上设置有若干贯通的散热孔15。
由外部电机驱动中心齿轮6转动时,中心齿轮6带动3个行星齿轮8在公转的同时自转,实现叶片7的转动和底罩10的转动,叶片7转动使得底罩10内叶片7与LED灯板2之间形成微负压,这样LED灯板2产生的热量通过散热孔15被释放,同时底罩10转动使得散热除尘孔5与不同的散热除尘口9分别连通成散热除尘通道,使得LED灯板2上不同角度上的灰尘依次被吸走,实现了良好的散热和除尘效果,提高了LED灯的使用寿命。

Claims (5)

1.一种LED灯,包括透镜(1)、LED灯板(2)、散热片(4),其特征在于,LED灯板(2)安装于散热片(4)正面,表面具有若干弧面凸起部的透镜(1)盖合于LED灯板(2)外侧并安装于散热片(4)正面,散热片(4)顶部边沿安装有平面轴承(3),底罩(10)顶部内壁安装于该平面轴承(3),透镜(1)、LED灯板(2)、散热片(4)被罩于该底罩(10)内侧;
于底罩(10)内侧的散热片(4)底部设置有与位于中心的中心齿轮(6)外啮合的行星齿轮(8),该行星齿轮(8)与设置于底罩(10)内壁的内齿轮啮合,与行星齿轮(8)同轴一体设置有叶片(7);
底罩(10)具有圆环形底罩凸台(16),底罩(10)顶部内壁置于平面轴承(3)上表面时,该圆环形底罩凸台(16)扣合于散热片(4)上表面,该圆环形底罩凸台(16)上径向贯通设置一个散热除尘口(9),散热片(4)外边沿圆周阵列设置有若干散热除尘孔(5);
LED灯板(2)上设置有若干贯通的散热孔(15)。
2.如权利要求1所述LED灯,其特征在于,中心齿轮(6)通过中心齿轮安装轴(12)安装于底罩(10)底部的中心齿轮安装架(11)。
3.如权利要求1所述LED灯,其特征在于,透镜(1)和LED灯板(2)均为圆盘状结构。
4.如权利要求2所述LED灯,其特征在于,散热片(4)为圆盘状,圆盘状散热片(4)底部外沿圆周阵列设置折绕的鳍形散热筋(13)。
5.如权利要求3所述LED灯,其特征在于,散热片(4)上位于圆周阵列设置的散热筋(13)内侧圆周阵列设置散热肋板(14)。
