In the description of the present invention, it should be noted that the terms "center", "upper", "lower", "left", "right", "vertical", "horizontal", "inner", "outer", etc., indicate orientations or positional relationships based on the orientations or positional relationships shown in the drawings, and are only for convenience of description and simplicity of description, but do not indicate or imply that the device or element being referred to must have a particular orientation, be constructed and operated in a particular orientation, and thus, should not be construed as limiting the present invention.
In the description of the present invention, it should be noted that, unless otherwise explicitly specified or limited, the terms "mounted," "connected," and "connected" are to be construed broadly, e.g., as meaning either a fixed connection, a removable connection, or an integral connection; can be mechanically or electrically connected; they may be connected directly or indirectly through intervening media, or they may be interconnected between two elements. The specific meanings of the above terms in the present invention can be understood in specific cases to those skilled in the art.
The specific embodiment is as follows:
example 1, as shown in figures 1-5, a conveniently collapsible sling comprising a gantry and a hoist 2. The hoist 2 is fixedly connected to the top end of the portal frame. The portal frame comprises a portal type bracket 1 and a folding base. The portal frame 1 is composed of two vertical supports 11 and a cross support connected between the top ends of the two vertical supports 11.
The folding base is provided with two, connects in the bottom of two vertical braces 11 respectively. The folding base comprises a receiving box 3 and two support arms 4. The storage box 3 is composed of two U-shaped wall plates 32 and two cover plates 31. The two walls 32 are identical in structure and are symmetrically arranged, and a gap existing between the two walls 32 forms a cavity for accommodating the support arm 4. The cover plate 31 is fixed to the top end of the wall plate 32. The two wall plates 32 are sleeved at the end parts of the vertical supports 11 through U-shaped openings thereof, so that the containing box 3 is connected with the vertical supports 11. The inner side of the wall plate 32 is provided with a U-shaped sliding groove 321 which is consistent with the overall direction of the wall plate 32, and the U-shaped sliding groove 321 bypasses the bottom end of the vertical support 11. The front and rear side walls of the end part of the supporting arm 4 are provided with sliding blocks 42, and the sliding blocks 42 are matched with the U-shaped sliding grooves 321 and can slide in the U-shaped sliding grooves 321. When the support arm 4 is housed in the housing box 3, the slider 42 is located at the upper end of the support arm 4. In this embodiment, the sliding block 42 may be a smooth cylinder or a bearing.
When the two support arms 4 slide upwards to the top end along the U-shaped sliding grooves 321, the support arms 4 can be tightly attached to the vertical supports 11 and are collected in the cavity of the storage box 3. The two support arms slide downwards along the U-shaped sliding groove 321 and rotate to be perpendicular to the vertical support 11 at proper positions, and then continue to slide downwards and towards the middle of the U-shaped sliding groove 321, so that the two support arms 4 extend to the lower part of the vertical support 11 in a suspended mode, and at the moment, the two support arms 4 are in a support state for the vertical support 11, and the portal frame is guaranteed to stand stably for hoisting.
The support arm 4 is provided with a stopper 41 on an upper side surface when in a support state to the stand 11. In the present embodiment, the stopper 41 has a triangular prism structure with a right triangle section. One right-angle surface of the stop block 41 is fixedly connected to the support arm 4; when the two support arms 4 slide to be tightly attached to each other and are perpendicular to the vertical support 11, the other right-angle surface of the stop block 41 abuts against the side wall of the vertical support 11, so that the vertical support 11 and the support arms 4 can be effectively stopped from rotating, and the stability of the portal frame is ensured.
When the conveniently-folded hoisting frame is used, the two supporting arms 4 slide downwards along the U-shaped sliding groove 321 through the sliding blocks 42, the supporting arms 4 are rotated to be perpendicular to the vertical support 11 in the process, and continuously slide downwards and then slide towards the middle of the bottom of the U-shaped sliding groove 321, and finally the two supporting arms 4 are suspended below the vertical support 11, and the door-shaped support 1 supported by the two supporting arms 4 is in a vertical state; meanwhile, the right-angle surface of the stop block 41 abuts against the side surface of the vertical support 11, so that the rotation between the vertical support 11 and the support arm 4 is effectively stopped. The hoisting machine 2 is then used to hoist the equipment. When not needing hoist and mount to use, upwards slide to the top along U type spout 321 with support arm 4 to rotatory support arm 4 is accomodate in the cavity of containing box 3, has reduced the occupation space of this hoist and mount frame, conveniently accomodates, uses the flexibility strong.
Furthermore, the U-shaped bottom of the U-shaped sliding groove 321 is further communicated with two limiting grooves 322, and the two limiting grooves 322 are located on one side of the U-shaped sliding groove 321 close to the vertical support 11. When the two support arms 4 slide to the lower part of the vertical support 11 and are in a support state, the slide blocks 42 of the two support arms 4 are just clamped into the corresponding limit grooves 322 under the action of gravity of the door-shaped support 1, so that the vertical support 11 and the support arms 4 are prevented from sliding relatively, and the support of the support arms 4 on the door-shaped support 1 is more reliable.
Further, a connecting member is provided at the end of the two support arms remote from the slider 42. The connecting element comprises a connecting rope 5 and a connecting ring (not shown in the figure). The connecting rope 5 is connected to the end of one of the support arms 4, and the connecting ring is fixed to the end of the other support arm 4. When the two support arms 4 are stored in the storage box 3, the connecting rope 5 is wound around the storage box 3 and then connected with the connecting ring, so that the two support arms 4 are prevented from sliding freely. More specifically, the end of the connecting rope 5 is also provided with a hook 6, which facilitates the binding of the connecting rope 5 to the two support arms 4.
Further, in order to facilitate the whole transportation of the hoisting frame, the bottom of the supporting arm 4 is provided with a roller 7. When the supporting arm 4 is received in the receiving box 3, the roller 7 is positioned between the supporting arm and the vertical support 11, and the roller 7 is positioned at the bottom of the supporting arm 4 when the supporting arm 4 is in a supporting state, so that the hoisting frame is convenient to move.
The invention is described above with reference to the accompanying drawings, it is obvious that the specific implementation of the invention is not limited by the above-mentioned manner, and it is within the scope of the invention to adopt various insubstantial modifications of the technical solution of the invention or to apply the concept and technical solution of the invention directly to other occasions without modification.
