Specifically, the work order information statistical logic corresponding to each work order information chart may be preset, and a work order information statistical logic set may be formed and stored in the data analysis server. The data analysis server can acquire target work order information meeting the work order information acquisition condition from the data storage server at regular time according to the work order information statistical frequency through a candidate interface corresponding to the interface identifier, and perform statistics on the target work order information according to the work order information statistical condition to obtain a candidate work order information chart. And the data analysis server can obtain candidate work order information charts corresponding to the work order information statistical logics according to the work order information statistical logics. And the data analysis server forms each candidate work order information chart into a candidate work order information chart set.
In the embodiment, a work order information statistical logic set is obtained; the work order information statistical logic set comprises at least one work order information statistical logic, the work order information statistical logic corresponds to the candidate chart type identification, and the work order information statistical logic comprises an interface identification, work order information statistical frequency, work order information statistical conditions and work order information acquisition conditions; acquiring target work order information meeting work order information acquisition conditions from a data storage server at regular time according to the work order information statistical frequency through candidate interfaces corresponding to the interface identifiers, and performing statistics on the target work order information according to the work order information statistical conditions to obtain candidate work order information charts corresponding to the candidate chart type identifiers; and forming the candidate work order information chart set by the candidate work order information charts. In one embodiment, the step of enabling the terminal to display the target work order information chart includes the following steps: the terminal displays a target work order information chart in a display area corresponding to the display area identifier; the display states of the work order information summary chart and the work order information detail chart are mutually exclusive, and the display states comprise display and hiding; when receiving a trigger operation acting on a display area, switching the display state of the work order information summary chart and the work order information detail chart according to the trigger operation; the work order information detail chart is obtained by counting the work order information, and the work order information summary chart is obtained by counting the work order information detail chart.
The display area identification is used for identifying a display area corresponding to the target work order information chart. The target chart type identification and the display area identification have a corresponding relation. The target work order information chart comprises a work order information detail chart and a work order information summarization chart, wherein the work order information detail chart is a chart in a table form, and the work order information summarization chart is a chart in a graph form. The work order information detail chart is obtained by counting the work order information, and the work order information summary chart is obtained by counting the work order information detail chart. In the embodiment, the work order information general chart and the work order information detail chart of the same chart type are displayed in a display area in a switching mode, so that the display area is effectively saved, and a user can conveniently check the detailed information of the work order.

In the embodiment, the states of all candidate interfaces are monitored; when the target interface corresponding to the target chart type identification is monitored to be in an abnormal state, determining an updated interface from the candidate interfaces; and sending the updated work order information chart corresponding to the update interface to the terminal so that the terminal can update and display the updated work order information chart. Therefore, when the target interface is abnormal, other work order information charts can be replaced and displayed in time, the black screen is avoided, and user-friendly display is achieved.
In one embodiment, determining an updated interface from the candidate interfaces comprises: acquiring candidate chart information corresponding to each candidate interface, and acquiring target chart information corresponding to a target interface; matching the target chart information with each candidate chart information; and acquiring a candidate interface corresponding to the candidate chart information corresponding to the maximum matching degree as an updating interface.
Specifically, the data analysis server may further store candidate chart information of each candidate work order information chart in advance. The candidate chart information may specifically be a chart presentation. The data analysis server can acquire candidate chart information corresponding to each candidate interface and target chart information corresponding to the target interface, respectively convert the target chart information and each candidate chart information into character strings, and respectively perform character string matching on the character strings obtained by converting the target chart information and the character strings obtained by converting each candidate chart information. The data analysis server may set the same number of character string words as the degree of matching between the target chart information and the candidate chart information. The data analysis server may also input the target chart information and the candidate chart information into a text similarity matching model, and use the similarity probability output by the model as the matching degree of the target chart information and the candidate chart information. And the data analysis server acquires a candidate interface corresponding to the candidate chart information corresponding to the maximum matching degree from all the matching degrees as an updating interface. The text similarity matching model can be a specific algorithm or multiple algorithms in machine learning and deep learning, such as a support vector machine, AdaBoosting, a convolutional neural network, and the like. The trained text similarity matching model is a result of learning of a specific algorithm according to training data. An accurate model can be obtained by using a large amount of training data in an off-line training mode.
In this embodiment, target chart information corresponding to a target interface is obtained by obtaining candidate chart information corresponding to each candidate interface; matching the target chart information with each candidate chart information; and acquiring a candidate interface corresponding to the candidate chart information corresponding to the maximum matching degree as an updating interface. Therefore, when the target interface is abnormal, the work order information chart with the highest display correlation is replaced in time, and even if the work order information chart which is wanted by the user cannot be displayed at present, the user can acquire the information which is wanted to be known to the greatest extent according to the replaced work order information chart.
In one embodiment, the method further comprises: when the target interface is monitored to be in an abnormal state, generating an abnormal notification message according to the target interface and the updated interface; and sending the abnormal notification information to the terminal so that the terminal displays the abnormal notification information.
Specifically, when it is monitored that the target interface is in an abnormal state, the data analysis server may further generate an abnormal notification message according to the target interface and the update interface, where the abnormal notification message is used to notify a user that the target interface is abnormal, and then the target work order information chart corresponding to the update interface is displayed in a replaced manner. For example, the exception notification message is text information such as "an interface corresponding to the today's work order statistics is abnormal, and the display area a automatically replaces and displays the today's defective work order statistics". And the data analysis server sends the abnormal notification information to the terminal, and the terminal can display the abnormal notification information so that a user can obtain the display change condition of the work order information chart in time.

Specifically, when it is monitored that the target interface is restored to a normal state, the data analysis server may further generate an abnormal restoration notification message according to the target interface, where the abnormal restoration notification message is used to notify the user that the target interface is restored to a normal state. The data analysis server sends the abnormal recovery notification information to the terminal, the terminal can generate an information acquisition window according to the abnormal recovery notification information, the information acquisition window is used for acquiring interface processing information aiming at the target interface, and the interface processing information comprises a target work order information chart corresponding to the target interface to be recovered and displayed and an updated work order information chart corresponding to the updated interface to be maintained and displayed. The terminal sends the interface processing information to the data analysis server, and the data analysis server determines a work order information chart which is subsequently sent to the terminal according to the interface processing information. And when the interface processing information is the target work order information chart corresponding to the restoration display target interface, the data analysis server sends the target work order information chart to the terminal at a subsequent fixed time. And when the interface processing information is the updated work order information chart corresponding to the maintained display updated interface, the data analysis server sends the updated work order information chart to the terminal at a subsequent timing. Therefore, the user can be timely informed that the target interface is recovered to be normal through the abnormal recovery notification message, and the subsequently displayed work order information chart can be quickly and conveniently determined through interface processing information.
For example, the chart type corresponding to the target interface is the today's work order statistics, and the chart type corresponding to the updated interface is the today's defect work order statistics. And when the terminal receives the abnormal recovery notification message, the terminal generates and displays an information acquisition window. The information acquisition window displays the text information of 'whether to restore and display the work order statistics of today' and the 'yes' control and the 'no' control. When the user clicks the "yes" control, the interface processing information shows today's work order statistics for recovery. The terminal sends the interface processing information to the data analysis server, the data analysis server sends the work order information chart corresponding to the current work order statistics to the terminal at a follow-up timing, the work order information chart is displayed in the corresponding display area, and the data analysis server does not send the work order information chart corresponding to the current defect work order statistics in a follow-up manner.

And the chart display module 606 is used for returning the target work order information chart to the terminal so that the terminal can display the target work order information chart.
And a chart updating module 608, configured to, when the target work order information chart is updated, return the updated target work order information chart to the terminal, so that the terminal displays the updated target work order information chart.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 7, the work order information statistic device further includes:
the chart generation module 601 is used for acquiring a work order information statistical logic set; the work order information statistical logic set comprises at least one work order information statistical logic, the work order information statistical logic corresponds to the candidate chart type identification, and the work order information statistical logic comprises an interface identification, work order information statistical frequency, work order information statistical conditions and work order information acquisition conditions; acquiring target work order information meeting work order information acquisition conditions from a data storage server at regular time according to the work order information statistical frequency through candidate interfaces corresponding to the interface identifiers, and performing statistics on the target work order information according to the work order information statistical conditions to obtain candidate work order information charts corresponding to the candidate chart type identifiers; and forming a candidate work order information chart set by the candidate work order information charts.
In one embodiment, the work order information chart acquisition request carries a display area identifier corresponding to a target chart type identifier, the target work order information chart comprises a work order information detail chart and a work order information summary chart, the terminal displays the target work order information chart in the display area corresponding to the display area identifier, the display states of the work order information summary chart and the work order information detail chart are mutually exclusive, the display states comprise display and hiding, when a trigger operation acting on the display area is received, the display states of the work order information summary chart and the work order information detail chart are switched according to the trigger operation, the work order information detail chart is obtained by counting work order information, and the work order information summary chart is obtained by counting the work order information detail chart.
In one embodiment, the chart update module is further configured to monitor a status of each candidate interface; when the target interface corresponding to the target chart type identification is monitored to be in an abnormal state, determining an updated interface from the candidate interfaces; and sending the updated work order information chart corresponding to the updated interface to the terminal so that the terminal can update and display the updated work order information chart.
In one embodiment, the chart updating module is further configured to obtain candidate chart information corresponding to each candidate interface, and obtain target chart information corresponding to the target interface; matching the target chart information with each candidate chart information; and acquiring a candidate interface corresponding to the candidate chart information corresponding to the maximum matching degree as an updating interface.
In one embodiment, the graph updating module is further configured to generate an exception notification message according to the target interface and the update interface when it is monitored that the target interface is in an exception state; and sending the abnormal notification information to the terminal so that the terminal displays the abnormal notification information.
In one embodiment, the graph updating module is further configured to generate an abnormal recovery notification message according to the target interface when it is monitored that the target interface recovers to a normal state; sending the abnormal recovery notification message to the terminal so that the terminal generates an information acquisition window according to the abnormal recovery notification message; the information acquisition window is used for acquiring interface processing information aiming at the target interface; the interface processing information sent by the terminal is obtained, and a work order information chart subsequently sent to the terminal is determined according to the interface processing information, wherein the work order information chart comprises one of a target work order information chart and an updated work order information chart.
For specific limitations of the work order information statistics device, reference may be made to the above limitations of the work order information statistics method, which are not described herein again. All or part of each module in the work order information statistical device can be realized by software, hardware and a combination thereof. The modules can be embedded in a hardware form or independent from a processor in the computer device, and can also be stored in a memory in the computer device in a software form, so that the processor can call and execute operations corresponding to the modules.
In one embodiment, a computer device is provided, which may be a server, and its internal structure diagram may be as shown in fig. 8. The computer device includes a processor, a memory, and a network interface connected by a system bus. Wherein the processor of the computer device is configured to provide computing and control capabilities. The memory of the computer device comprises a nonvolatile storage medium and an internal memory. The non-volatile storage medium stores an operating system, a computer program, and a database. The internal memory provides an environment for the operation of an operating system and computer programs in the non-volatile storage medium. The database of the computer equipment is used for storing data such as work order information statistical logic, work order information charts and the like. The network interface of the computer device is used for communicating with an external terminal through a network connection. The computer program is executed by a processor to implement a work order information statistics method.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the architecture shown in fig. 8 is merely a block diagram of some of the structures associated with the disclosed aspects and is not intended to limit the computing devices to which the disclosed aspects apply, as particular computing devices may include more or less components than those shown, or may combine certain components, or have a different arrangement of components.
In one embodiment, a computer device is further provided, which includes a memory and a processor, the memory stores a computer program, and the processor implements the steps of the above method embodiments when executing the computer program.
In an embodiment, a computer-readable storage medium is provided, on which a computer program is stored which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the above-mentioned method embodiments.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the processes of the methods of the embodiments described above can be implemented by hardware instructions of a computer program, which can be stored in a non-volatile computer-readable storage medium, and when executed, can include the processes of the embodiments of the methods described above. Any reference to memory, storage, database or other medium used in the embodiments provided herein can include at least one of non-volatile and volatile memory. Non-volatile Memory may include Read-Only Memory (ROM), magnetic tape, floppy disk, flash Memory, optical storage, or the like. Volatile Memory can include Random Access Memory (RAM) or external cache Memory. By way of illustration and not limitation, RAM can take many forms, such as Static Random Access Memory (SRAM) or Dynamic Random Access Memory (DRAM), among others.
The technical features of the above embodiments can be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the above embodiments are not described, but should be considered as the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.

Claims (10)

1. A work order information statistical method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
receiving a work order information chart acquisition request sent by a terminal, wherein the work order information chart acquisition request carries a target chart type identifier;
acquiring a target work order information chart corresponding to the target chart type identification from a candidate work order information chart set according to the work order information chart acquisition request; the candidate work order information chart set comprises at least one candidate work order information chart, the candidate work order information chart is updated at regular time, and the candidate work order information chart is generated by counting the work order information according to the work order information statistical logic;
returning the target work order information chart to the terminal so that the terminal displays the target work order information chart;
and when the target work order information chart is updated, returning the updated target work order information chart to the terminal so that the terminal displays the updated target work order information chart.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein before the receiving the work order information chart acquisition request sent by the terminal, the method further comprises:
acquiring a work order information statistical logic set; the work order information statistical logic set comprises at least one work order information statistical logic, the work order information statistical logic corresponds to the candidate chart type identification, and the work order information statistical logic comprises an interface identification, work order information statistical frequency, work order information statistical conditions and work order information acquisition conditions;
acquiring target work order information meeting work order information acquisition conditions from a data storage server at regular time according to the work order information statistical frequency through candidate interfaces corresponding to the interface identifiers, and performing statistics on the target work order information according to the work order information statistical conditions to obtain candidate work order information charts corresponding to the candidate chart type identifiers;
and forming the candidate work order information chart set by the candidate work order information charts.
3. The method according to claim 1, wherein the work order information chart acquisition request carries a display area identifier corresponding to a target chart type identifier, the target work order information chart comprises a work order information detail chart and a work order information summarization chart, and the returning of the target work order information chart to the terminal to enable the terminal to display the target work order information chart comprises:
the terminal displays the target work order information chart in a display area corresponding to the display area identifier; the display states of the work order information summary chart and the work order information detail chart are mutually exclusive, and the display states comprise display and hiding;
when receiving a trigger operation acting on the display area, switching the display state of the work order information summary chart and the work order information detail chart according to the trigger operation; the work order information detail chart is obtained by counting work order information, and the work order information summary chart is obtained by counting the work order information detail chart.
4. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
monitoring the state of each candidate interface;
when the target interface corresponding to the target chart type identification is monitored to be in an abnormal state, determining an updated interface from the candidate interfaces;
and sending the updated work order information chart corresponding to the updated interface to the terminal so that the terminal can update and display the updated work order information chart.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein determining the updated interface from the candidate interfaces comprises:
acquiring candidate chart information corresponding to each candidate interface, and acquiring target chart information corresponding to a target interface;
matching the target chart information with each candidate chart information;
and acquiring a candidate interface corresponding to the candidate chart information corresponding to the maximum matching degree as an updating interface.
6. The method of claim 4, further comprising:
when the target interface is monitored to be in an abnormal state, generating an abnormal notification message according to the target interface and the updated interface;
and sending the abnormal notification information to the terminal so that the terminal displays the abnormal notification information.
7. The method of claim 4, further comprising:
when the target interface is monitored to be restored to a normal state, generating an abnormal restoration notification message according to the target interface;
sending the abnormal recovery notification message to the terminal so that the terminal generates an information acquisition window according to the abnormal recovery notification message; the information acquisition window is used for acquiring interface processing information aiming at the target interface;
and acquiring interface processing information sent by the terminal, and determining a work order information chart subsequently sent to the terminal according to the interface processing information, wherein the work order information chart comprises one of a target work order information chart and an updated work order information chart.
8. A work order information statistics apparatus, characterized in that the apparatus comprises:
the request receiving module is used for receiving a work order information chart acquisition request sent by a terminal, wherein the work order information chart acquisition request carries a target chart type identifier;
the chart acquisition module is used for acquiring a target work order information chart corresponding to the target chart type identifier from a candidate work order information chart set according to the work order information chart acquisition request; the candidate work order information chart set comprises at least one candidate work order information chart, the candidate work order information chart is updated at regular time, and the candidate work order information chart is generated by counting the work order information according to the work order information statistical logic;
the chart display module is used for returning the target work order information chart to the terminal so that the terminal can display the target work order information chart;
and the chart updating module is used for returning the updated target work order information chart to the terminal when the target work order information chart is updated so as to enable the terminal to display the updated target work order information chart.
9. A computer device comprising a memory and a processor, the memory storing a computer program, characterized in that the processor, when executing the computer program, implements the steps of the method of any of claims 1 to 7.
