Specifically, in the universal-type shaping jig, the structure of the base 10 is shown in fig. 4. The supporting and positioning structure 50 includes a plurality of spacers 51, a gap 52 is opened on the top surface of each spacer 51, and a positioning groove is formed between each gap 52 for positioning and placing the product 100 to be reshaped and suspending the central portion of the product 100 to be reshaped.
In order to position the products 100 with different specifications and sizes, a plurality of cushion blocks 51 can be arranged, wherein one cushion block 51 is fixedly connected with the base 10, and the rest cushion blocks 51 can move relative to the base 10. The number and the adjusting direction of the cushion blocks 51 can be set correspondingly according to actual requirements. In the present invention, four spacers 51 are provided, a first spacer 51 is fixedly connected to the base 10, a second spacer 51 and a third spacer 51 are movably adjusted in the X-axis direction and the Y-axis direction, respectively, and a fourth spacer 51 is movably adjusted in a direction inclined with respect to the X-axis and the Y-axis.
As shown in fig. 5, a plurality of adjusting holes 21 are formed on the upper press plate 20, and one press block 30 is located in one adjusting hole 21. Wherein, the outer side of each pressing block 30 is provided with an external thread; two ends of the adjusting hole 21 are respectively provided with a nut, and the pressing block 30 positioned in the adjusting hole 21 is in threaded connection with the two nuts. Furthermore, a part of the adjusting holes 21 on the upper platen 20 are opened along the X-axis direction, and the other part thereof is opened along the Y-axis direction. When in use, the connecting position of the pressing block 30 in the adjusting hole 21 is adjusted, so that the pressing head end of the pressing block 30 can adjust the pressing position of the product 100; through the spiro union position of adjusting briquetting 30 and two nuts, realize the pressure head end height's to briquetting 30 regulation, and then realize treating plastic product 100 bending degree quantization control, guarantee the product plastic effect.
In order to avoid the pressing blocks 30 from damaging the product 100 during the shaping process, a plastic sheath can be sleeved on the pressing head end of each pressing block 30.
In order to ensure the accuracy of the pressing position of each pressing block 30, a positioning block 12 and a groove 22 may be provided on the base 10 and the upper pressing plate 20, respectively. In the present invention, the positioning block 12 and the groove 22 are disposed near the rotation connection between the upper platen 20 and the base 10.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the locking assembly 40 includes a locking hook 41, a carabiner 42, and a handle 43; one of the base 10 and the upper pressure plate 20 is connected with a lock hook 41, and the other is rotatably connected with a handle 43; the latch ring 42 is rotatably connected to the handle 43 and can be latched to the latch hook 41.
The general shaping jig comprises the following use steps:
1) opening the upper platen 20 as shown in fig. 6;
2) placing the product 100 to be shaped into the positioning groove formed between the gaps 52 of the cushion blocks 51, as shown in fig. 7;
3) closing the upper platen 20, as shown in FIG. 8;
4) the latch ring 42 is sleeved on the lock hook 41, and the handle 43 is pulled to lock the upper pressure plate 20.
Therefore, the universal shaping jig can be used for shaping plastic products 100 with various specifications, and is good in shaping effect and convenient to use.

The universal shaping jig according to claim 1, wherein an external thread is provided on an outer side of each of the pressing blocks; the upper pressing plate is provided with a plurality of adjusting holes, and one pressing block is positioned in one adjusting hole and is in threaded connection with two nuts which are respectively arranged at two ends of the corresponding adjusting hole.

The universal shaping jig according to claim 1, wherein the locking assembly comprises a locking hook, a locking ring and a handle; one of the base and the upper pressure plate is connected with the lock hook, and the other one of the base and the upper pressure plate is rotatably connected with the handle; the lock catch ring is rotationally connected with the handle and can be connected with the lock hook in a lock catch mode.
