Abstract
A window formula air purification device for hospital. The invention discloses an air purification device for a hospital, which has a simple structure, is convenient to install and maintain, can avoid the emission of waste gas in a ward and can purify air in the ward. The window type air purification device for the hospital comprises a filter box body; two back-to-back U-shaped channels, namely a first channel and a second channel, are arranged in the filter box body; a first air draft device, a first ultraviolet disinfection device, a disinfection device and a first active carbon filter element are sequentially arranged in the first channel from the first air inlet to the first air outlet; and a second air draft device, a second ultraviolet disinfection device, a bipolar ion generator and a second active carbon filter element are sequentially arranged in the second channel from the second air inlet to the second air outlet. By adopting the window type air purification device for the hospital, the device is convenient to be installed at two ends of a push-pull window, and the treatment environment of a patient can be improved; improving the treatment effect.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of medical waste gas treatment, in particular to a window type air purification device for hospitals.
Background
It is well known that: with the development and progress of society, people have higher and higher requirements on health; the existing hospital generally adopts a central air conditioner to realize the ventilation of the hospital ward. The patient room is therefore relatively confined, thereby exposing the patient room to cross-contamination by airborne infectious diseases.
The existing central air conditioner has no sterilization and disinfection functions, so that germs existing in the air of a ward cannot be sterilized, and the freshness of the air in the ward cannot be ensured.

the first air inlet and the second air outlet are respectively positioned on two sides of a lug at one end of the filter box body; the first air outlet and the second air inlet are respectively positioned on two sides of a lug at the other end of the filter box body;
a first air draft device, a first ultraviolet ray disinfection device, a disinfection device and a first active carbon filter element are sequentially arranged in the first channel from the first air inlet to the first air outlet;
a second air draft device, a second ultraviolet ray disinfection device, a bipolar ion generator and a second active carbon filter element are sequentially arranged in the second channel from the second air inlet to the second air outlet; the outer surface of the filtering box body is provided with an installation clamping groove;
the disinfection device comprises a vertical fixing block; the vertical fixing block is provided with a vertical inner cavity, and both sides of the vertical fixing block are provided with air holes; the upper end of the vertical fixing block is provided with a funnel-shaped liquid inlet; a sponge filter element is arranged in the inner cavity of the vertical fixed block; a spray head is arranged above the funnel-shaped liquid inlet; the top of the filtering box body is provided with a water supply box body; the spray header is communicated with the bottom of the water supply tank body;
the bottom of the inner cavity of the filtering box body is provided with a slot matched with the lower end of the fixed block; the lower end of the fixing block is inserted into the slot; a disinfectant storage box body is arranged below the slot; the bottom of the slot is communicated with a disinfectant storage box body; a circulating pump is arranged on one side of the disinfectant storage box body; the circulating pump is communicated with the water supply tank body through a guide pipe.

Furthermore, first gas outlet and second gas outlet all are provided with the limiting plate of taking the bleeder vent.
Further, the both sides of sponge filter core all are provided with water-retaining membrane.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the window type air purification device for the hospital comprises the filter box body, and the mounting clamping grooves are formed in the filter box body, so that the device is conveniently mounted at two ends of a push-pull window.
Secondly, the window type air purification device for the hospital is provided with two leads in the filter box body, so that the air exhausted from a ward can be purified, and meanwhile, the air entering the ward can be purified; therefore, the air in the ward can be ensured to be fresh, and the treatment environment of the patient can be effectively improved; the treatment effect is improved;
thirdly, the window type air purification device for the hospital is simple in structure, convenient to produce and manufacture and capable of effectively reducing cost.

Detailed Description
The invention is further illustrated with reference to the following figures and examples.
As shown in fig. 1 to 8, the window type air cleaning apparatus for hospital according to the present invention comprises a filter housing 1; bosses are arranged at both ends of the filtering box body 1; two back-to-back U-shaped channels, namely a first channel 11 and a second channel 12, are arranged in the filtering box body 1;
one end of the first channel 11 is a first air inlet 111, and the other end is a first air outlet 112; one end of the second channel 12 is a second air inlet 121, and the other end is a second air outlet 122;
the first air inlet 111 and the second air outlet 122 are respectively positioned at two sides of a convex block at one end of the filter box body 1; the first air outlet 112 and the second air inlet 121 are respectively positioned at two sides of a convex block at the other end of the filter box body 1;
a first air draft device 3, a first ultraviolet disinfection device 4, a disinfection device 5 and a first active carbon filter element 6 are sequentially arranged in the first channel 11 from the first air inlet 111 to the first air outlet 112;
a second air draft device 9, a second ultraviolet disinfection device 10, a bipolar ion generator 13 and a second activated carbon filtering filter element 14 are sequentially arranged in the second channel 12 from the second air inlet 121 to the second air outlet 122; the outer surface of the filtering box body 1 is provided with an installation clamping groove 15;
the disinfection device 5 comprises a vertical fixing block; the vertical fixing block is provided with a vertical inner cavity, and both sides of the vertical fixing block are provided with air holes; the upper end of the vertical fixing block is provided with a funnel-shaped liquid inlet; a sponge filter element 51 is arranged in the inner cavity of the vertical fixed block; a spray head 20 is arranged above the funnel-shaped liquid inlet; the top of the filtering box body 1 is provided with a water supply box body 17; the spray header 20 is communicated with the bottom of the water supply tank body 17;
the bottom of the inner cavity of the filtering box body 1 is provided with a slot 52 matched with the lower end of the fixed block; the lower end of the fixing block is inserted into the insertion groove 52; a disinfectant storage box body 18 is arranged below the slot 52; the bottom of the slot 52 is communicated with the disinfectant storage box body 18; a circulating pump 16 is arranged on one side of the disinfectant storage box body 18; the circulation pump 16 is communicated with the water supply tank body 17 through a conduit 19.
In the application process: specifically, the first air draft device 3 and the second air draft device 9 comprise inserting plates 31; the plug board 31 is provided with uniformly distributed fans 32; the insert plate 31 is inserted into the filter box body 1 from the top of the filter box body 1. an ultraviolet lamp 43 is arranged at the upper end of the inner cavity of the inserting frame 41; a photocatalyst reactor 44 is arranged at the bottom of the inner cavity of the inserting frame 41; the insert frame 41 is inserted into the filter housing 1 from the top of the filter housing 1.
A window type air cleaning apparatus for a hospital is installed at one end of a window, in which a first air inlet 111 of a first passage 11 is located indoors and a second air inlet 121 of a second passage 12 is located outdoors.
In the working process, the first air draft device 3 in the first channel 11 drafts air, sucks indoor air into the first channel 11, and then sequentially performs ultraviolet sterilization and disinfection through the first ultraviolet disinfection device 4; then, the disinfection of the disinfection solution is realized through the disinfection device 5, the disinfection solution is supplied into the disinfection device 5 through the water supply box body 17, the disinfection solution is sprayed onto the sponge filter element 51 through the spray header 20, and the disinfection and filtration of the gas are realized in the sponge filter element 51; finally, the mixture is filtered by the first active carbon filter element 6 and then is discharged outdoors.
Meanwhile, the second air draft device 9 in the second channel 12 drafts air, outdoor air is sucked into the second channel 12, and then ultraviolet sterilization and disinfection are performed sequentially through the second ultraviolet disinfection device 10; then the beneficial negative ions are contained in the air through the bipolar ion generator 13; finally filtered by a second active carbon filter element 14 and then supplied to a ward.
In summary, the window type air purification device for hospitals, provided by the invention, comprises the filter box body, and the installation clamping grooves are formed in the filter box body, so that the device is convenient to install at two ends of a push-pull window.
Secondly, the window type air purification device for the hospital is provided with two leads in the filter box body, so that the air exhausted from a ward can be purified, and meanwhile, the air entering the ward can be purified; therefore, the air in the ward can be ensured to be fresh, and the treatment environment of the patient can be effectively improved; the treatment effect is improved;
thirdly, the window type air purification device for the hospital is simple in structure, convenient to produce and manufacture and capable of effectively reducing cost.
For the convenience of installation, the upper end of the slot 52 is further flared.
For the consumption in the use of less antiseptic solution, further, the both sides of sponge filter element 51 all are provided with water-retaining membrane.
In order to improve the filtering effect, the first air inlet 111 and the second air inlet 121 are respectively provided with a first filter 2 and a second filter 8.
In order to facilitate clamping the activated carbon filter element, further, the first air outlet 112 and the second air outlet 122 are both provided with a limiting plate 7 with air holes.

A window formula air purification device for hospital, its characterized in that: comprises a filtering box body (1); bosses are arranged at the two ends of the filtering box body (1); two back-to-back U-shaped channels, namely a first channel (11) and a second channel (12), are arranged in the filtering box body (1);
one end of the first channel (11) is provided with a first air inlet (111), and the other end of the first channel is provided with a first air outlet (112); one end of the second channel (12) is provided with a second air inlet (121), and the other end is provided with a second air outlet (122);
the first air inlet (111) and the second air outlet (122) are respectively positioned at two sides of a convex block at one end of the filter box body (1); the first air outlet (112) and the second air inlet (121) are respectively positioned at two sides of a convex block at the other end of the filter box body (1);
a first air draft device (3), a first ultraviolet disinfection device (4), a disinfection device (5) and a first active carbon filter element (6) are sequentially arranged in the first channel (11) from the first air inlet (111) to the first air outlet (112);
a second air draft device (9), a second ultraviolet disinfection device (10), a bipolar ion generator (13) and a second active carbon filtering filter element (14) are sequentially arranged in the second channel (12) from the second air inlet (121) to the second air outlet (122); the outer surface of the filtering box body (1) is provided with an installation clamping groove (15);
the disinfection device (5) comprises a vertical fixing block; the vertical fixing block is provided with a vertical inner cavity, and both sides of the vertical fixing block are provided with air holes; the upper end of the vertical fixing block is provided with a funnel-shaped liquid inlet; a sponge filter element (51) is arranged in the inner cavity of the vertical fixed block; a spray header (20) is arranged above the funnel-shaped liquid inlet; the top of the filtering box body (1) is provided with a water supply box body (17); the spray header (20) is communicated with the bottom of the water supply tank body (17);
the bottom of the inner cavity of the filtering box body (1) is provided with a slot (52) matched with the lower end of the fixed block; the lower end of the fixing block is inserted into the slot (52); a disinfectant storage box body (18) is arranged below the slot (52); the bottom of the slot (52) is communicated with a disinfectant storage box body (18); a circulating pump (16) is arranged on one side of the disinfectant storage box body (18); the circulating pump (16) is communicated with the water supply tank body (17) through a conduit (19).

The window type air cleaning apparatus for hospital as set forth in claim 2, wherein: the first ultraviolet disinfection device (4) and the second ultraviolet disinfection device (10) both comprise an insertion frame (41); the insert frame (41) is provided with an inner cavity; the inner cavity of the inserting frame (41) is internally provided with transverse mounting plates (42) which are uniformly distributed along the vertical direction; a photocatalyst reactor (44) is arranged above the transverse mounting plate (42), and an ultraviolet lamp (43) is arranged below the transverse mounting plate (42);
an ultraviolet lamp (43) is arranged at the upper end of the inner cavity of the inserting frame (41); a photocatalyst reactor (44) is arranged at the bottom of the inner cavity of the inserting frame (41); the inserting frame (41) is inserted into the filtering box body (1) from the top of the filtering box body (1).
