Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a functional schematic diagram of a power protection circuit according to a first embodiment of the invention. A first embodiment of the power protection circuit of the present invention is presented.
In a first embodiment, the power protection circuit includes a power management module and N power conversion modules, where N is greater than or equal to 1, an input end of the power conversion module is connected to a preset input voltage, a monitoring end of the power conversion module is connected to the power management module, and enable ends of the power conversion modules are respectively connected to the power management module.
And the power supply conversion module is used for acquiring the current voltage signal.
It should be noted that the power conversion module is provided with an input end and an output end, the input end is used for receiving an input voltage, the output end is used for outputting a voltage, and when the input voltage is received, the received output voltage is used as a current voltage signal.
It can be understood that the number of the power conversion modules is N, and the power conversion modules include a level 1 power conversion module, a level 2 power conversion module and an nth power conversion module, voltage is input to an input end of each power conversion module, an enabling end of each power conversion module is connected with the power management module, and the power supply time sequence of each power conversion module can be controlled independently through the power management module, so that the stability of the power supply time sequence is ensured.
As shown in fig. 2, in the conventional power protection circuit, a power management chip controls a first stage of power up, and a power up module at a later stage is controlled by a power conversion module at a previous stage, so that when one of the power conversion modules is powered down, the power conversion module at the later stage is powered down, thereby causing the SOC chip to work abnormally, and causing the SOC system software to hang up.
In addition, because the power supply conversion modules are respectively and independently controlled by the power supply management modules, the power-on time sequence of the SOC in a complex power supply system can be adjusted according to requirements without changing hardware, so that the flexibility of power supply control is improved.
The power supply management module is used for judging whether the current voltage signal is greater than or less than an alarm threshold value or not when monitoring the current voltage signal, and generating an alarm signal to the main power supply module when the current voltage signal is greater than or less than the alarm threshold value so as to enable the main power supply module to carry out power failure protection according to the alarm signal.
It should be noted that the alarm threshold includes an overvoltage threshold and an undervoltage threshold, where the overvoltage threshold is a limit value at which the voltage is too large, and the undervoltage threshold is a limit value at which the voltage is too small, when the current voltage is monitored to be greater than the overvoltage threshold, an alarm signal is generated to the main power module, and when the current voltage is monitored to be less than the undervoltage threshold, an alarm signal is correspondingly generated to the main power module, so as to improve the safety of the power protection circuit.
In a specific implementation, the monitoring terminal of each power conversion module is connected to the power management module, and after the power conversion module is powered on, the power management module can monitor the current voltage signal of the power conversion module in real time through the monitoring terminal, such as power monitoring 1 for monitoring the first power conversion module, power monitoring 2 for monitoring the second power conversion module, and power monitoring N for monitoring the nth power conversion module in fig. 1.

It can be understood that, because the power management module individually controls the power-on time sequence of the power conversion module, when the power management module monitors that the power conversion module is abnormal, the power management module can monitor the abnormality of the single-path voltage and effectively position the power conversion module, thereby realizing power protection.
According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment, the power supply protection circuit comprises a power supply management module and N power supply conversion modules, wherein N is more than or equal to 1, the input end of each power supply conversion module is connected with a preset input voltage, the monitoring end of each power supply conversion module is connected with the power supply management module, and the enabling end of each power supply conversion module is respectively connected with the power supply management module; the power supply conversion module is used for acquiring a current voltage signal; the power supply management module is used for judging whether the current voltage signal is greater than or less than an alarm threshold value or not when monitoring the current voltage signal, generating an alarm signal to the main power supply module when the current voltage signal is greater than or less than the alarm threshold value so that the main power supply module carries out power-down protection according to the alarm signal, thereby changing the traditional mode of controlling the power supply conversion modules in a cascading manner, and independently controlling each power supply conversion module through the power supply management module, thereby avoiding the phenomenon that other power supply conversion modules are also powered down due to the power-down of a single power supply conversion module, and achieving the purpose of improving the stability of the power supply protection circuit.
Based on the first embodiment, a second embodiment of the power protection circuit of the present invention is provided. Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a power protection circuit with an anti-jitter mechanism added.
In a second embodiment, the power management module includes a debounce module and an alarm generation module.
In this embodiment, the jitter elimination module may be disposed inside the power management module, or outside the power management module, and when the jitter elimination module is disposed outside the power management module, the jitter elimination module is disposed between the power conversion module and the power management module, and after monitoring the current voltage signal of the power conversion module, the current voltage signal is delayed and then sent to the power management module, in this embodiment, the example that the jitter elimination module may be disposed inside the power management module is taken as an example for explanation,
in specific implementation, the jitter elimination module delays after monitoring the current voltage signal of the power conversion module, filters out false triggering, and avoids the situation that a voltage monitoring pin generates short pulse voltage and can exceed a set threshold value to cause false power failure under the condition of external pulse signal interference.
And the jitter elimination module is used for delaying the monitored current voltage signal for a preset delay time to obtain a delayed voltage signal and transmitting the delayed voltage signal to the alarm generation module when the current voltage signal is monitored.
It should be noted that the preset delay time may be 5ms, and may also be other time parameter information, which is not limited in this embodiment, 5ms is taken as an example to illustrate, when the current voltage signal is monitored, the monitored current voltage signal is delayed by 5ms to obtain a delayed voltage signal, so as to stabilize the current voltage signal, and the stabilized voltage signal is transmitted to the alarm generation module, so that it is ensured that detection is performed again after waiting for a certain time, whether the voltage is powered down is determined, then SOC power down protection is performed, and accuracy of SOC abnormal power down detection is improved.
The alarm generating module is used for judging whether the delayed voltage signal is greater than or less than an alarm threshold value, and generating an alarm signal to the main power supply module when the delayed voltage signal is greater than or less than the alarm threshold value so as to enable the main power supply module to carry out power failure protection according to the alarm signal.
In an embodiment, the power management module is further configured to determine whether to enable an enabling end of the power conversion module; and monitoring the current voltage signal when the enabling end of the power supply conversion module is enabled.
In this embodiment, in order to improve the efficiency of signal monitoring, before monitoring the current voltage signal of the power conversion module, it is determined whether to enable the enable terminal of the power conversion module, and when the enable terminal of the power conversion module is enabled, it is ensured that the correct voltage of the power timing sequence of the SOC is normal.
It should be noted that, in order to determine whether to enable the enabling end of the power conversion module, the power management module may perform information interaction with the power conversion module, so as to determine whether to enable the enabling end of the power conversion module according to whether the power conversion module performs signal feedback.
In a specific implementation, the power management module enables the enabling end of the power conversion module through acquiring a preset power-on time sequence to monitor the current voltage signal, and the power management module is connected with the power conversion module separately, so that the power-on time sequences of the power conversion modules are controlled separately.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention further provides a power protection device, where the power protection device includes the power protection circuit described above, and since the power protection device adopts all the technical solutions of all the embodiments, the power protection device at least has all the beneficial effects brought by the technical solutions of the embodiments, and details are not repeated herein.
To achieve the above object, based on the above embodiments, the present invention further provides a power protection method, referring to fig. 4, where fig. 4 is a schematic flow chart of a first embodiment of the power protection method of the present invention, where the power protection method is applied to the power protection device described above, the power protection device includes a power management module and N power conversion modules, and the power protection method includes the following steps:
step S10: the power supply conversion module acquires a current voltage signal.
It should be noted that, the execution main body of the embodiment may be a power protection device, and may also be other devices that can achieve the same or similar functions.
In this embodiment, the power conversion module is provided with an input end and an output end, the input end is configured to receive an input voltage, and the output end is configured to output a voltage, and when receiving the input voltage, the received output voltage is used as a current voltage signal.
Step S20: and when the current voltage signal is monitored, the power management module judges whether the current voltage signal is greater than or less than an alarm threshold value, and when the current voltage signal is greater than or less than the alarm threshold value, an alarm signal is generated to the main power module, so that the main power module performs power failure protection according to the alarm signal.
In this embodiment, when monitoring that the power conversion module is abnormal, an alarm signal is generated to the main power module, an alarm is given to the abnormal voltage, and then the external main power module is notified to perform power failure, so that the power supply of the SOC chip is protected.
It can be understood that, because the power management module individually controls the power-on time sequence of the power conversion module, when the power management module monitors that the power conversion module is abnormal, the power management module can monitor the abnormality of the single-path voltage and effectively position the power conversion module, thereby realizing power protection.
In this embodiment, the power protection circuit includes a power management module and N power conversion modules, where N is greater than or equal to 1, an input end of the power conversion module is connected to a preset input voltage, a monitoring end of the power conversion module is connected to the power management module, and enable ends of the power conversion modules are respectively connected to the power management module; the power supply conversion module is used for acquiring a current voltage signal; the power supply management module is used for judging whether the current voltage signal is greater than or less than an alarm threshold value or not when monitoring the current voltage signal, generating an alarm signal to the main power supply module when the current voltage signal is greater than or less than the alarm threshold value so that the main power supply module carries out power-down protection according to the alarm signal, thereby changing the traditional mode of controlling the power supply conversion modules in a cascading manner, and independently controlling each power supply conversion module through the power supply management module, thereby avoiding the phenomenon that other power supply conversion modules are also powered down due to the power-down of a single power supply conversion module, and achieving the purpose of improving the stability of the power supply protection circuit.
Referring to fig. 5, fig. 5 is a schematic flow chart of a power protection method according to a second embodiment of the present invention, which is provided based on the first embodiment shown in fig. 2.
In a second embodiment, the power management module includes a jitter elimination module and an alarm generation module, and step S20 includes:
step S201, when the jitter elimination module monitors the current voltage signal, the jitter elimination module delays the monitored current voltage signal by a preset delay time to obtain a delayed voltage signal, and transmits the delayed voltage signal to the alarm generation module.
Step S202, the alarm generating module judges whether the delayed voltage signal is greater than or less than an alarm threshold value, and generates an alarm signal to the main power supply module when the delayed voltage signal is greater than or less than the alarm threshold value.
Fig. 6 is a schematic overall flow chart of the power protection method.
Step S301: the main power supply is powered on, and the input voltage of each module is normal;
step S302: the power supply management sequentially enables each power supply module according to a power-on time sequence, ensures that the correct voltage of the power supply time sequence for the SOC is normal, and waits until the power supply module is enabled if the power supply time sequence is not enabled;
step S303: the SOC supplies power normally, and the system can load software and start normally;
step S304: monitoring the power supply voltage of each path in real time, and if the power supply voltage is larger than or smaller than a threshold range, judging whether the power supply voltage is abnormal due to false triggering or circuit power supply;
step S305: waiting for 5ms, delaying, and filtering out the condition of false triggering, wherein the condition of common ripple interference and the like is short in time, so that the circuit is not substantially influenced;
step S306: judging whether the voltage is still abnormal or not again, if so, entering the step S307, otherwise, not processing;
step S307: when the circuit is abnormal, the abnormal voltage needs to be reported and alarmed, and then an external main power supply module is informed to carry out power failure, so that the power supply of the SOC chip is protected.
In an embodiment, after the step S202, the method further includes:
the alarm generation module acquires a time updating instruction and extracts target delay time in the time updating instruction; and updating the preset delay time according to the target delay time to obtain the updated preset delay time, and delaying the voltage signal of the power management module by the updated preset delay time.
In this embodiment, in order to ensure the flexibility of the debounce module, the delay time in the debounce module may be flexibly configured, specifically, the update time is set by the user, the update time is used as the target delay time, that is, the target delay time is the update time configured by the user, and then the preset delay time is updated according to the update time, so that the preset delay time may be flexibly adjusted according to the user requirement, and the flexibility of the delay time is ensured.
In an embodiment, the step S201 includes:
the jitter elimination module acquires the current time when monitoring the current voltage signal; and when the current time reaches a preset delay time, obtaining a delayed voltage signal, and transmitting the delayed voltage signal to the alarm generation module.
In specific implementation, in order to realize the effectiveness of time delay, the current time can be acquired, and when the current time reaches the preset time delay, the delayed voltage signal is transmitted to the alarm generation module, so that the current signal is transmitted to the alarm generation module for processing after being stabilized, and the condition that the voltage monitoring pin generates transient pulse voltage and can exceed a set threshold value to cause error power failure under the condition of external pulse signal interference is avoided.
In an embodiment, before the step S20, the method further includes:
the power supply management module judges whether the enabling end of the power supply conversion module is enabled; and monitoring the current voltage signal when the enabling end of the power supply conversion module is enabled.
