Background
The chemical wastewater refers to wastewater produced in the process of producing products in chemical plants, can generally reach the national second-level emission standard after biochemical treatment, and due to shortage of water resources, the water meeting the emission standard needs to be further subjected to advanced treatment to achieve recycling of industrial water replenishing requirements. Because the impurities in the water are mainly suspended particles and fine wool fibers, the impurities are removed by utilizing the mechanical filtration principle and adopting the microporous filtration technology.
The existing sewage treatment equipment is precise and complex, the occupied area of the equipment is large, but the problems of incomplete decontamination, high decontamination cost and the like still exist.

A sewage treatment device for chemical industry is shown in figure 1 and comprises an adsorption device 1, a transition pipe 2 and a filtering device 3, wherein the transition pipe 2 is connected between the adsorption device 1 and the filtering device 3.
As shown in fig. 2, 3 and 4, the adsorption device 1 includes two first cylinder 11 and second cylinder 12 which are communicated with each other, the first cylinder 11 is fixed with a first tube 111 at its upper end, the second cylinder 12 is provided with a second tube 121 at its bottom end, the second tube 121 is provided with a plurality of limiting posts 122 at its outer end, and the second tube 121 and the limiting posts 122 are both fixed at the bottom end of the second cylinder 12.
The inside of first barrel 11 and second barrel 12 is provided with first activated carbon column 13 and second activated carbon column 14 respectively, and the volume of first activated carbon column 13 is less than the volume of second activated carbon column 14, and the adsorption effect of second activated carbon column 14 is better, and is in proper order progressive. Meanwhile, the sewage needs to pass through the adsorption device 1 and must pass through the second activated carbon column 14, so that the adsorption effect is ensured.
Both ends of the first activated carbon column 13 and the second activated carbon column 14 are respectively provided with a first outer protrusion 131 and a second outer protrusion 141, and the first outer protrusion 131 and the second outer protrusion 141 positioned at the outer sides are respectively in sealing and clamping arrangement with the inner walls of the first tube body 111 and the second tube body 121.
The inner sides of the first cylinder 11 and the second cylinder 12 are respectively provided with a first flange 15 and a second flange 16, a rubber ring 19 is arranged between the first flange 15 and the second flange 16, and the first flange 15, the rubber ring 19 and the second flange 16 are penetrated through by bolts, so that the first cylinder 11 and the second cylinder 12 are connected and sealed.
As shown in fig. 4 and 5, two symmetrically arranged retaining rings 17 are arranged on the inner sides of the first flange 15 and the second flange 16, the retaining rings 17 are respectively fixed on the inner walls of the first cylinder 11 and the second cylinder 12, a first water through hole 171 is formed in the side wall of the retaining ring 17, a retaining ring 18 is arranged at the middle position of the retaining ring 17, a second water through hole 181 is formed in the inner wall of the retaining ring 18, and the retaining ring 18 is respectively in sealing engagement with the first outer protrusion 131 and the second outer protrusion 141 on the inner side.
When using, chemical industry sewage reaches second barrel 12, second activated carbon column 14 from first water hole 171, the second water hole 181 again behind first barrel 11, the first activated carbon column 13, through the preliminary absorption of active carbon, discharges from second body 121.
As shown in fig. 6 and 7, the transition pipe 2 is disposed below the adsorption device 1, and the filter device 3 is disposed below the transition pipe 2. The top of transition pipe 2 is provided with connecting plate 22, and it has a plurality ofly and spacing post 122 sealed complex spacing hole 221 to open on the connecting plate 22, and second body 121 sets up in transition pipe 2, and the bottom of transition pipe 2 is provided with closing plate 21, and closing plate 21 sets up on filter equipment 3.
The filtering device 3 comprises a filtering cylinder 31 arranged with the sealing plate 21, the two ends of the filtering cylinder 31 are both provided with a sewage outlet 32, and the bottom ends of the filtering cylinder 31 close to the side walls at the two ends are both provided with a purified water outlet 33.
The inside of cartridge filter 31 is provided with two filter cores 4, two filter cores 4 set up respectively in the both sides of transition pipe 2, the both ends tip of filter core 4 all is provided with sealing washer 41, sealing washer 41 and cartridge filter 31's inner wall is fixed, in the sewage after the preliminary treatment of active carbon gets into the filter core 4 of both sides from transition pipe 2, sewage runs through and gets into filter core 4, the water after the purification is collected from water purification delivery port 33, sewage is discharged from sewage delivery port 32. Meanwhile, the sewage passes through the filter cylinder 31 to be discharged and must pass through the two filter elements 4, so that the filtering effect is ensured.
When using, chemical industry sewage crosses first barrel 11, first active carbon post 13 after from first water hole 171, second water hole 181 arrival second barrel 12, second active carbon post 14 of crossing again, through the preliminary absorption of active carbon, discharges through transition pipe 2 from second body 121, then in getting into the filter core 4 of both sides, sewage runs through into filter core 4, and the water after the purification is collected from water purification delivery port 33, and sewage is discharged from sewage delivery port 32.

the transition pipe (2) is arranged below the adsorption device (1), the filtering device (3) is arranged below the transition pipe (2), the filtering device (3) comprises a filtering cylinder (31), two ends of the filtering cylinder (31) are respectively provided with a sewage outlet (32), and the bottom ends of the filtering cylinder (31) close to the side walls of the two ends are respectively provided with a purified water outlet (33);
