Based on the above, the embodiment of the invention is additionally provided with the barometer module. The barometer module is used for detecting the height. When the luggage is taken off from the luggage rack, the height of the luggage is changed. If the gyroscope module judges that the change of the acceleration and the speed exceeds a set threshold value, then the barometer module judges whether the difference between the average air pressure value in the first two seconds and the average air pressure value in the last two seconds exceeds the set threshold value (because the train passes through an uphill slope and a downhill slope during running, the change of the air pressure value cannot be simply detected), and if the difference exceeds the threshold value, the case can be judged to be stolen.
