Abstract
The invention discloses an automatic cleaning device and method for an oil way and a gas way of an automobile, wherein the device comprises: comprises a liquid storage tank, an electric hydraulic pump, an instrument desk, a transfusion pipeline and a three-way pipeline; the liquid storage tank is used for storing liquid cleaning additives; the inlet of the electric hydraulic pump is communicated with the liquid storage tank through a liquid conveying pipeline, the outlet of the electric hydraulic pump is communicated with a three-way pipeline through a connecting pipeline, and the three-way pipeline is communicated with an oil pipe of an automobile engine; the instrument desk comprises a control unit and an indication control panel; the control unit is used for setting a filling and cleaning period and a filling amount and controlling the electric hydraulic pump to work and comprises a junction box, a plurality of built-in time setting switches and a plurality of flow setting switches; and the junction box is respectively connected with the vehicle-mounted power supply and the electric hydraulic pump through wires. The invention realizes the timed, quantitative and automatic addition of the liquid cleaning additive into the fuel oil and the cleaning of the automobile oil circuit and gas circuit, can be installed in a matching way on the automobile, and is simple, convenient and low in cost.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of intelligent automobiles, and particularly relates to an automatic cleaning device and method for an oil way and a gas way of an automobile.
Background
After the automobile is used for a period of time, colloid is easily generated in a fuel oil channel, oil tank sediments are increased, carbon deposits are deposited in a combustion chamber and an air inlet and outlet valve, so that an oil pump, a filter, an oil nozzle, an exhaust pipe and the like are blocked or leaked, the air inlet and outlet valve is not closed tightly, heat dissipation of a cylinder sleeve piston is poor, and normal work of an engine is seriously influenced. the instrument desk comprises a control unit and an indication control panel; the control unit is used for setting a filling and cleaning period and a filling amount and controlling the electric hydraulic pump to work and comprises a junction box, a plurality of built-in time setting switches and a plurality of flow setting switches;
and the junction box is respectively connected with the vehicle-mounted power supply and the electric hydraulic pump through wires.

the flow setting switch specifically comprises a 250ml setting switch, a 500ml setting switch and a 1000ml setting switch.

15 days, 30 days, 45 days, 60 days, 75 days, 90 days, and 105 days;

1. the device can be installed along with the vehicle, the filling period and the filling amount can be reasonably selected according to different vehicle types, fuels and purposes, and the additive in the liquid storage tank can be regularly and quantitatively added into the fuel oil automatically, so that personalized intelligent addition is realized.
2. The additive added in the device can improve the fuel quality, improve the power of an engine and reduce the harmful peculiar emission, thereby saving energy and protecting environment.
3. The device can effectively clean the colloid and carbon deposition of the automobile fuel tank, the fuel filter, the fuel spray nozzle, the intake and exhaust valve, the combustion chamber, the cylinder sleeve piston, the three-way catalyst and the exhaust pipeline, ensure the working reliability of relevant parts, reduce the failure rate of the engine and prolong the service life of the automobile engine.

The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to examples and drawings, but the present invention is not limited thereto.
The invention provides a device capable of adding liquid additives (a fuel system cleaning agent, an oil quality improver, a carbon deposition cleaning agent for a combustion chamber of an intake and exhaust valve and an exhaust pipeline and the like) into fuel oil according to related proportions in a timed, quantitative and prompting manner and automatically/manually, aiming at solving the defects of a cleaning method of a modern automobile fuel system and the quality of the fuel oil.
Examples
As shown in fig. 1, the automatic cleaning device for the oil circuit and the gas circuit of the automobile of the invention comprises: a liquid storage tank 16 with a liquid level switch 17, an electric hydraulic pump 20, an instrument desk, a connecting pipeline and a line;
the liquid storage tank 16 comprises a liquid storage tank cover 18 and a liquid level switch 17, and is used for storing a liquid cleaning additive, wherein the liquid storage tank cover is used for sealing the liquid storage tank, supplementing the liquid additive and supplementing differential pressure air; the liquid level switch is used for providing a liquid level supplement signal.
In this embodiment, the electric hydraulic pump 20 is installed at the bottom of the liquid storage tank, and the inlet is communicated with the liquid storage tank and is powered by the vehicle-mounted power supply 19. The constant flow is kept under the stable voltage, a one-way valve is arranged, and an outlet is communicated with an oil pipe of the automobile engine through a liquid conveying pipeline and a three-way valve. The electric hydraulic pump 20 idles when the liquid storage tank is in a liquid shortage state; the liquid level switch has priority control right and has a protection function.
The instrument desk comprises a control unit 8 and an indication control panel 1;
the control unit 8 includes a junction box 9, a plurality of built-in time setting switches, and a plurality of flow rate setting switches.
In the present embodiment, the internal time setting switches include a 360h setting switch 10, a 720h setting switch 11, and a 1440h setting switch 12; the flow setting switch comprises a 250ml setting switch 13, a 500ml setting switch 14 and a 1000ml setting switch 15; the internal time setting switches are connected in parallel, the flow setting switches are connected in parallel, and the internal time setting switches and the flow setting switches are independent; the user can realize seven filling and cleaning cycles with different grades at different set intervals of 15 days, 30 days, 45 days, 60 days, 75 days, 90 days and 105 days according to different vehicle types, fuels and purposes, and seven filling quantities with different grades of 250ml, 500ml, 750ml, 1000ml, 1250ml, 1500ml and 1750ml are set each time.
The indication control panel 1 comprises a due filling prompt lamp 2, a liquid level alarm indicator lamp 3, a filling indicator lamp 4, a power switch 5, an automatic/manual starting switch 6 and a return-to-zero reset switch 7. The due filling prompting lamp, the liquid level alarm indicating lamp and the filling indicating lamp adopt different colors for indicating.
The connecting pipeline and the circuit comprise a liquid conveying pipeline for communicating the liquid storage tank with the electric hydraulic pump, the electric hydraulic pump with the three-way pipeline 21 of the matched vehicle type and wires for connecting the junction box with the liquid level switch of the liquid storage tank, the electric hydraulic pump and the vehicle-mounted power supply respectively.
In the present embodiment, the present apparatus is powered by an onboard power supply as an option for a vehicle. In another embodiment, the device is configured as a vehicle standard and is incorporated into an automotive lan shared control.
In this embodiment, the method for cleaning the oil path and the gas path of the automobile based on the device of this embodiment includes the following steps:

In the embodiment, the connecting pipelines and the interfaces of different vehicle types are different and can be set according to different cleaning cycles of the running environment and the quality of used fuel oil of the vehicle. the liquid storage tank is arranged in the automobile engine room and used for storing the liquid cleaning additive;
the electric hydraulic pump is arranged at the bottom of the liquid storage tank, the inlet of the electric hydraulic pump is communicated with the liquid storage tank through a liquid conveying pipeline, the outlet of the electric hydraulic pump is communicated with a three-way pipeline through a connecting pipeline, and the three-way pipeline is communicated with an oil pipe of an automobile engine;
the instrument desk comprises a control unit and an indication control panel; the control unit is used for setting a filling and cleaning period and a filling amount and controlling the electric hydraulic pump to work and comprises a junction box, a plurality of built-in time setting switches and a plurality of flow setting switches;
and the junction box is respectively connected with the vehicle-mounted power supply and the electric hydraulic pump through wires.
