A vehicle access management system and method based on human-vehicle binding, the system includes RFID label pasted on the vehicle, management platform located in the background, RFID reading head and face recognition device installed at the vehicle entrance; the RFID tags comprise RFID tag information, and the management platform comprises vehicle information of all vehicles, RFID tag information and driver face information; when a vehicle arrives at a vehicle entrance, the RFID label on the vehicle is read, the face information of a driver is identified, the received RFID label information and the face information of the driver are compared with the RFID label information of the corresponding vehicle and the face information of the driver stored in the management platform through the background, and a brake opening instruction is issued if the comparison is consistent, so that the barrier gate lifting rod is controlled, and the vehicle is released.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of vehicle on-duty gate entry and exit management, in particular to a vehicle entry and exit management system and method based on man-vehicle binding.
Background
With the development of the times, the management requirements are higher and higher, and the existing vehicle access management modes comprise: 1) whether the vehicle has the authority to enter and exit the corresponding area is confirmed by identifying the license plate number; 2) whether the vehicle has the authority to enter and exit the corresponding area is confirmed by swiping the card through the IC card held by the driver and the passenger; the scheme is simple, but not safe enough, and any IC card with authority held by hands or vehicle with authority can enter the corresponding control area.

the invention provides a vehicle access management system based on human-vehicle binding, which comprises an RFID label pasted on a vehicle, a management platform positioned at a background, and an RFID reading head and a face recognition device which are installed at an entrance and an exit of the vehicle; the RFID tags comprise RFID tag information, the management platform comprises vehicle information, RFID tag information and driver face information of all vehicles, and the vehicle information, the RFID tag information and the driver face information of each vehicle are associated;
the RFID reading head is used for reading an RFID tag on a vehicle when the vehicle arrives at a vehicle entrance and exit, acquiring RFID tag information and sending the acquired RFID tag information to the management platform;
the face recognition device is used for recognizing the face information of the driver when the vehicle arrives at the vehicle entrance and exit and sending the recognized face information of the driver to the management platform;
the management platform is used for matching corresponding vehicles based on the received RFID label information and/or the driver face information, comparing the received RFID label information and the driver face information with the RFID label information and the driver face information of the corresponding vehicles stored in the management platform, judging whether the vehicles pass or not based on the comparison result of the RFID label information and the driver face information, and sending corresponding control instructions to the barriers of vehicle entrance and exit.
Further, authorized entry and exit time of each vehicle entering a vehicle entrance and exit is stored in the management platform, and the management platform is further used for matching the corresponding vehicle based on the RFID tag information after receiving the RFID tag information, determining the authorized entry and exit time of the vehicle, and judging whether the vehicle is allowed to pass or not based on the authorized entry and exit time.
Further, the system also comprises a license plate recognition device, wherein the vehicle information comprises license plate information;
the license plate recognition device is used for recognizing license plate information of the vehicle when the vehicle arrives at a vehicle entrance and exit and sending the license plate information to a management platform;
the management platform is further used for comparing the license plate information from the license plate recognition device with the license plate information of the corresponding vehicle stored in the management platform, and judging whether the vehicle passes or not based on the comparison result of the RFID label information, the driver face information and the license plate information.
Further, the RFID tag information includes a tag number of the corresponding RFID tag.
The system further comprises an alarm device, the alarm device is installed at the vehicle entrance and exit, and the management platform is further used for sending alarm information to the alarm device when the comparison fails; and the alarm device is used for giving an alarm according to the alarm information.
As a second aspect of the present invention, there is provided a vehicle entry and exit management method based on human-vehicle binding, the method including:
when the vehicle reaches the vehicle entrance;
reading an RFID tag on the vehicle through an RFID reading head, identifying face information of a driver through a face identification device, and sending the read RFID tag information and the identified face information of the driver to a management platform;
the management platform matches the corresponding vehicle based on the received RFID tag information and/or the driver face information, compares the received RFID tag information and the driver face information with the RFID tag information of the corresponding vehicle and the driver face information stored in the management platform, judges whether the vehicle passes or not based on the comparison result of the RFID tag information and the driver face information, and sends a corresponding control instruction to a barrier gate of a vehicle entrance.
Further, the management platform stores authorized entry and exit time of each vehicle entering the vehicle entrance and exit, and the method further includes: after receiving RFID label information and/or driver face information, matching a corresponding vehicle based on the RFID label information and/or the driver face information, determining authorized access time of the vehicle, and judging whether the vehicle passes through based on the authorized access time.
Further, the method further comprises:
when a vehicle arrives at a vehicle entrance/exit, license plate information of the vehicle is identified through a license plate identification device, and the license plate information is sent to a management platform;
and the management platform compares the license plate information from the license plate recognition device with the license plate information of the corresponding vehicle stored in the management platform, and judges whether the vehicle passes through based on the comparison result of the RFID label information, the face information of the driver and the license plate information.
Further, the method also comprises the step that when the comparison is failed, the management platform sends alarm information to an alarm device at the vehicle entrance and exit, and the alarm device gives an alarm.
The invention has the following beneficial effects:
the RFID label is pasted on the vehicle, when the vehicle arrives at the vehicle entrance, the RFID label on the vehicle is read, the face information of a driver is identified, the received RFID label information and the face information of the driver are compared with the RFID label information of the corresponding vehicle and the face information of the driver stored in the management platform through the background, and a brake opening instruction is issued when the comparison is consistent, so that the barrier bar is controlled to lift and the vehicle is released.

As shown in fig. 1, as a first embodiment of the present invention, a vehicle access management system based on human-vehicle binding is provided, where the system includes an RFID tag attached to a vehicle, a management platform located in a background, and an RFID reader and a face recognition device installed at an entrance and an exit of the vehicle; the RFID tags comprise RFID tag information, the management platform comprises vehicle information, RFID tag information and driver face information of all the controlled vehicles, and the vehicle information, the RFID tag information and the driver face information of each vehicle are correlated;
the RFID reading head is used for reading an RFID tag on a vehicle when the vehicle arrives at a vehicle entrance and exit, acquiring RFID tag information and sending the acquired RFID tag information to the management platform;
the face recognition device is used for recognizing the face information of the driver when the vehicle arrives at the vehicle entrance and exit and sending the recognized face information of the driver to the management platform;
the management platform is used for matching corresponding vehicles based on the received RFID label information and/or the driver face information, comparing the received RFID label information and the driver face information with the RFID label information and the driver face information of the corresponding vehicles stored in the management platform, judging whether the vehicles pass or not based on the comparison result of the RFID label information and the driver face information, and sending corresponding control instructions to the barriers of vehicle entrance and exit.
Wherein the RFID tag information includes a tag number of a corresponding RFID tag, each RFID tag having a unique tag number.
The RFID label is pasted on the vehicle, when the vehicle arrives at the vehicle entrance, the RFID label on the vehicle is read, the face information of a driver is identified, the received RFID label information and the face information of the driver are compared with the RFID label information of the corresponding vehicle and the face information of the driver stored in the management platform through the background, and when the RFID label information and the face information of the driver are compared to be consistent, a brake opening instruction is issued to control the barrier to lift the rod and release the vehicle.
Preferably, the management platform stores authorized entry and exit time of each vehicle entering a vehicle entrance and exit, and is further configured to determine authorized entry and exit time of the vehicle based on matching of the RFID tag information with a corresponding vehicle after receiving the RFID tag information, and determine whether to allow the vehicle to pass or not based on the authorized entry and exit time.
As a preferable scheme, the authorized entering and exiting time of each vehicle entering the vehicle entrance and exit is also correlated in the management platform, and more refined vehicle entering and exiting management is performed through the authorized entering and exiting time.
Preferably, the system further comprises a license plate recognition device, and the vehicle information comprises license plate information;
the license plate recognition device is used for recognizing license plate information of the vehicle when the vehicle arrives at a vehicle entrance and exit and sending the license plate information to a management platform;
the management platform is further used for comparing the license plate information from the license plate recognition device with the license plate information of the corresponding vehicle stored in the management platform, and judging whether the vehicle passes or not based on the comparison result of the RFID label information, the driver face information and the license plate information.
As a preferred scheme, the invention also installs a license plate recognition device at the vehicle entrance and exit, when the vehicle arrives at the vehicle entrance and exit, the license plate information of the corresponding vehicle is recognized, the license plate information is further compared, when the comparison results of the RFID label information, the driver face information and the license plate information pass, the corresponding vehicle is released, and the condition that the RFID label is not matched with the vehicle is prevented.

when a vehicle arrives at a vehicle entrance, reading an RFID tag on the vehicle through an RFID reading head, identifying face information of a driver through a face identification device, and sending the read RFID tag information and the identified face information of the driver to a management platform;
the management platform matches the corresponding vehicle based on the received RFID tag information and/or the driver face information, compares the received RFID tag information and the driver face information with the RFID tag information of the corresponding vehicle and the driver face information stored in the management platform, judges whether the vehicle passes or not based on the comparison result of the RFID tag information and the driver face information, and sends a corresponding control instruction to a barrier gate of a vehicle entrance.
Preferably, the management platform stores therein authorized entry and exit times of each vehicle entering the vehicle entrance/exit, and the method further includes: after receiving RFID label information and/or driver face information, matching a corresponding vehicle based on the RFID label information and/or the driver face information, determining authorized access time of the vehicle, and judging whether the vehicle passes through based on the authorized access time.
Preferably, the method further comprises:
when a vehicle arrives at a vehicle entrance/exit, license plate information of the vehicle is identified through a license plate identification device, and the license plate information is sent to a management platform;
and the management platform compares the license plate information from the license plate recognition device with the license plate information of the corresponding vehicle stored in the management platform, and judges whether the vehicle passes through based on the comparison result of the RFID label information, the face information of the driver and the license plate information.
Preferably, the method further comprises the step that when the comparison of the RFID label information, the driver face information or the license plate information is inconsistent, the management platform sends alarm information to an alarm device at the entrance and the exit of the vehicle, and the alarm device gives an alarm.

A vehicle access management system based on human-vehicle binding is characterized by comprising an RFID label pasted on a vehicle, a management platform positioned at a background, an RFID reading head and a face recognition device, wherein the RFID reading head and the face recognition device are installed at an inlet and an outlet of the vehicle; the RFID tags comprise RFID tag information, and the management platform comprises vehicle information of all vehicles, RFID tag information and driver face information;
the RFID reading head is used for reading an RFID tag on a vehicle when the vehicle arrives at a vehicle entrance and exit, acquiring RFID tag information and sending the acquired RFID tag information to the management platform;
the face recognition device is used for recognizing the face information of the driver when the vehicle arrives at the vehicle entrance and exit and sending the recognized face information of the driver to the management platform;
the management platform is used for matching the corresponding vehicle based on the received RFID label information and/or the driver face information, comparing the received RFID label information and the driver face information with the RFID label information and the driver face information of the corresponding vehicle stored in the management platform, judging whether the vehicle passes through or not based on a comparison result, and sending a corresponding control instruction to a barrier gate of a vehicle entrance.

The people-vehicle binding-based vehicle access management system according to claim 1, wherein authorized access time of each vehicle entering a vehicle entrance/exit is stored in the management platform, and the management platform is further configured to determine the authorized access time of the vehicle based on matching of the RFID tag information with a corresponding vehicle after receiving the RFID tag information, and determine whether to release the vehicle for passing based on the authorized access time.
3. The people-vehicle binding-based vehicle entry and exit management system according to claim 1, further comprising a license plate recognition device, wherein the vehicle information comprises license plate information;
the license plate recognition device is used for recognizing license plate information of the vehicle when the vehicle arrives at a vehicle entrance and exit and sending the license plate information to a management platform;
the management platform is also used for comparing the license plate information from the license plate recognition device with the license plate information of the corresponding vehicle stored in the management platform.
4. The human-vehicle binding-based vehicle entry and exit management system according to claim 1, wherein the RFID tag information includes a tag number of a corresponding RFID tag.

The people-vehicle binding-based vehicle access management system according to claim 1, further comprising an alarm device, wherein the alarm device is installed at a vehicle entrance/exit, and the management platform is further configured to send alarm information to the alarm device when the comparison fails; and the alarm device is used for giving an alarm according to the alarm information.
6. A vehicle access management method based on human-vehicle binding is characterized by comprising the following steps:
when the vehicle reaches the vehicle entrance;
reading an RFID tag on the vehicle through an RFID reading head, identifying face information of a driver through a face identification device, and sending the read RFID tag information and the identified face information of the driver to a management platform;
the management platform matches the corresponding vehicle based on the received RFID tag information and/or the driver face information, compares the received RFID tag information and the driver face information with the RFID tag information of the corresponding vehicle and the driver face information stored in the management platform, judges whether the vehicle passes or not based on a comparison result, and sends a corresponding control instruction to a barrier gate of a vehicle entrance.
7. The human-vehicle binding-based vehicle entrance and exit management method according to claim 6, wherein authorized entrance and exit time of each vehicle entering the vehicle entrance and exit is stored in the management platform, and the method further comprises: after receiving RFID label information and/or driver face information, matching a corresponding vehicle based on the RFID label information and/or the driver face information, determining authorized access time of the vehicle, and judging whether the vehicle passes through based on the authorized access time.

when a vehicle arrives at a vehicle entrance/exit, license plate information of the vehicle is identified through a license plate identification device, and the license plate information is sent to a management platform;
and the management platform compares the license plate information from the license plate recognition device with the license plate information of the corresponding vehicle stored in the management platform.

The people-vehicle binding-based vehicle entrance and exit management method according to claim 6, further comprising the step of sending alarm information to an alarm device of a vehicle entrance and exit by the management platform when the comparison fails, and giving an alarm by the alarm device.
