Principle of operation
The working principle of the invention is as follows: before use, water is filled into a water injection tank 111, then a first heating pipe 112 is driven to heat the water in the water injection tank 111 to a proper temperature, while the water is in operation, green grass traditional Chinese medicine disinfectant and water are injected into a liquid storage tank 121 through an injection hopper 123 and an injection pipe 122, then a stirring motor 124 is driven to drive a stirring shaft 125 and stirring blades 126 to rotate and mix, after the operation is completed, a second heating pipe 127 is driven to enable the liquid in the liquid storage tank 121 to generate gas, after the operation before use is completed, a first fan 7 is driven to enable fresh air to enter an air inlet tank 101 through a connecting pipeline 102, a water delivery pump 113 is driven to enable the water in the water injection tank 111 to reach transverse pipes 115 and longitudinal pipes 116 through a water delivery pipe 114 and then to be sprayed into the air inlet tank 101 through a spray head 117, thereby performing dust fall humidification on the fresh air, then the fresh air reaches a tank cavity 2 through the first fan 7, and the used water reaches the bottom of the air inlet tank 101 through a first water filtering net 103 and a second water filtering net, then, the reflux pump 106 is driven to cooperate with the water flow pipe 105 to inject water into the water injection tank 111 for reuse, wind reaching the tank cavity 2 is filtered again through the filter screen 5 and then reaches the disinfection main tank 1281, the wind enters the disinfection main tank and then drives the second fan 1285 to enable the steam in the liquid storage tank 121 to pass through the lower steam transmission pipe 1286, the upper steam transmission pipe 1282 and the connecting box 1283 and then to be blown out from the flow dividing head 1284, so that the steam and fresh air are convected and disinfected, and finally, the fresh air passes through the disinfection main tank 1281 and enters the central air conditioner, so that the work can be completed.

1. The fresh air purification equipment of the centralized central air conditioner is characterized by comprising a working box (1), a box cavity (2), a T-shaped cover plate (3), a hasp (4), a filter screen (5), a sealing rubber pad (6), a first fan (7), a PLC (8), a driving switch (9), a spraying dust-settling humidification box structure (10), a water storage heating spraying frame structure (11) and an air disinfection box structure (12), wherein the box cavity (2) is arranged in the middle of the inside of the working box (1); the T-shaped cover plate (3) is inserted into the left side above the inner part of the working box (1); the hasps (4) are respectively installed on the left side and the right side of the upper surface of the T-shaped cover plate (3) and the left side and the middle left side of the upper surface of the working box (1) through bolts; the filter screen (5) is arranged in the middle of the lower surface of the T-shaped cover plate (3) through bolts; the sealing rubber pad (6) is arranged on the left side of the lower part of the inner wall of the box cavity (2) through a screw; the first fan (7) is mounted on the right side of the inner wall of the box cavity (2) through bolts; the PLC (8) is arranged at the right upper part of the front surface of the working box (1) through a bolt, and the front surface of the PLC (8) is electrically connected with a driving switch (9); the spraying dust-settling humidifying box structure (10) is arranged at the right end of the working box (1); the water storage heating spraying frame structure (11) is arranged at the front end of the spraying dust-settling humidifying box structure (10); the air sterilizing box structure (12) is arranged at the left end of the working box (1); the spraying dust-settling humidification box structure (10) comprises an air inlet box (101), a connecting pipeline (102), a first water filter screen (103), a second water filter screen (104), a water flow pipe (105), a reflux pump (106) and a discharge valve (107), wherein the connecting pipeline (102) is welded on the upper parts of the left end and the right end of the air inlet box (101), and the left end of the connecting pipeline (102) is in bolted connection with a first fan (7); the first water filter screen (103) and the second water filter screen (104) are respectively installed on the lower part of the inner wall of the air inlet box (101) through bolts; one end of the water flow pipe (105) is in threaded connection with the reflux pump (106), and the other end of the water flow pipe penetrates through the lower part of the front side inside the air inlet box (101); the reflux pump (106) is arranged on the right side inside the air inlet box (101); the discharge valve (107) is mounted at the lower part of the left side in the air inlet box (101) through bolts; the water storage heating spray rack structure (11) comprises a water injection tank (111), a first heating pipe (112), a water delivery pump (113), a water delivery pipe (114), a transverse pipe (115), a longitudinal pipe (116) and a spray head (117), wherein the water injection tank (111) is welded at the lower part of the front end of the air inlet tank (101), and a water flow pipe (105) is embedded in the rear side inside the water injection tank (111); the first heating pipe (112) is mounted at the right lower side inside the water injection tank (111) through bolts; the rear end of the water delivery pump (113) is in threaded connection with the left lower part of the front end of the water injection tank (111); one end of the water conveying pipe (114) is in threaded connection with the upper end of the water conveying pump (113), and the other end of the water conveying pipe is embedded into the front end of the transverse pipe (115); the transverse pipe (115) is welded on the rear side of the upper part of the inner wall of the air inlet box (101); the longitudinal pipes (116) are respectively welded between the front ends of the transverse pipes (115) and the front side of the upper part of the inner wall of the air inlet box (101); the sprinkler head (117) is screwed to the lower end of the longitudinal pipe (116).

The fresh air purification equipment of the centralized central air conditioner as claimed in claim 1, wherein the air disinfection box structure (12) comprises a liquid storage box (121), an injection pipe (122), an injection hopper (123), a stirring motor (124), a stirring shaft (125), a stirring blade (126), a second heating pipe (127) and an air inlet disinfection box structure (128), the injection pipe (122) is welded on the upper part of the left end of the liquid storage box (121), and the injection hopper (123) is welded on the upper end of the injection pipe (122); the stirring motor (124) is arranged on the left side of the upper end of the liquid storage tank (121) through a bolt; one end of the stirring shaft (125) is connected with an output shaft coupling of the stirring motor (124); the stirring blades (126) are respectively welded at the left side and the right side of the stirring shaft (125); the second heating pipe (127) is embedded in the left lower side inside the liquid storage tank (121); the steam inlet sterilizing box structure (128) is arranged at the left ends of the liquid storage box (121) and the working box (1).

The fresh air purification equipment of the centralized central air conditioner as claimed in claim 1, wherein the steam inlet disinfection box structure (128) comprises a disinfection main box (1281), an upper steam transmission pipe (1282), a connecting box (1283), a diverter head (1284), a second fan (1285) and a lower steam transmission pipe (1286), and the disinfection main box (1281) is welded at the left end of the working box (1); the upper end of the upper steam transmission pipe (1282) penetrates through the main disinfection box (1281) and is welded at the front end of the connecting box (1283); the lower end of the upper steam transmission pipe (1282) is connected with a second fan (1285) through a bolt; the shunting head (1284) is arranged at the right end of the connecting box (1283) by bolts; one end of the lower steam transmission pipe (1286) is connected with the second fan (1285) through a bolt, and the other end of the lower steam transmission pipe is welded on the right side of the upper end of the liquid storage tank (121).

The fresh air purification equipment of centralized central air conditioner as claimed in claim 1, wherein the first water filter (103) and the second water filter (104) are respectively activated carbon and PE, and the first water filter (103) and the second water filter (104) are arranged below the connecting pipe (102).
5. The central air-conditioning fresh air purification device as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that the return pump (106) is arranged below the interior of the air inlet box (101), and the water flow pipe (105) is communicated with the water injection box (111).
