in a preferred embodiment, the intelligent shared spectrum based tourist attraction announcement information transmission system further comprises: means for transmitting, by a base station, a first preamble and a first PDCCH message to a first smart terminal on a first sub-band and a second preamble and a second PDCCH message to a second smart terminal on the first sub-band if an LBT procedure performed on the first sub-band of the shared spectrum is successful and an LBT procedure performed on a second sub-band of the shared spectrum is unsuccessful, wherein the first preamble and the first PDCCH message are time division multiplexed with the second preamble and the second PDCCH message; means for transmitting, by a base station, a first PDSCH message to a first smart terminal in response to transmitting a first preamble and a first PDCCH message to the first smart terminal and transmitting a second preamble and a second PDCCH message to a second smart terminal, wherein the first PDSCH message includes announcement information and the second PDSCH message is transmitted by the base station to the second smart terminal, wherein the second PDSCH message includes announcement information; means for determining, by the first smart terminal, a time-frequency resource for transmitting the first PDCCH message based on the first preamble in response to receiving the first preamble; means for receiving, by a first smart terminal, a first PDCCH message in response to determining a time-frequency resource for transmitting the first PDCCH message; means for receiving, by the first smart terminal, in response to receiving the first PDCCH message, a first PDSCH message on PDSCH resources indicated based on the indication of PDSCH resources in the first PDCCH message; means for determining, by the first smart terminal, whether the first PDSCH message can be correctly decoded in response to receiving the first PDSCH message; means for performing an LBT procedure by the first smart terminal if it is determined that the first PDSCH message can be decoded correctly; means for sending, by the first intelligent terminal, an ACK message to the base station at a first PUCCH message sending opportunity if the first intelligent terminal successfully performs the LBT procedure; means for performing, by the first smart terminal, the LBT procedure again if the first smart terminal did not successfully perform the LBT procedure; means for transmitting, by the first smart terminal, an ACK message for the first PDSCH message to the base station at the second PUCCH message transmission occasion if the first smart terminal succeeds in performing the LBT procedure again; means for determining, by the first smart terminal, a time-frequency resource for transmitting a third PDCCH message based on the third preamble if the third preamble is received again by the first smart terminal after receiving the first PDSCH message, wherein the third preamble and the third PDCCH message are transmitted to the first smart terminal by the base station; means for receiving, by the first smart terminal, a third PDCCH message in response to determining a time-frequency resource for transmitting the third PDCCH message; means for receiving, by the first smart terminal, in response to receiving the third PDCCH message, a third PDSCH message on PDSCH resources indicated in the third PDCCH message based on the indication of the PDSCH resources; means for determining, by the first smart terminal, whether the third PDSCH message can be decoded correctly in response to receiving the third PDSCH message; means for performing an LBT procedure by the first smart terminal if it is determined that the third PDSCH message can be decoded correctly; means for transmitting, by the first smart terminal, an ACK message for a third PDSCH message to the base station at a second PUCCH message transmission occasion if the first smart terminal successfully performs the LBT procedure, wherein the ACK message for the first PDSCH message is frequency division multiplexed with the ACK message for the third PDSCH message.
In a preferred embodiment, the shared spectrum based intelligent tourist attraction announcement information transmission system: means for determining, by the second smart terminal, a time-frequency resource for transmitting the second PDCCH message based on the second preamble in response to receiving the second preamble; means for receiving, by the second smart terminal, the second PDCCH message in response to determining the time-frequency resources for transmitting the second PDCCH message; means for receiving, by the second smart terminal, in response to receiving the second PDCCH message, a second PDSCH message on PDSCH resources indicated in the second PDCCH message based on the indication of the PDSCH resources; means for determining, by the second smart terminal, whether the second PDSCH message can be correctly decoded in response to receiving the second PDSCH message; means for performing an LBT procedure by the second smart terminal if it is determined that the second PDSCH message can be decoded correctly; means for sending, by the second intelligent terminal, an ACK message to the base station at a third PUCCH message sending opportunity if the second intelligent terminal successfully performs the LBT procedure; means for performing, by the second smart terminal, the LBT procedure again if the second smart terminal did not successfully perform the LBT procedure; means for sending, by the second smart terminal, an ACK message for the second PDSCH message to the base station at the fourth PUCCH message sending occasion if the second smart terminal succeeds in performing the LBT procedure again; means for determining, by the second smart terminal, a time-frequency resource for transmitting a fourth PDCCH message based on a fourth preamble if the second smart terminal receives the fourth preamble again after receiving the second PDSCH message, wherein the fourth preamble and the fourth PDCCH message are transmitted to the second smart terminal by the base station; means for receiving, by the second smart terminal, the fourth PDCCH message in response to determining the time-frequency resources for transmitting the fourth PDCCH message; means for receiving, by the second smart terminal, in response to receiving the fourth PDCCH message, a fourth PDSCH message on PDSCH resources indicated in the fourth PDCCH message based on the indication of the PDSCH resources; a unit for responding to the received fourth PDSCH message, and judging by the second smart terminal whether the fourth PDSCH message can be correctly decoded; means for performing an LBT procedure by the second smart terminal if it is determined that the fourth PDSCH message can be decoded correctly; means for transmitting, by the second smart terminal, an ACK message for a fourth PDSCH message to the base station at a fourth PUCCH message transmission occasion if the second smart terminal successfully performs the LBT procedure, wherein the ACK message for the second PDSCH message is frequency division multiplexed with the ACK message for the fourth PDSCH message.

Claims (10)

1. An intelligent tourist attraction announcement information transmission method based on a shared spectrum is characterized by comprising the following steps:
generating notice information by a tourist attraction center server;
transmitting, by the tourist attraction center server, the announcement information to the base station in response to the generation of the announcement information;
performing, by a base station, an LBT procedure on a first sub-band and a second sub-band of a shared spectrum, respectively, in response to receiving the announcement information;
if an LBT procedure performed on a first sub-band of a shared spectrum is successful and an LBT procedure performed on a second sub-band of the shared spectrum is successful, transmitting, by a base station, a first preamble and a first PDCCH message to a first smart terminal on the first sub-band and transmitting, by the base station, a second preamble and a second PDCCH message to a second smart terminal on the second sub-band;
in response to transmitting a first preamble and a first PDCCH message to a first smart terminal and transmitting a second preamble and a second PDCCH message to a second smart terminal, transmitting, by a base station, a first PDSCH message to the first smart terminal, wherein the first PDSCH message comprises announcement information, and transmitting, by the base station, a second PDSCH message to the second smart terminal, wherein the second PDSCH message comprises announcement information;
in response to receiving the first preamble, determining, by a first smart terminal, time-frequency resources for transmitting the first PDCCH message based on the first preamble;
receiving, by a first smart terminal, the first PDCCH message in response to determining a time-frequency resource for transmitting the first PDCCH message;
in response to receiving the first PDCCH message, receiving, by a first smart terminal, the first PDSCH message on PDSCH resources indicated based on the indication of PDSCH resources in the first PDCCH message;
in response to receiving the first PDSCH message, determining, by a first smart terminal, whether the first PDSCH message can be correctly decoded;
and if the first PDSCH message can be correctly decoded, carrying out an LBT process by the first intelligent terminal.
2. The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein the method for transmitting the intelligent tourist area announcement information based on the shared spectrum comprises the steps of:
if the first intelligent terminal successfully performs the LBT process, the first intelligent terminal sends an ACK message to the base station at the first PUCCH message sending opportunity;
if the first intelligent terminal does not successfully perform the LBT process, the first intelligent terminal performs the LBT process again;
if the first intelligent terminal succeeds in performing the LBT process again, the first intelligent terminal sends an ACK message aiming at the first PDSCH message to the base station at the second PUCCH message sending opportunity;
determining, by the first smart terminal, a time-frequency resource for transmitting a third PDCCH message based on a third preamble if the third preamble is received again by the first smart terminal after receiving the first PDSCH message, wherein the third preamble and the third PDCCH message are transmitted to the first smart terminal by a base station;
receiving, by the first smart terminal, the third PDCCH message in response to determining the time-frequency resources for transmitting the third PDCCH message;
in response to receiving the third PDCCH message, receiving, by the first smart terminal, a third PDSCH message on PDSCH resources indicated in the third PDCCH message based on the indication of PDSCH resources;
in response to receiving the third PDSCH message, determining, by the first smart terminal, whether the third PDSCH message can be correctly decoded;
if the third PDSCH message can be correctly decoded, the first intelligent terminal carries out an LBT process;
and if the first intelligent terminal successfully performs the LBT process, transmitting an ACK message aiming at a third PDSCH message to the base station by the first intelligent terminal at a second PUCCH message transmission opportunity, wherein the ACK message aiming at the first PDSCH message and the ACK message aiming at the third PDSCH message are frequency division multiplexed.
3. The method of transmitting intelligent shared-spectrum-based tourist attraction announcement information of claim 2, wherein the method of transmitting intelligent shared-spectrum-based tourist attraction announcement information comprises the steps of:
in response to receiving the second preamble, determining, by a second smart terminal, time-frequency resources for transmitting the second PDCCH message based on the second preamble;
receiving, by a second smart terminal, the second PDCCH message in response to determining time-frequency resources for transmitting the second PDCCH message;
in response to receiving the second PDCCH message, receiving, by a second smart terminal, the second PDSCH message on the indicated PDSCH resources based on an indication of PDSCH resources in the second PDCCH message;
in response to receiving the second PDSCH message, determining, by the second smart terminal, whether the second PDSCH message can be correctly decoded;
if the second PDSCH message can be correctly decoded, the second intelligent terminal carries out an LBT process;
if the second intelligent terminal successfully performs the LBT process, the second intelligent terminal sends an ACK message to the base station at the third PUCCH message sending opportunity;
if the second intelligent terminal does not successfully perform the LBT process, the second intelligent terminal performs the LBT process again;
if the second intelligent terminal succeeds in performing the LBT process again, the second intelligent terminal sends an ACK message aiming at the second PDSCH message to the base station at the sending opportunity of the fourth PUCCH message;
determining, by the second smart terminal, a time-frequency resource for transmitting a fourth PDCCH message based on a fourth preamble if the second smart terminal receives the fourth preamble again after receiving the second PDSCH message, wherein the fourth preamble and the fourth PDCCH message are transmitted to the second smart terminal by a base station;
receiving, by a second smart terminal, the fourth PDCCH message in response to determining a time-frequency resource for transmitting the fourth PDCCH message;
in response to receiving the fourth PDCCH message, receiving, by a second smart terminal, a fourth PDSCH message on PDSCH resources indicated in the fourth PDCCH message based on the PDSCH resources indicated;
in response to receiving the fourth PDSCH message, determining, by the second smart terminal, whether the fourth PDSCH message can be correctly decoded;
if the fourth PDSCH message can be correctly decoded, the second intelligent terminal carries out an LBT process;
and if the second intelligent terminal successfully performs the LBT process, transmitting an ACK message aiming at a fourth PDSCH message to the base station by the second intelligent terminal at a fourth PUCCH message transmission opportunity, wherein the ACK message aiming at the second PDSCH message and the ACK message aiming at the fourth PDSCH message are frequency division multiplexed.
4. The method of transmitting intelligent shared-spectrum-based tourist attraction announcement information of claim 3, wherein the method of transmitting intelligent shared-spectrum-based tourist attraction announcement information comprises the steps of:
if an LBT procedure performed on a first sub-band of a shared spectrum is successful and an LBT procedure performed on a second sub-band of the shared spectrum is unsuccessful, transmitting, by a base station, a first preamble and a first PDCCH message to a first smart terminal on the first sub-band and transmitting, by the base station, a second preamble and a second PDCCH message to a second smart terminal on the first sub-band, wherein the first preamble and the first PDCCH message are time division multiplexed with the second preamble and the second PDCCH message;
in response to transmitting a first preamble and a first PDCCH message to a first smart terminal and transmitting a second preamble and a second PDCCH message to a second smart terminal, transmitting, by a base station, a first PDSCH message to the first smart terminal, wherein the first PDSCH message comprises announcement information, and transmitting, by the base station, a second PDSCH message to the second smart terminal, wherein the second PDSCH message comprises announcement information;
in response to receiving the first preamble, determining, by a first smart terminal, time-frequency resources for transmitting the first PDCCH message based on the first preamble;
receiving, by a first smart terminal, the first PDCCH message in response to determining a time-frequency resource for transmitting the first PDCCH message;
in response to receiving the first PDCCH message, receiving, by a first smart terminal, the first PDSCH message on PDSCH resources indicated based on the indication of PDSCH resources in the first PDCCH message;
in response to receiving the first PDSCH message, determining, by a first smart terminal, whether the first PDSCH message can be correctly decoded;
if the first PDSCH message can be correctly decoded, the first intelligent terminal carries out an LBT process;
if the first intelligent terminal successfully performs the LBT process, the first intelligent terminal sends an ACK message to the base station at the first PUCCH message sending opportunity;
if the first intelligent terminal does not successfully perform the LBT process, the first intelligent terminal performs the LBT process again;
if the first intelligent terminal succeeds in performing the LBT process again, the first intelligent terminal sends an ACK message aiming at the first PDSCH message to the base station at the second PUCCH message sending opportunity;
determining, by the first smart terminal, a time-frequency resource for transmitting a third PDCCH message based on a third preamble if the third preamble is received again by the first smart terminal after receiving the first PDSCH message, wherein the third preamble and the third PDCCH message are transmitted to the first smart terminal by a base station;
receiving, by the first smart terminal, the third PDCCH message in response to determining the time-frequency resources for transmitting the third PDCCH message;
in response to receiving the third PDCCH message, receiving, by the first smart terminal, a third PDSCH message on PDSCH resources indicated in the third PDCCH message based on the indication of PDSCH resources;
in response to receiving the third PDSCH message, determining, by the first smart terminal, whether the third PDSCH message can be correctly decoded;
if the third PDSCH message can be correctly decoded, the first intelligent terminal carries out an LBT process;
and if the first intelligent terminal successfully performs the LBT process, transmitting an ACK message aiming at a third PDSCH message to the base station by the first intelligent terminal at a second PUCCH message transmission opportunity, wherein the ACK message aiming at the first PDSCH message and the ACK message aiming at the third PDSCH message are frequency division multiplexed.
5. The method of transmitting intelligent shared-spectrum-based tourist attraction announcement information of claim 4, wherein the method of transmitting intelligent shared-spectrum-based tourist attraction announcement information comprises the steps of:
in response to receiving the second preamble, determining, by a second smart terminal, time-frequency resources for transmitting the second PDCCH message based on the second preamble;
receiving, by a second smart terminal, the second PDCCH message in response to determining time-frequency resources for transmitting the second PDCCH message;
in response to receiving the second PDCCH message, receiving, by a second smart terminal, the second PDSCH message on the indicated PDSCH resources based on an indication of PDSCH resources in the second PDCCH message;
in response to receiving the second PDSCH message, determining, by the second smart terminal, whether the second PDSCH message can be correctly decoded;
if the second PDSCH message can be correctly decoded, the second intelligent terminal carries out an LBT process;
if the second intelligent terminal successfully performs the LBT process, the second intelligent terminal sends an ACK message to the base station at the third PUCCH message sending opportunity;
if the second intelligent terminal does not successfully perform the LBT process, the second intelligent terminal performs the LBT process again;
if the second intelligent terminal succeeds in performing the LBT process again, the second intelligent terminal sends an ACK message aiming at the second PDSCH message to the base station at the sending opportunity of the fourth PUCCH message;
determining, by the second smart terminal, a time-frequency resource for transmitting a fourth PDCCH message based on a fourth preamble if the second smart terminal receives the fourth preamble again after receiving the second PDSCH message, wherein the fourth preamble and the fourth PDCCH message are transmitted to the second smart terminal by a base station;
receiving, by a second smart terminal, a fourth PDCCH message in response to determining a time-frequency resource for transmitting the fourth PDCCH message;
in response to receiving the fourth PDCCH message, receiving, by a second smart terminal, the fourth PDSCH message on PDSCH resources indicated in the fourth PDCCH message based on the indication of PDSCH resources;
in response to receiving the fourth PDSCH message, determining, by the second smart terminal, whether the fourth PDSCH message can be correctly decoded;
if the fourth PDSCH message can be correctly decoded, the second intelligent terminal carries out an LBT process;
and if the second intelligent terminal successfully performs the LBT process, transmitting an ACK message aiming at a fourth PDSCH message to the base station by the second intelligent terminal at a fourth PUCCH message transmission opportunity, wherein the ACK message aiming at the second PDSCH message and the ACK message aiming at the fourth PDSCH message are frequency division multiplexed.
6. An intelligent shared-spectrum-based tourist attraction announcement information transmission system, comprising:
a unit for generating announcement information by the tourist attraction center server;
means for transmitting, by the tourist attraction center server, the announcement information to the base station in response to generating the announcement information;
means for performing, by a base station, an LBT procedure over a first sub-band and a second sub-band of a shared spectrum, respectively, in response to receiving the advertisement information;
means for transmitting, by a base station, a first preamble and a first PDCCH message to a first smart terminal on a first subband of a shared spectrum and a second preamble and a second PDCCH message to a second smart terminal on a second subband of the shared spectrum, if an LBT procedure performed on the first subband succeeds and an LBT procedure performed on the second subband succeeds;
means for transmitting, by a base station, a first PDSCH message to a first smart terminal in response to transmitting a first preamble and a first PDCCH message to the first smart terminal and transmitting a second preamble and a second PDCCH message to a second smart terminal, wherein the first PDSCH message includes announcement information and a second PDSCH message is transmitted by the base station to the second smart terminal, wherein the second PDSCH message includes announcement information;
means for determining, by a first smart terminal, a time-frequency resource for transmitting the first PDCCH message based on the first preamble in response to receiving the first preamble;
means for receiving, by a first smart terminal, the first PDCCH message in response to determining time-frequency resources for transmitting the first PDCCH message;
means for receiving, by a first smart terminal, in response to receiving the first PDCCH message, the first PDSCH message on PDSCH resources indicated based on the indication of PDSCH resources in the first PDCCH message;
means for determining, by a first smart terminal, whether the first PDSCH message can be correctly decoded in response to receiving the first PDSCH message;
means for performing an LBT procedure by a first smart terminal if it is determined that the first PDSCH message can be correctly decoded.
7. The shared-spectrum-based intelligent tourist attraction announcement information transmitting system of claim 6, wherein said shared-spectrum-based intelligent tourist attraction announcement information transmitting system comprises:
means for sending, by the first intelligent terminal, an ACK message to the base station at a first PUCCH message sending opportunity if the first intelligent terminal successfully performs the LBT procedure;
means for performing, by the first smart terminal, the LBT procedure again if the first smart terminal did not successfully perform the LBT procedure;
means for transmitting, by the first smart terminal, an ACK message for the first PDSCH message to the base station at the second PUCCH message transmission occasion if the first smart terminal succeeds in performing the LBT procedure again;
means for determining, by the first smart terminal, a time-frequency resource for transmitting a third PDCCH message based on a third preamble if the third preamble is received again by the first smart terminal after receiving the first PDSCH message, wherein the third preamble and the third PDCCH message are transmitted to the first smart terminal by a base station;
means for receiving, by a first smart terminal, the third PDCCH message in response to determining time-frequency resources for transmitting the third PDCCH message;
means for receiving, by the first smart terminal, a third PDCCH message on PDSCH resources based on an indication of PDSCH resources in the third PDCCH message in response to receiving the third PDCCH message;
means for determining, by the first smart terminal, whether the third PDSCH message can be decoded correctly in response to receiving the third PDSCH message;
means for performing an LBT procedure by the first smart terminal if it is determined that the third PDSCH message can be correctly decoded;
means for transmitting, by the first smart terminal, an ACK message for a third PDSCH message to the base station at a second PUCCH message transmission occasion if the first smart terminal successfully performs an LBT procedure, wherein the ACK message for the first PDSCH message is frequency division multiplexed with the ACK message for the third PDSCH message.

means for determining, by a second smart terminal, a time-frequency resource for transmitting the second PDCCH message based on the second preamble in response to receiving the second preamble;
means for receiving, by a second smart terminal, the second PDCCH message in response to determining time-frequency resources for transmitting the second PDCCH message;
means for receiving, by a second smart terminal, in response to receiving the second PDCCH message, the second PDSCH message on PDSCH resources indicated based on the indication of PDSCH resources in the second PDCCH message;
means for determining, by a second smart terminal, whether the second PDSCH message can be correctly decoded in response to receiving the second PDSCH message;
means for performing an LBT procedure by a second smart terminal if it is determined that the second PDSCH message can be correctly decoded;
means for sending, by the second intelligent terminal, an ACK message to the base station at a third PUCCH message sending opportunity if the second intelligent terminal successfully performs the LBT procedure;

means for transmitting, by a base station, a first preamble and a first PDCCH message to a first smart terminal on a first sub-band of a shared spectrum and a second preamble and a second PDCCH message to a second smart terminal on the first sub-band if an LBT procedure performed on the first sub-band is successful and an LBT procedure performed on a second sub-band of the shared spectrum is unsuccessful, wherein the first preamble and the first PDCCH message are time division multiplexed with the second preamble and the second PDCCH message;
means for transmitting, by a base station, a first PDSCH message to a first smart terminal in response to transmitting a first preamble and a first PDCCH message to the first smart terminal and transmitting a second preamble and a second PDCCH message to a second smart terminal, wherein the first PDSCH message includes announcement information and a second PDSCH message is transmitted by the base station to the second smart terminal, wherein the second PDSCH message includes announcement information;
means for determining, by a first smart terminal, a time-frequency resource for transmitting the first PDCCH message based on the first preamble in response to receiving the first preamble;
means for receiving, by a first smart terminal, the first PDCCH message in response to determining time-frequency resources for transmitting the first PDCCH message;
means for receiving, by a first smart terminal, in response to receiving the first PDCCH message, the first PDSCH message on PDSCH resources indicated based on the indication of PDSCH resources in the first PDCCH message;
means for determining, by a first smart terminal, whether the first PDSCH message can be correctly decoded in response to receiving the first PDSCH message;
means for performing an LBT procedure by a first smart terminal if it is determined that the first PDSCH message can be correctly decoded;
means for sending, by the first intelligent terminal, an ACK message to the base station at a first PUCCH message sending opportunity if the first intelligent terminal successfully performs the LBT procedure;
means for performing, by the first smart terminal, the LBT procedure again if the first smart terminal did not successfully perform the LBT procedure;
means for transmitting, by the first smart terminal, an ACK message for the first PDSCH message to the base station at the second PUCCH message transmission occasion if the first smart terminal succeeds in performing the LBT procedure again;
means for determining, by the first smart terminal, a time-frequency resource for transmitting a third PDCCH message based on a third preamble if the third preamble is received again by the first smart terminal after receiving the first PDSCH message, wherein the third preamble and the third PDCCH message are transmitted to the first smart terminal by a base station;
means for receiving, by a first smart terminal, the third PDCCH message in response to determining time-frequency resources for transmitting the third PDCCH message;
means for receiving, by the first smart terminal, a third PDCCH message on PDSCH resources based on an indication of PDSCH resources in the third PDCCH message in response to receiving the third PDCCH message;
means for determining, by the first smart terminal, whether the third PDSCH message can be decoded correctly in response to receiving the third PDSCH message;
means for performing an LBT procedure by the first smart terminal if it is determined that the third PDSCH message can be correctly decoded;
means for transmitting, by the first smart terminal, an ACK message for a third PDSCH message to the base station at a second PUCCH message transmission occasion if the first smart terminal successfully performs an LBT procedure, wherein the ACK message for the first PDSCH message is frequency division multiplexed with the ACK message for the third PDSCH message.
10. The shared-spectrum-based intelligent tourist attraction announcement information transmission system of claim 9, wherein said shared-spectrum-based intelligent tourist attraction announcement information transmission system comprises:
means for determining, by a second smart terminal, a time-frequency resource for transmitting the second PDCCH message based on the second preamble in response to receiving the second preamble;
means for receiving, by a second smart terminal, the second PDCCH message in response to determining time-frequency resources for transmitting the second PDCCH message;
means for receiving, by a second smart terminal, in response to receiving the second PDCCH message, the second PDSCH message on PDSCH resources indicated based on the indication of PDSCH resources in the second PDCCH message;
means for determining, by a second smart terminal, whether the second PDSCH message can be correctly decoded in response to receiving the second PDSCH message;
means for performing an LBT procedure by a second smart terminal if it is determined that the second PDSCH message can be correctly decoded;
means for sending, by the second intelligent terminal, an ACK message to the base station at a third PUCCH message sending opportunity if the second intelligent terminal successfully performs the LBT procedure;
means for performing, by the second smart terminal, the LBT procedure again if the second smart terminal did not successfully perform the LBT procedure;
means for transmitting, by the second smart terminal, an ACK message for the second PDSCH message to the base station at a fourth PUCCH message transmission occasion if the second smart terminal succeeds in performing the LBT procedure again;
means for determining, by the second smart terminal, a time-frequency resource for transmitting a fourth PDCCH message based on a fourth preamble if the second smart terminal receives the fourth preamble again after receiving the second PDSCH message, wherein the fourth preamble and the fourth PDCCH message are transmitted to the second smart terminal by a base station;
means for receiving, by a second smart terminal, a fourth PDCCH message in response to determining a time-frequency resource for transmitting the fourth PDCCH message;
means for receiving, by a second smart terminal, in response to receiving the fourth PDCCH message, the fourth PDSCH message on PDSCH resources indicated based on the indication of PDSCH resources in the fourth PDCCH message;
means for determining, by a second smart terminal, whether the fourth PDSCH message can be correctly decoded in response to receiving the fourth PDSCH message;
means for performing an LBT procedure by a second smart terminal if it is determined that the fourth PDSCH message can be correctly decoded;
means for transmitting, by the second smart terminal, an ACK message for a fourth PDSCH message to the base station at a fourth PUCCH message transmission occasion if the second smart terminal successfully performs the LBT procedure, wherein the ACK message for the second PDSCH message and the ACK message for the fourth PDSCH message are frequency division multiplexed.
