Because the forward rotating rotation friction polishing mode is different from the next sliding friction polishing mode, the polishing route can be staggered to a certain degree, and the polishing effect is better.
After polishing, the second connecting rod 312 is sleeved with an insulating tape roll 314, the tape roll is pulled out, the friction roller 318 is bypassed from the front side of the counterclockwise rotation direction of the friction roller 318, one end of the tape is firstly attached to the cable sheath 1, then the driving motor 502 is started to rotate along the same direction as the primary rotation direction, the first circular ring 301 rotates, the tape is driven to be wound on the cable sheath 1, and the friction roller 318 presses the L-shaped connecting rod 3017 through the first spring 330, the surface of the tape is pressed to be in contact with the cable sheath 1, the tape is wound more uniformly, and the attachment degree is better. After the first ring 301 rotates to the other end of the cable sheath 1, the insulating tape is cut short, the cut is attached to the cable sheath 1, the insulating tape roll 314 is taken down, then the driving motor 502 is started to reset the first ring 301, and subsequent tape winding is performed for multiple times until the damaged part is repaired to be similar to the cable sheath 1 in shape.
The invention also provides a using method of the winding type cable sheath repairing device, which comprises the following using steps:
s1, cleaning dirt on the outer surface of the cable sheath, and clamping two ends of the cable sheath to be repaired to a certain extent to keep the repaired position as a straight line;
s2, performing moisture removal and prevention treatment on the damaged part of the cable sheath;
s3, cutting off the sheath of the cable sheath at the position where the cable sheath needs to be repaired, and cutting off an inclination angle of thirty-to-forty-five degrees at two ends;
s4, mounting the supporting component and the adhesive tape winding component on the cable sheath, and fixing the two first connecting lugs and the two second connecting lugs by bolts and nuts respectively;
s5, adjusting the position of the supporting component until the first threaded hole is positioned right above the cable sheath, and screwing the three screwing caps to fix the device relative to the cable sheath;
s6, starting the driving motor, holding the handle by hand, and performing primary polishing on the cable sheath until the first ring reaches the left edge of the repairing position;
s7, starting the driving motor to rotate reversely, and further polishing the cable sheath until the first ring returns to the initial position;
s8, sleeving the insulating adhesive tape on the second connecting rod, covering the second connecting rod with a gear cap, pulling out the adhesive tape to bypass the friction roller from the front side of the counterclockwise rotation direction of the friction roller, and attaching one end of the adhesive tape to the cable sheath;
s9, starting a driving motor in a forward direction, winding and repairing the repairing position with an adhesive tape, and winding the adhesive tape to repair the shape after winding the edge of the cable sheath and the cable inner core into a whole through an insulating adhesive tape when the adhesive tape is wound for multiple times;
and S10, when the shape is repaired, the adhesive tape is not pulled out until the first circular ring moves to the position with smaller diameter, the adhesive tape is pulled out to be attached to the first circular ring, and then the driving motor is started to complete the supplement of the adhesive tape at the position with smaller diameter.

A winding type cable sheath repairing device comprises a cable sheath (1), wherein a cable core (2) is wrapped in the cable sheath (1), and the winding type cable sheath repairing device is characterized in that a detachable supporting component (4) is sleeved on the outer ring of the cable sheath (1);
the adhesive tape winding component (3) is detachably arranged on the outer ring of the cable sheath (1), is positioned on one side of the supporting component (4), provides supporting force for the supporting component (4), and performs adhesive tape winding repair on the cable inner core (2) after the adhesive tape winding component (3) is started;
the first threaded rod (6), the said first threaded rod (6) is used for connecting the said adhesive tape and twining part (3) and said supporting member, and carry on the power transmission;
the handheld driving part (5), the handheld driving part (5) is positioned at the tail end of the first threaded rod (6) and provides driving force for the movement of the adhesive tape winding part (3);
the supporting part (4) comprises two semi-circular arc-shaped rings (401), the diameter of the middle of each semi-circular arc-shaped ring (401) is larger than that of the cable sheath (1), a hinge component (402) is arranged at one end of each semi-circular arc-shaped ring (401) to enable the two semi-circular arc-shaped rings (401) to be opened in a relatively rotating mode, two first connecting lugs (404) are arranged at the other tail ends of the two semi-circular arc-shaped rings (401), and the two first connecting lugs (404) are fixed through bolts and nuts after being attached; two first through holes (408) are symmetrically formed in the arc-shaped side face of one semicircular arc-shaped ring (401), the first through hole (408) is also formed in the middle of the arc-shaped side face of the other semicircular arc-shaped ring (401), and the three first through holes (408) are uniformly distributed along the circumference after the two semicircular arc-shaped rings (401) are attached; each first through hole (408) vertically penetrates from the arc-shaped side surface of the semicircular arc-shaped ring (401) to the circle center position, a thread is arranged inside each first through hole (408), a second threaded rod (410) is connected with the inner thread of each first through hole (408), one end, facing the outer side of the semicircular arc-shaped ring (401), of each second threaded rod (410) is fixedly provided with a screwing cap (409), one end, located on the inner side of the semicircular arc-shaped ring (401), of each second threaded rod (410) is fixedly provided with a flexible contact block (411), a first threaded hole (407) is formed in the middle of the arc-shaped surface of the semicircular arc-shaped ring (401) provided with the two first through holes (408), and the first threaded hole (407) is in threaded connection with a first threaded rod (6);
the adhesive tape winding component (3) comprises a first circular ring (301), the first circular ring (301) is formed by hinging a half circular ring and two quarter circular rings, the two quarter circular rings are respectively hinged at two ends of the half circular ring, a second connecting lug (305) is arranged at the end part of one end of the two quarter circular rings which is not hinged, the two second connecting lugs (305) are fixed by bolts and nuts after being attached, a first annular groove (303) is arranged at one side of the inner part of the first circular ring (301) facing the semi-circular arc-shaped ring (401), a second annular groove (304) communicated with the outer part of one side face of the semi-circular arc-shaped ring (401) is arranged at the outer end of the first annular groove (303), the width of the second annular groove (304) is smaller than that of the first annular groove (303), a retaining ring (302) is arranged at the middle part of one side face of the first circular ring (301) facing the semi-circular arc-shaped ring (401), the inner cylindrical surface of the gear ring (302) is flush with the inner cylindrical surface of the first circular ring (301), a gear ring (307) is arranged on the outer ring of the same side surface of the first circular ring (301) as the gear ring (302), the outer cylindrical surface of the gear ring (307) is aligned with the outer cylindrical surface of the first circular ring (301), and the height of the gear ring (307) is the same as that of the gear ring (302); the other end of the first threaded rod (6) is fixedly connected with a first gear (309), the first gear (309) is positioned between the gear ring (302) and the gear ring (307), the first gear (309) is in meshed transmission with the gear ring (307), a first connecting rod (310) is fixedly connected to the front end of the first gear (309), the first connecting rod (310) having a width smaller than the second annular groove (304), the first connecting rod (310) extends into the second annular groove (304) to the first annular groove (303), the tail end of the first connecting rod (310) is fixedly connected with a clamping disc (311), the diameter of the clamping disc (311) is smaller than the width of the first annular groove (303), the blocking disk (311) can slide in the first annular groove (303), a winding assembly is arranged on the side surface of one side, back to the semi-circular arc-shaped ring (401), of the first circular ring (301);
the winding assembly comprises a second connecting rod (312) fixedly arranged at the upper end of the side surface of the first ring (301), a gear disc (313) is fixedly arranged at the position, close to the joint, of the second connecting rod (312), an insulating adhesive tape roll (314) is arranged at the position, located at the front end of the gear disc (313), of the second connecting rod (312), a gear cap (315) is further arranged at the front end of the second connecting rod (312) and used for preventing the insulating adhesive tape roll (314) from falling off, a first rotating groove (316) is arranged at the position, located at the middle of the first ring (301), of the second connecting rod (312) and facing the direction of the first ring (301), an L-shaped connecting rod (317) is rotatably arranged in the first rotating groove (316), a rolling component is arranged on one side, opposite to the first ring (317), of the first ring (301) is provided with a first limiting block (329), the first limiting block (329) and the vertical rod of the L-shaped connecting rod (317) form an inclined angle, a plurality of first springs (330) are arranged on the first limiting block (329) and the vertical rod of the L-shaped connecting rod (317), and the first springs (330) are used for resetting after the L-shaped connecting rod (317) rotates.

The wound-type cable sheath repair device according to claim 1, wherein the portion of the cable sheath (1) to be repaired is cut off by a tool before the repair, and the middle portion is cut off and then the ends are cut off by an angle of inclination toward the cable core (2) of thirty to forty-five degrees.

The wound cable sheath repair device according to claim 2, wherein the handheld driving member (5) comprises a motor support sleeve (501), a driving motor (502) is disposed inside the motor support sleeve (501), the end of the first threaded rod (6) extends into the motor support sleeve (501) and is fixedly connected with the output end of the driving motor (502), and a hand grip (503) is fixedly connected to the upper end of the motor support sleeve (501).

5. The use method of the winding type cable sheath repairing apparatus according to claim 4, comprising the following steps of:
s1, cleaning dirt on the outer surface of the cable sheath (1), and then clamping two ends of the cable sheath (1) to be repaired to keep the repairing position in a straight line;
s2, performing moisture removal and prevention treatment on the damaged part of the cable sheath (1);
s3, cutting off the sheath of the cable sheath (1) at the position where the cable sheath (1) needs to be repaired, and cutting off the inclination angles of thirty-to forty-five degrees at the two ends;
s4, mounting the supporting component (4) and the adhesive tape winding component (3) on the cable sheath (1), and fixing the two first connecting lugs (404) and the two second connecting lugs (305) by bolts and nuts respectively;
s5, adjusting the position of the supporting component (4) until the first threaded hole (407) is positioned right above the cable sheath (1), and screwing three screwing caps (409) to fix the device relative to the cable sheath (1);
s6, starting a driving motor (502), holding a hand grip (503), and performing primary grinding on the cable sheath until the first ring (301) reaches the left edge of the repairing position;
s7, starting the driving motor (502) to rotate reversely, and further polishing the cable sheath (1) until the first circular ring (301) returns to the initial position;
s8, sleeving an insulating tape roll (314) on a second connecting rod (312), covering a gear cap (315), pulling out the tape to bypass the friction roller (318) from the front side of the counterclockwise rotation direction of the friction roller (318), and attaching one end of the tape to the cable sheath (1) firstly;
s9, the driving motor (502) is started in the forward direction, tape winding and repairing are carried out on the repairing position, when the tape is wound for multiple times, the edge of the cable sheath (1) and the cable inner core (2) are wound into a whole through the insulating tape, and then tape winding is carried out to carry out shape repairing;
s10, when the shape is repaired, the adhesive tape is not pulled out until the first circular ring (301) moves to the position with smaller diameter, the adhesive tape is pulled out to be attached to the first circular ring, and then the driving motor is started to complete the supplement of the adhesive tape at the position with smaller diameter.
