Abstract
The invention discloses a power supply test system and a power supply test method of vehicle-mounted signal equipment, wherein the power supply test system comprises a direct-current power supply, a power supply board port conversion board card, a load generator and an oscilloscope; the direct-current power supply is electrically connected with the vehicle-mounted power board card, the vehicle-mounted power board card is electrically connected with the power board port conversion board card, and the power board port conversion board card is electrically connected with the load generator and the oscilloscope respectively; the direct-current power supply supplies power to the vehicle-mounted power supply board card, the power supply board port conversion board card performs power supply test on the vehicle-mounted power supply board card, the load generator provides load, and the oscilloscope displays the working state of the vehicle-mounted power supply board card. The invention can simulate the voltage input under the real environment through the DC power supply, is convenient for the staff to test and analyze the fault condition, and the design of the power panel port conversion board card can solve the problem that the vehicle-mounted power supply equipment is limited by space during the test, thereby reducing the probability of electromagnetic interference.

Technical Field

Background
In urban rail transit, a vehicle-mounted signal system is a key device for ensuring safe and stable operation of a passenger train. However, the board card power supply problem of the vehicle-mounted signal equipment, including factors such as surge, voltage ripple, spike, distortion, imbalance and external harmonic interference, has a great influence on normal rail transit operation. Although the vehicle-mounted power supply equipment is strictly tested before being shipped from a factory, each single board is usually affiliated to different equipment systems and comes from different equipment suppliers, and complete and detailed tests and measurements are not necessarily performed in a single test. In addition, due to the fact that the power supply equipment is limited by space in the installation process, different board cards and connecting wires are stacked mutually, the probability of electromagnetic interference is increased, different signals are overlapped in the radiation process, unpredictable harmonic components are generated, namely, the reason why 'strange phenomena' are generated when electromagnetic interference occurs in frequency under the working environment and a high error code is generated, and the test is disassembled and then normal is recovered is generated.

The invention is further illustrated by the following examples, which are not intended to limit the scope of the invention.
The invention provides a power supply test system of vehicle-mounted signal equipment, which is used for testing a vehicle-mounted power supply board card of the vehicle-mounted power supply equipment of a rail transit train, and as shown in figure 1, the power supply test system comprises a direct-current power supply supplier 1, a power supply board port conversion board card 2, a load generator 3 and an oscilloscope 4;
the direct-current power supply 1 is electrically connected with the vehicle-mounted power board 5, the vehicle-mounted power board 5 is electrically connected with the power board port conversion board 2, and the power board port conversion board 2 is electrically connected with the load generator 3 and the oscilloscope 4 respectively;
in the implementation process of the invention, the DC power supply 1 is a programmable DC power supply (specifically, the model may be chroma 62006P), the DC power supply 1 is used for supplying power to the vehicle-mounted power board 5, and the DC power supply 1 is used for simulating power voltage input under different real conditions, including outputting 5VDC/DC, 5V _ X, 3.3V _ X, 5V _ CAN _ X and 24VDC/DC under the condition of 81VDC, outputting 5VDC/DC and 24VDC/DC under the condition of 45VDC, and outputting 5VDC/DC and 24VDC/DC under the condition of 125 VDC.
The power board port conversion board 2 is used for performing power supply test on the vehicle-mounted power board 5, and specifically includes at least one of voltage measurement, short-circuit measurement, no-load test, ripple and noise test, short-circuit test and feedback state detection of corresponding voltage, the load generator 3 is used for providing a load, and the oscilloscope 4 is used for displaying the working state of an external power supply and whether the working state of the vehicle-mounted power board meets the requirement of performance index. Taking an output voltage of 5V _ X under the condition of 81VDC as an example, when an oscilloscope is accessed for testing, the amplitude is 5.01V, the amplitude error is 104mV, and the performance index requirement that the error is within 200mV is met.
The power board port conversion board 2 is provided with a plurality of pins, different pins correspond to power voltages under different real conditions, specifically, the power board port conversion board 2 may have 32 pins (a1-a32), and the specific setting may be: the functional definitions of the pins such as the pin 5V _ X (pin 28), the pin 5V _ CAN _ X (pin 24), the pin 3.3V _ X (pin 26), and the pin GND _ X (pin 27), are the prior art, and are not described herein again.
Furthermore, the environmental working temperature (5 ℃ to 40 ℃) of the direct current power supply is set in advance according to the specification requirement in the electronic equipment for the railway vehicle, the input voltage (the range is 100-; and setting the starting point and the stopping point of the load current, the rising rate and the falling rate of the load current and the change period of the load current according to the specification requirement for the output needing dynamic response test, and adjusting the change period of the load current according to the specification requirement after starting. In addition, the requirements of output voltage deviation, linear stability rate, output ripple and noise, short-circuit overcurrent protection performance and dynamic response can be obtained by testing in a laboratory test environment.
Further, according to the electromagnetic environment characteristics of the vehicle-mounted power supply equipment, states of continuous waves and noise are displayed and measured by using an oscilloscope, corresponding error reasons are analyzed, possible interference sources of various faults of the vehicle-mounted power supply equipment are verified, and corresponding technical requirements and suggestions are provided. In addition, according to the requirement of performance indexes, the output error of voltage noise should not exceed 200 mV.
The invention can be used for reliability test analysis and research of wired vehicle-mounted power supply equipment, and can reduce the huge influence caused by operation interruption due to possible faults. Meanwhile, through the relevant test of new line vehicle mounted power supply equipment, the construction efficiency is improved, and the full life cycle cost of the equipment is reduced.
As shown in fig. 2, this embodiment further provides a power supply testing method for a vehicle-mounted signal device, which is implemented by using the power supply testing system described above, where the power supply testing method includes the following steps:

the direct-current power supply is used for supplying power to the vehicle-mounted power supply board card, the power supply board port conversion board card is used for carrying out power supply testing on the vehicle-mounted power supply board card, the load generator is used for providing a load, and the oscilloscope is used for displaying the working state of the vehicle-mounted power supply board card.
