Abstract
The invention discloses an air purification device for a hospital, which can purify air in a hospital ward, avoid cross infection of infectious diseases and provide fresh air for the hospital ward. The air purification device for the hospital comprises a cyclone type ultraviolet sterilization box, an exhaust pipe, a disinfection box, an active carbon filter, a liquid filter box and a dry filter, wherein the exhaust pipe, the disinfection box, the active carbon filter, the liquid filter box and the dry filter are communicated with a ward; a box body communicated with the drying filter is arranged above the drying filter; a bipolar ion generator is arranged in the box body; the box body is provided with a third fan; an air supply pipe is arranged on the third fan; the air outlet pipe is communicated with the drying filter; the air supply pipe is communicated with an air inlet pipe of the ward; the exhaust pipe is communicated with the exhaust pipe. Background
It is well known that: with the development and progress of society, people have higher and higher requirements on health; the existing hospital generally adopts a central air conditioner to realize the ventilation of the hospital ward. the air supply pipe is communicated with an air inlet pipe of the ward; the exhaust pipe is communicated with the exhaust pipe.
Preferably, the suction pipe is a hose.
Further, the activated carbon filter includes a housing; a slot is arranged above the shell; and a drawer type active carbon filter element is arranged in the slot.
Furthermore, a resistance heating device is arranged in the activated carbon filter.
Preferably, the air supply pipe is communicated with the air inlet pipe of the ward through a central air conditioner.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the air purification device for the hospital is provided with the cyclone type ultraviolet sterilization box, the disinfection box, the activated carbon filter, the liquid filter box and the bipolar ion generator; and the air entering the ward passes through the ultraviolet sterilization device, the disinfection box, the activated carbon filter, the liquid filter box and the bipolar ion generator in sequence; so that pathogenic bacteria and partial bacteria in the air are completely killed, and meanwhile, the air sent into the ward can have negative ions through the bipolar ion generator; thereby being more beneficial to the rehabilitation of patients in the sickroom. And secondly, the exhaust pipe of the ward is communicated with the exhaust pipe, so that the air in the ward forms a circulating system, the cross infection among different wards can be avoided, and a comfortable space can be provided for patients.
Thirdly, the air purification device for the hospital can effectively reduce the volume and is convenient to install and maintain due to the structural arrangement and layout arrangement of the cyclone type ultraviolet sterilization box, the disinfection box, the activated carbon filter, the liquid filter box and the bipolar ion generator.

The invention is further illustrated with reference to the following figures and examples.
As shown in fig. 1 to 6, an air cleaning apparatus for a hospital according to the present invention includes a cyclone type ultraviolet sterilization case 2 and an exhaust duct 30 communicating with a patient room 100;
the cyclone type ultraviolet sterilization box 2 is provided with an air inlet pipe; one end of the air inlet pipe 1 is provided with a first fan 3; an air inlet pipe of the first fan 3 is provided with an air exhaust pipe 1; one end of the exhaust pipe 1 is provided with a filter head 11;
the lower end of the cyclone type ultraviolet sterilization box 2 is funnel-shaped; an air inlet pipe of the cyclone type ultraviolet sterilization box 2 is tangent to the inner wall of the upper end of the cyclone type ultraviolet sterilization box 2;
an air outlet cylinder 21 is arranged in the center of the inner cavity of the cyclone type ultraviolet sterilization box 2; the inner wall of the cyclone type ultraviolet sterilization box 2 is provided with an ultraviolet lamp 22; a photocatalytic reactor 23 is arranged on the outer wall of the air outlet cylinder 21; a sewage discharge valve 24 is arranged at the bottom of the cyclone type ultraviolet sterilization box 2;

a first drawer-type insertion block 51 and a second drawer-type insertion block 52 which are inserted into the disinfection box 4 from the top of the disinfection box 4 are arranged in the disinfection box 4; a resistance heating net is arranged on the first drawer type inserting block 51; the second drawer type insert block 52 is disinfectant filter cotton;

an air outlet cavity 101 is arranged at the upper part of the liquid filter box 10; an air outlet pipe 12 is arranged on the air outlet cavity 101; the liquid filtering tank 10 is provided with a filtering liquid injection pipe 19 and a filtering liquid discharge pipe 20;
a dry filter 14 is arranged on one side of the liquid filtering box 10; a box body communicated with the drying filter 14 is arranged above the drying filter 14; a bipolar ion generator 15 is arranged in the box body; the box body is provided with a third fan 16; an air supply pipe 17 is arranged on the third fan 16; the air outlet pipe 12 is communicated with a drying filter 14;
the air supply pipe 17 is communicated with an air inlet pipe of the ward 100; the exhaust duct 30 is communicated with the exhaust duct 1.
In the application process, firstly, the first fan 3 is started to suck air through the air suction pipe 1, the air enters the air suction pipe 1 through the filter head 11 and then is sucked into the cyclone ultraviolet sterilization box 2, and the cyclone ultraviolet sterilization box 2 is sterilized through ultraviolet rays; simultaneously precipitating the killed bacteria; then enters the sterilizing box 4, and can kill part of bacteria which are not sterilized and killed by ultraviolet rays through high-temperature sterilization; then the air enters an activated carbon filter 6, pollutants in the air are absorbed through activated carbon, so that the air is purified, a second fan 18 is started again, the filtered air is sent into a liquid filter box 10 through the second fan 18, 84 disinfectant can be put into the liquid filter box 10, the air is washed through the disinfectant, the air is further purified, and then the air is sent into a drying filter 14 through an air outlet pipe 12 on an exhaust cavity, so that the filtering and drying are realized, and the air is prevented from being provided with more moisture after being freshed by the liquid;
the air filtered by the dry filter 14 is treated by the bipolar ion generator 15 so that the air has more negative ions for the recovery of the patient. Finally, the air is introduced into the ward 100 through the air supply pipe 17, and the air exhausted from the ward 100 is introduced into the air exhaust pipe 1 to realize the recycling of air supply in the ward.
In summary, the air purification device for hospitals is provided with the ultraviolet sterilization device, the liquid filter box and the bipolar ion generator; and the air entering the ward passes through the ultraviolet sterilization device, the liquid filter box and the bipolar ion generator in sequence; so that pathogenic bacteria and partial bacteria in the air are completely killed, and meanwhile, the air sent into the ward can have negative ions through the bipolar ion generator; thereby being more beneficial to the rehabilitation of patients in the sickroom. And secondly, the exhaust pipe of the ward is communicated with the exhaust pipe, so that the air in the ward forms a circulating system, and the cross infection among different wards can be avoided. Thirdly, the air purification device for the hospital can effectively reduce the volume and is convenient to install and maintain due to the structural arrangement and layout arrangement of the cyclone type ultraviolet sterilization box, the disinfection box, the activated carbon filter, the liquid filter box and the bipolar ion generator.
In order to facilitate the arrangement of the pipeline, it is preferable that the suction pipe 1 is a hose.
In order to facilitate the replacement of the activated carbon, further, the activated carbon filter 6 includes a housing; a slot is arranged above the shell; a drawer type active carbon filter element 7 is arranged in the slot.
