3. The artificial intelligence call center recording quality inspection method of claim 2, further comprising task status verification:
checking whether the task needs to be changed into a starting state or an ending state according to task effective time and task ineffective time before entering the initial inspection task list: the task effective time is the current system time, and the task is in an un-started state; after the task effective time is the current system time, the task is in a creation state; the task is in an end state before the effective time of the task is the current system time;
checking the task state in the first step at regular time;
and thirdly, the quality inspection quantity is equal to the monitored quantity, and the task is automatically ended.
4. The method as claimed in claim 1, further comprising editing the initial test task in an un-started state or a suspended state, and modifying the initial test task list to edit a new initial test task list to perform a subsequent initial test task.
5. The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein the recorded data of unfinished quality inspection is released when the task expiration time has been reached but the quality inspection of the preliminary inspection task is unfinished.
6. The method as claimed in claim 1, further comprising a recording inquiry for checking the recording data of the monitored agents and scoring the recording according to the identity rights of the inquirer.

The artificial intelligence call center recording quality inspection method of claim 1, wherein the step of extracting the recording data further comprises extracting according to task priority, and prioritizing the recording data according to business type in advance before extracting the recording data.

9. The artificial intelligence call center recording quality inspection method of claim 8, further comprising recording the status flow condition of the recording data according to the following rules:
the recording which is extracted by the primary examination task is not locked and not scored, and the recording is in a system scoring state;
the record locked by the quality inspector is in a state to be primarily inspected;
recording marked by the initial examination is in an initial examination state;
recording the application of the agent for the preliminary examination and the reexamination is in an applied state of the preliminary examination and the reexamination;
after the sound recording of the primary examination and reexamination is approved, the sound recording does not enter the examination and approval flow which is the final examination and reexamination examination and approval;
after the sound records of the primary examination and reexamination pass through all the examination and approval, the sound records of the primary examination and reexamination pass through;
