In this embodiment, the state of each candidate interface is monitored; when the target interface corresponding to the target chart type identifier is monitored to be in an abnormal state, determining an updated interface from the candidate interfaces; and sending the updated work order information chart corresponding to the updated interface to the terminal so that the terminal updates and displays the updated work order information chart. Therefore, when the target interface is abnormal, other work order information charts can be replaced and displayed in time, the occurrence of a black screen is avoided, and user-friendly display is achieved.
In one embodiment, determining an update interface from the candidate interfaces includes: candidate chart information corresponding to each candidate interface is obtained, and target chart information corresponding to a target interface is obtained; matching the target chart information with each candidate chart information; and acquiring a candidate interface corresponding to the candidate chart information corresponding to the maximum matching degree as an updating interface.
Specifically, the data analysis server may also store candidate chart information of each candidate work order information chart in advance. The candidate chart information may specifically be a chart description. The data analysis server can acquire candidate chart information corresponding to each candidate interface and target chart information corresponding to each target interface, respectively convert the target chart information and the candidate chart information into character strings, and respectively match the character strings obtained by converting the target chart information with the character strings obtained by converting the candidate chart information. The data analysis server may use the same number of character string words as the matching degree between the target graph information and the candidate graph information. The data analysis server may input the target graph information and the candidate graph information into a text similarity matching model, and use the similarity probability output by the model as the matching degree of the target graph information and the candidate graph information. The text similarity matching model may be a specific algorithm or algorithms in machine learning and deep learning, such as a support vector machine, adaboost, convolutional neural network, and the like. The text similarity matching model obtained through training is a result obtained after a specific algorithm learns according to training data. An accurate model can be obtained by adopting a large amount of training data in an off-line training mode.
In this embodiment, candidate chart information corresponding to each candidate interface is obtained, so as to obtain target chart information corresponding to a target interface; matching the target chart information with each candidate chart information; and acquiring a candidate interface corresponding to the candidate chart information corresponding to the maximum matching degree as an updating interface. Therefore, when the target interface is abnormal, the work order information chart with highest display correlation is replaced in time, and even if the work order information chart wanted by the user cannot be displayed currently, the user can acquire the information wanted to know to the greatest extent according to the replaced work order information chart.
In one embodiment, the method further comprises: when the target interface is monitored to be in an abnormal state, generating an abnormal notification message according to the target interface and the updated interface; and sending the abnormality notification information to the terminal so that the terminal displays the abnormality notification information.
Specifically, when it is monitored that the target interface is in an abnormal state, the data analysis server may further generate an abnormality notification message according to the target interface and the update interface, where the abnormality notification message is used to notify the user that the target interface is abnormal, and then replace the target work order information chart displayed corresponding to the update interface. In one embodiment, the chart updating module is further configured to obtain candidate chart information corresponding to each candidate interface, and obtain target chart information corresponding to the target interface; matching the target chart information with each candidate chart information; and acquiring a candidate interface corresponding to the candidate chart information corresponding to the maximum matching degree as an updating interface.

according to the work order information chart obtaining request, obtaining a target work order information chart corresponding to the target chart type identifier from a candidate work order information chart set; the candidate work order information chart set comprises at least one candidate work order information chart, the candidate work order information chart is updated at regular time, and the candidate work order information chart is generated by counting work order information according to work order information counting logic;
Returning the target work order information chart to the terminal so that the terminal displays the target work order information chart;
when the target work order information chart is updated, returning the updated target work order information chart to the terminal so that the terminal displays the updated target work order information chart;
monitoring the state of each candidate interface; different candidate interfaces correspond to different candidate chart type identifiers, and the candidate interfaces are used for acquiring work order information;
when the target interfaces corresponding to the target chart type identifiers are in an abnormal state, candidate chart information corresponding to each candidate interface is obtained, target chart information corresponding to the target interfaces is obtained, the target chart information and each candidate chart information are matched, and the candidate interface corresponding to the candidate chart information corresponding to the maximum matching degree is obtained as an updating interface;

2. The method of claim 1, wherein prior to the receiving the request for obtaining the work order information chart sent by the terminal, the method further comprises:
acquiring a work order information statistics logic set; the work order information statistics logic set comprises at least one work order information statistics logic, wherein the work order information statistics logic corresponds to a candidate chart type identifier, and the work order information statistics logic comprises an interface identifier, a work order information statistics frequency, a work order information statistics condition and a work order information acquisition condition;
acquiring target work order information meeting the work order information acquisition conditions from a data storage server at regular time according to the work order information statistics frequency through candidate interfaces corresponding to the interface identifiers, and carrying out statistics on the target work order information according to the work order information statistics conditions to obtain candidate work order information charts corresponding to the candidate chart type identifiers;
Each candidate work order information chart constitutes the candidate work order information chart set.

The method of claim 1, wherein the work order information chart acquisition request carries a presentation area identifier corresponding to a target chart type identifier, the target work order information chart includes a work order information detail chart and a work order information summary chart, and the returning the target work order information chart to the terminal so that the terminal presents the target work order information chart includes:
the terminal displays the target work order information chart in a display area corresponding to the display area identifier; the display states of the work order information summary chart and the work order information detail chart are mutually exclusive, and the display states comprise display and hiding;
when receiving a trigger operation acting on the display area, switching the display states of the work order information summary chart and the work order information detail chart according to the trigger operation; the work order information detail chart is obtained by counting the work order information, and the work order information summarization chart is obtained by counting the work order information detail chart.

The method of claim 1, wherein the work order information chart acquisition request is generated by the terminal in response to a trigger operation for a work order information chart acquisition control, based on target chart type identifiers corresponding to target chart types to be displayed in each display area; and each display area is determined according to the currently selected candidate division mode, and the target chart type refers to the currently selected candidate chart type.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein when at least two target chart types correspond to a same presentation area, the target work order information charts respectively corresponding to the at least two target chart types are used for carousel presentation in the same presentation area.
6. The method according to claim 1, wherein the method further comprises:
when the target interface is monitored to be in an abnormal state, generating an abnormal notification message according to the target interface and an updated interface;
and sending the abnormality notification message to the terminal so that the terminal displays the abnormality notification message.
7. A worksheet information statistics apparatus, the apparatus comprising:
the request receiving module is used for receiving a work order information chart acquisition request sent by the terminal, wherein the work order information chart acquisition request carries a target chart type identifier;
