The invention realizes the acquisition of the identity information of the user by using the camera device on the vehicle, verifies the identity information of the user by using the arithmetic unit, and controls the opening and closing of the door of the vehicle and/or the starting and stopping of the vehicle according to the verification result as a condition. Based on the above embodiment, in another preferred embodiment consistent with the present invention, the verification result of the operation unit may also be visualized by means of an external intelligent terminal or the like, so that the user may perform corresponding different operations for different verification results. For example, the intelligent terminal may receive the verification result sent by the operation unit, and display an explanation for the verification result in a display interface thereof, where the explanation may be preferably a text, a picture, a voice, a video, or the like. If the identity information is incomplete, prompting to place a palm, fingers, a face and the like at an accurate acquisition position; when the identity information is incorrect, prompting the user that the vehicle is not authorized to be used; when the identity information is correct, the prompt is used for passing identity verification, the vehicle can be entered, or a driving mode can be entered and the like. Therefore, the user can timely master the result of the identity authentication, meanwhile, the alarm function is also realized aiming at the prompt message that the identity information is incorrect, the user can be timely reminded that other people get close to or take operation on the vehicle in advance.
Based on the above embodiment, in another preferred embodiment consistent with the present invention, the apparatus further includes a second sensing unit, connected to the operation unit, for sensing and starting the operation unit according to a second start signal generated by the trigger operation. Thus, the effect of saving electricity is achieved. Preferably, the second sensing unit may be a human body proximity sensor, a touch sensor, a pressure sensor, or the like. For example, the second sensing unit uses approach or contact of a human biometric feature or rotation or movement of a vehicle component as a trigger operation, and generates a second activation signal to activate the arithmetic unit when the trigger operation is sensed. For example, the second sensing unit may sense not only the triggering operation sensed by the first sensing unit, but also the operation of the user on the seat belt, such as pulling the seat belt, and generate the second starting signal, or the second sensing unit may sense the pressure applied to the driver's seat by the user and generate the second starting signal.
Preferably, in the above various embodiments, the operation unit may be a vehicle operation unit installed in the vehicle, or may be an intelligent terminal, a server, etc. installed outside the vehicle and connected to the vehicle, wherein the intelligent terminal, the server, etc. may preferably be connected to the vehicle and perform data transmission via the T-Box.

Based on the above-described embodiment, in another preferred embodiment consistent with the present invention, the image pickup device may be classified into the first image pickup device and the second image pickup device according to whether the installation position of the image pickup device is outside or inside of the vehicle body, and thus, the vehicle control method in the present embodiment may include the steps of:
s201: the first camera device acquires first identity information of a user and sends the first identity information to the operation unit;
s202: the operation unit checks the first identity information and controls the opening and closing of the vehicle door according to a check result;
s203: the second camera device acquires second identity information of the user and sends the second identity information to the operation unit;
s204: and the operation unit verifies the second identity information and controls the starting and the extinguishing of the vehicle according to a verification result.
Here, it is preferable that the first identity information is different from the second identity information, so that the arithmetic unit easily distinguishes two verification actions, reduces errors or errors, and improves verification accuracy. Preferably, the operation unit further checks whether the first identity information and the second identity information belong to the same user, and controls the vehicle to be started and stopped according to the check result, so that the authority of driving the vehicle is protected doubly; more preferably, the start and stop of the vehicle are controlled if and only if the first identity information and the second identity information belong to the same user, in which case only users with driving authority can enter the vehicle to control the vehicle.

Based on the above embodiment, in another preferred embodiment consistent with the present invention, the operation unit is connected to the vehicle body domain control unit, and sends a control instruction to the vehicle body domain control unit according to the verification result, so that the vehicle body domain control unit controls the opening and closing of the vehicle door and/or the starting and stopping of the vehicle. Thus, cumbersome connections of the arithmetic unit to the vehicle body controller, the engine controller or the steering column lock are avoided.
Based on the above-described embodiments, in another preferred embodiment consistent with the present invention, an illumination unit is included in an image pickup apparatus. The lighting unit is used for projecting the acquisition position of the identity information of the user, and the specific implementation example thereof is already illustrated in the corresponding part of the system, and is not described herein again.
Based on the above embodiment, in another preferred embodiment consistent with the present invention, the illumination unit is further connected to an operation unit, the operation unit sends a verification result of the operation unit on the biometric image collected by the image capturing device to the illumination unit, and the illumination unit can emit light patterns with different colors or different shapes or different colors and different shapes according to the verification result, so as to convert the verification result of the operation unit into a color or a pattern of light recognizable to a user. Based on the foregoing embodiment, in another preferred embodiment consistent with the present invention, the arithmetic unit is further connected to the information prompting unit, so that the arithmetic unit sends a prompting instruction to the information prompting unit according to the verification result, and the information prompting unit sends a prompting information according to the prompting instruction. Therefore, the verification result of the operation unit is visualized, so that a user can take corresponding measures according to the verification result. Preferably, the information prompting unit includes, but is not limited to, any unit structure on the vehicle that can be used for information prompting, such as a lamp control unit, a horn control system and/or a vehicle body structure control system, and correspondingly, the prompting information includes, but is not limited to, the operation mode of any unit structure on the vehicle that can be used for information prompting, such as lamp lighting, horn ringing and/or vehicle body structure movement. The specific implementation examples thereof have been illustrated in the corresponding parts of the system, and are not described herein again.
Based on the above embodiment, in another preferred embodiment consistent with the present invention, the verification result of the operation unit may also be visualized by means of an external intelligent terminal or the like, so that the user may perform corresponding different operations for different verification results. s404: the arithmetic unit compares the identity information sent by the camera device with the standard identity information;

In this embodiment, a third identity information is acquired through the intelligent terminal and sent to the operation unit, the operation unit receives and trains by using the third identity information, when the camera device of the vehicle acquires the identity information of the user, the third identity information is used to verify the identity information of the user, and the opening and closing of the door of the vehicle and/or the starting and stopping of the vehicle are controlled according to the verification result.
Based on the above embodiment, in another preferred embodiment consistent with the present invention, there is further provided a method for allowing a vehicle control authority to be temporarily acquired, specifically including the following steps:
s501: the arithmetic unit stores the third identity information to a temporary storage space;
s502: and deleting the third identity information after the vehicle door opening and closing and/or vehicle starting and extinguishing events occur once.
The method can be used for realizing the application of express delivery to the vehicle, namely allowing a courier to place the express delivery of the user in the vehicle, such as a trunk of the vehicle, and controlling the control authority of the courier to the vehicle at the same time, so that the safety of the vehicle is guaranteed. Meanwhile, in order to ensure the safety of the vehicle, preferably, the operation unit completes one-time verification, and deletes the cached identity information of the courier after sending a control instruction according to a verification result, or feeds back a feedback information to the operation unit after the trunk door is opened, and the operation unit deletes the cached identity information of the courier according to the feedback information.
Preferably, in the above various embodiments, the operation unit may be a vehicle operation unit installed in the vehicle, or may be an intelligent terminal, a server, etc. installed outside the vehicle and connected to the vehicle, wherein the intelligent terminal, the server, etc. may preferably be connected to the vehicle and perform data transmission via the T-Box.
