Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, but not all, embodiments of the present application. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present application.
The terms first, second and the like in the description and in the claims of the present application are used for distinguishing between similar elements and not necessarily for describing a particular sequential or chronological order. It will be appreciated that the data so used may be interchanged under appropriate circumstances such that embodiments of the application may be practiced in sequences other than those illustrated or described herein, and that the terms "first," "second," and the like are generally used herein in a generic sense and do not limit the number of terms, e.g., the first term can be one or more than one. In addition, "and/or" in the specification and claims means at least one of connected objects, a character "/" generally means that a preceding and succeeding related objects are in an "or" relationship.
A call method, a call device, an electronic device, and a storage medium provided in the embodiments of the present application are described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings through specific embodiments and application scenarios thereof.
Referring to fig. 1, an embodiment of the present application provides a call method, applied to a first user equipment, where the method includes:
step 101, receiving a first input of a called user identifier from a calling user in a system call application program.
In the embodiment of the present application, the first user equipment refers to an electronic device having functions of data transmission, data processing, data storage, and the like, and in the embodiment of the present application, the first user equipment is an electronic device belonging to a calling party. The calling user refers to the user who initiates the call, and the called user refers to the target object of the call initiated by the calling user, for example, if the user a makes a call to the user B, the user a is the calling user, and the user B is the called user.
The system call application program refers to an interface of a system application program used for making a call with other electronic equipment in the electronic equipment, and the system call application program is different from a non-system call application program in that the system call application program has higher system authority compared with the non-system call application program, generally cannot be completely closed by a system, and can remind a user of a call at any time, and the non-system call application program such as instant messaging software with a call function cannot display a call notification because the instant messaging software is limited by the system.
The called subscriber identity may be the subscriber's phone number, name, device number, etc. that may indicate the identity of the called subscriber, for example: the user can input a telephone number in the system call application program, so that the user indicated by the telephone number can be used as the called user. The first input may be a click, a long press, a slide, a voice, a gesture, and other types of input of the system call application program by the user, which may be determined according to actual needs, and is not limited herein.
In practical application, when a calling user needs to perform network call with a called user, an application program with a network call function is not needed to initiate the call, but the name, the telephone number and the like of the called user can be input into a system application program to uniquely indicate the identification of the called user to trigger a subsequent call flow, so that the method is more convenient and faster compared with the prior art in which the called user needs to be searched in a non-system call application program interface.
For example, referring to fig. 2, a schematic diagram illustrating an effect of a call method provided in an embodiment of the present application is shown, where a network call mode is included in a system call application program interface to prompt a user that a call through a network is enabled at this time, and at this time, the user may directly input a telephone number of a called user at an input keyboard of the system call application program interface to perform a network call with the called user.
Step 102, in response to the first input, determining whether a first call state of the first user equipment and a second call state of the second user equipment indicated by the called user identifier are network call supporting states.
In the embodiment of the application, the second user equipment is electronic equipment belonging to a called user, and the called user can answer a call initiated by a calling user at the first user equipment through the second user equipment. The first call state is a state that whether the network type connected to the first user equipment supports network call or not, and may be a state that the network call is supported or not, and the second call state is similar to the first call state, except that the second call state belongs to the second user equipment. The first call state and the second call state may be determined by the first user equipment interacting with the second user equipment, may be determined by the server in a unified manner, or may be determined locally at the first user equipment, and the second call state is determined at the server. When the call state of the user equipment needs to be determined through the server, the user equipment is required to periodically provide the type of the connected communication network and the target network type supporting the network call to the server, so that the server can determine that the user equipment is in the network call state under the condition that the type of the communication network connected with the user equipment is the target network type. The specific manner may be determined according to actual requirements, as long as it can be determined whether the first user equipment and the second user equipment support network call, which is not limited herein.
Step 103, in a case that the first call state and the second call state are both network call supporting states, initiating a network call to the second user equipment through the connected communication network, so that the called user can answer the network call in a system call application program of the second user equipment.
In the embodiment of the present application, the communication network is a data link for data transmission between electronic devices, and in practical applications, the communication network may be provided by a network provider or set up by a user. For the situation that the communication network belongs to the network provider, for example, a communication company provides communication service for a mobile phone of a user, a plurality of transmission channels are provided, different transmission channels adopt different transmission protocols, a common transmission channel comprises a data channel and a voice channel, the data channel is usually charged according to bandwidth or transmitted data volume, the voice channel is a transmission channel for users to make calls at ordinary times, and the voice channel is unobstructed and charged according to the use duration. Because the traditional way of making a call through a voice channel, namely a calling way, may generate higher charge due to factors such as different regions where two parties of the call are located, but because the network call is not charged according to the regions, the charge generated by the network call is lower than that of the traditional telephone call way, and the call cost between users can be effectively reduced.
If the first user equipment and the second user equipment both support the network call state, the first user equipment and the second user equipment both can carry out the network call at present, at the moment, the first user equipment can initiate a network call request to the first user equipment, the second user equipment can prompt a called user by using a system call application program after the network call request is carried out, the called user can select to receive or reject in a prompt interface of the system call application program, and if the called user selects to receive, the network call can be carried out in the system call application program with the calling user. Because the network call in the embodiment of the application is realized through the system call application program, the situation that the user cannot timely answer the network call due to the network call function of the system to the application program can be avoided.
Specifically, the network call may be displayed through a system call application program interface by calling a function of the system call application program, and of course, a call authority of the system call application program needs to be obtained before, where the call authority may be obtained in advance by the system, or may be set by a user, and may be specifically determined according to actual requirements, and is not limited herein.
According to the call method provided by the embodiment of the application, when a calling party makes a call in the system call application program interface, if the user equipment of the calling party and the user equipment of the called party are both in the state of supporting network call, the network call is initiated to the user equipment of the called party, and the called party can answer in the system call application program interface, so that the risk that the network call is intercepted by a system is reduced, the user can conveniently carry out the network call in the system call application program interface, and the efficiency of the network call is improved.
Referring to fig. 3, an embodiment of the present application provides another conversation method, which is applied to a first user equipment, and the method includes:
step 201, a third input to the network call mode control is received.
In this embodiment of the application, the third input refers to a type of input such as clicking, long-pressing, sliding, voice, and gesture of a mode switch in a network type setting interface by a user, which may be determined specifically according to actual requirements and is not limited herein. The network call mode control is a functional option for turning on and off the network call mode.
Step 202, in response to the third input, regarding a default network type as a target network type, where the default communication network type includes: at least one of 3G, 4G, 5G and wireless networks.
In the embodiment of the present application, the default network type is a target network type preset by the system, and when the user starts the network call mode by performing a third input on the network call mode switch, a subsequent network call flow in the present solution is triggered, and at this time, the default network type of the system may be set as the target network type.
According to the method and the device, the default network type is set, so that the user can conveniently start the network call mode.
Step 203, receiving a second input to the candidate network type selection control in the network type setting interface, where the candidate network type at least includes: at least one of 3G, 4G, 5G and wireless networks.
In this embodiment of the application, the network type setting interface is a program interface for setting a target network type that the first user equipment can support the network call, and certainly, the second user equipment can also set the target network type through the network type setting interface. The candidate network type selection control refers to a control for a network type for selection by a user in the network type setting interface. The second input is input by the user for the candidate network type in the network type setting interface, such as clicking, long pressing, sliding, voice, gesture, and the like, and may be determined specifically according to actual requirements, which is not limited herein.
And step 204, responding to the second input, and taking the candidate network type determined by the second input as the target network type.
In the embodiment of the present application, because the actual requirements of the users are different, the types of the target networks that can be selected are also different, for example, the user equipment has less traffic of 3G, 4G, and 5G, so the network call is performed only through the wireless network, at this time, the wireless network may be set as the type of the target network, which is only an exemplary description here, and may be determined specifically according to the actual requirements, and this is not limited here.
According to the method and the device, the network type setting interface is provided for the user to set the target network type, so that the user can flexibly set the network used for network communication.
For example, referring to fig. 4, a second effect schematic diagram of the call method provided in the embodiment of the present application is shown, where a call mode setting interface is provided, and a user can start a network call mode by clicking a switch on the right side of the network call mode. Further, referring to fig. 5, a third effect schematic diagram of the call method provided in the embodiment of the present application is shown, where after a user starts a network call mode, four candidate network types below are displayed, if the user selects a default type, the 5G and the wireless network are used as target network types, and the user may also separately use the 4G, 5G, and the wireless network as target network types, so that the network call mode is only adopted when the selected target network type is selected. Of course, this is merely an exemplary illustration, and the setting of the candidate network type may be determined according to actual requirements, and is not limited herein.
Step 205, receiving a first input of the called user identification in the system call application from the calling user.
This step can refer to the detailed description of step 101, which is not repeated herein.
Step 206, in response to the first input, determining a first network type of the first user equipment.
In this embodiment of the application, the first network type is a type of a communication network to which the first user equipment is currently connected, for example: wireless network, 3G, 4G, 5G, etc., and the same user equipment can be connected with multiple types of communication networks at the same time. The first network type may be obtained by analyzing network parameters of the first user equipment, and the second user equipment may also obtain a second network type to which the second user equipment is connected in this way.
Step 207, determining that the first user equipment is in a network call supporting state when the first network type is a target network type.
In this embodiment, if the first network type connected to the first user equipment is the target network type, it indicates that the first user equipment currently supports the network call. It should be noted that, because the target network type may be set by the user, the communication network where the user equipment is located may implement the network call in time, but if the communication network is not the target network type, it indicates that the user does not want to perform the network call in the communication network of this type, and at this time, the user equipment still does not support the network call state.
Step 208, sending a call state query request to the server.
In the embodiment of the application, the server is a server for collecting and providing the call state, and the user equipment can report the call state of the user equipment to the server periodically and can also acquire the call states of other user equipment from the server. When the first user equipment confirms that the first user equipment supports the network call state, a call state query request can be sent to the server to determine a second call state of second user equipment which needs to carry out network call. If the first user equipment does not support the network communication state, the first user equipment is indicated to be incapable of carrying out the network communication, and at the moment, the second communication state of the second user equipment does not need to be acquired from the server.
Step 209, receiving a second session status message of the second user equipment sent by the server according to the session status query request, where the second session status is sent to the server by the second user equipment in advance.
In the embodiment of the present application, the second call state is similar to the first call state, except that the second call state is a state for expressing whether the second user equipment supports the network call.
According to the embodiment of the application, the second call state of the second user equipment is obtained from the server, so that the problem that the network call is failed to be initiated because the second user equipment does not support the network call is avoided, and the stability of the network call is ensured.
Step 210, determining that the second communication state of the second user equipment is a network communication state not supported under the condition that a timeout notification message sent by the server according to the communication state query request is received.
In this embodiment of the application, if the server does not inquire the second communication state of the second user equipment in a certain period of time, it indicates that the second user equipment may not be connected with a communication network or has closed the network communication mode, and at this time, the second user equipment does not support the network communication, so the server sends a timeout notification message to the first user equipment, and the user equipment determines that the second communication state is not supported by the network communication state according to the timeout notification.
Step 211, in a case that the first call state and the second call state are both network call supporting states, initiating a network call to the second user equipment through the connected communication network, so that the called user answers the network call in a system call application program of the second user equipment.
This step can refer to the detailed description of step 103, which is not repeated herein.
Step 212, in case that any one of the first call state or the second call state is a network call state is not supported, initiating a voice call to the second user equipment through the connected communication network.
In the embodiment of the application, if the first call state or the second call state is the network call state, it indicates that the network call cannot be performed between the first user equipment and the second user equipment, and at this time, a voice channel of a connected communication network can be directly used to initiate a voice call to the second user equipment, that is, a traditional call is made, and charging is performed according to a telephone charge standard of a network provider.
According to the embodiment of the application, the traditional calling is adopted for voice communication under the condition that the first user equipment and the second user equipment cannot perform network communication, so that the user can smoothly perform communication, and the flexibility of the scheme is improved.
According to the other communication method provided by the embodiment of the application, when a calling party makes a call in the system communication application program interface, if the user equipment of the calling party and the user equipment of the called party are both in the state of supporting network communication, the network communication is initiated to the user equipment of the called party, and the called party can answer in the system communication application program interface, so that the risk that the network communication is intercepted by a system is reduced, the user can conveniently carry out the network communication in the system communication application program interface, and the efficiency of the network communication is improved. And the default network type is set, and a network type setting interface is provided for a user to set the target network type, so that the user can conveniently start the network communication mode. And the second communication state of the second user equipment is obtained from the server, so that the problem of failure after network communication is initiated because the second user equipment does not support the network communication is avoided, and the stability of the network communication is ensured. And the traditional calling is adopted for voice communication under the condition that the first user equipment and the second user equipment can not carry out network communication, so that smooth communication of the user is ensured, and the flexibility of the scheme is improved
Referring to fig. 6, an embodiment of the present application further provides a flowchart of steps of another call method, which is applied to a second user equipment, and the method includes:
step 301, displaying an incoming call reminding message through a system call application program interface when receiving a network call initiated by a first user equipment to a second user equipment, wherein the network call is received through a communication network connected to the second user equipment.
In the embodiment of the application, the system call application program interface is an application program carried by the second user equipment, so that the system call application program interface has higher authority relative to other third-party application programs, and can display the incoming call reminding information to the user at any time so as to inform the user of the existence of the network call. Specifically, when a network call initiated by the first user equipment is received, the call reminding information of the network call can be displayed through the system call application program interface by calling a function of the system call application program for call reminding, and the situation that a user cannot timely know that the network call exists due to the fact that the third party application program is limited by the system and call reminding cannot be displayed can be effectively avoided because the authority of the system call application program interface is higher than that of the third party application program.
Since the network call is sent by the first user equipment through the data channel of the connected communication network, the second user equipment will also receive the network call through the data channel of the connected network, and the charge of the voice channel will not be generated.
Step 302, receiving a fourth input of the incoming call reminding information from the user.
In the embodiment of the present application, the incoming call reminding information may include personal information of the calling party, such as an avatar, a name, a nickname, and the like of the first user equipment, so that the user can know the source of the network call, and may further include an answering key and a hang-up key, so that the user selects to answer or hang-up the network call. The fourth input is input of types such as clicking, long pressing, sliding, voice, gesture and the like of the answer key by the user, and can be determined according to actual requirements, and is not limited here.
Step 303, responding to the fourth input, answering the network call initiated by the second user equipment in the system call application program interface.
In the embodiment of the application, the user can start to perform the network call with the first user equipment through the second user equipment by performing the fourth input on the answer key in the incoming call reminding information, and certainly, the user can also reject to perform the network call with the second user equipment by inputting the hang-up key.
According to the call method provided by the embodiment of the application, when a calling party makes a call in the system call application program interface, if the user equipment of the calling party and the user equipment of the called party are both in a state of supporting network call, the network call is initiated to the called party equipment, and the called party can answer in the system call application program interface, so that the risk that the network call is intercepted by a system is reduced, the user can conveniently carry out the network call in the system call application program interface, and the efficiency of the network call is improved.
It should be noted that, in the call method provided in the embodiment of the present application, the execution main body may be a call device, or a control module used for executing the call method in the call device.
