Background
During the road surface construction, often can touch some rocks, in order to go on smoothly of follow-up construction, just need rock drilling to handle this moment, so-called rock drilling is just utilized rock drilling equipment to get rid of the rock, but present rock drilling equipment is just a automobile body and a drilling rod, can only chisel to the drill bit front end, simple structure, and the rock drilling effect is not good.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide rock drilling equipment for road surface construction, which can be used for drilling the front end by using a main drill rod and drilling surrounding rocks by using an auxiliary drill rod as required, and has higher efficiency.
To achieve these objects and other advantages in accordance with the purpose of the invention, there is provided a rock drilling apparatus for road surface construction, including:
a vehicle body;
one end of the adjusting arm is rotatably connected to the vehicle body, and the other end of the adjusting arm is rotatably connected to the drill rod; the adjusting arm is formed by splicing a plurality of arm sections, and every two adjacent arm sections can rotate oppositely; the drill rod rotates under the driving of the motor;

The drill bit is arranged at the bottom end of the main drill rod, and a circle of cutting knives are spirally arranged on the outer surface of the drill bit along the height direction of the drill bit; a plurality of through holes are formed in the side wall of the main drill rod at intervals along the height direction of the main drill rod;
the auxiliary drill rod is arranged inside the main drill rod and comprises a rod body with a hollow inner part, a plurality of cutting rods are arranged inside the rod body at intervals along the height direction of the rod body and are perpendicular to the rod body, one end of each cutting rod is connected to the hydraulic rod, and the other end of each cutting rod is provided with a cutting head; the cutting rods correspond to the through holes in the side wall of the main drill rod one by one, and when the hydraulic rod extends, the cutting rods on the hydraulic rod extend out of the corresponding through holes in the main drill rod to cut the soil layer on the outer side wall.
According to a preferred embodiment of the invention, each through hole on the main drill rod is rectangular, and the top end and the bottom end of each through hole are respectively sunken upwards and downwards to form an upper accommodating groove and a lower accommodating groove;
the upper accommodating groove and the lower accommodating groove are respectively connected with one end of an upper elastic member and one end of a lower elastic member downwards and upwards, the other ends of the upper elastic member and the lower elastic member are respectively connected with an upper sealing block and a lower sealing block, the outer side surfaces of the upper sealing block and the lower sealing block are both planes, and the inner side surfaces of the upper sealing block and the lower sealing block are both inclined;
when the upper elastic member and the lower elastic member are in a natural extension state, the upper sealing block and the lower sealing block are in seamless butt joint, the outer side surfaces of the upper sealing block and the lower sealing block are flush, extrusion grooves are formed in the splicing positions of the inner side surfaces of the upper sealing block and the lower sealing block, and the shapes of the extrusion grooves are consistent with the shapes of the cutting heads.
According to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the hydraulic rod of the rock drilling rig for road construction is connected to a control unit and is extended or retracted under the control of the control unit.
According to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the rock drilling equipment for road surface construction further includes a splash guard, which includes:
a collar slidably disposed outside the drill rod in a height direction of the drill rod;
the splash-proof cylinder is of a round table-shaped structure, and the smaller end of the splash-proof cylinder is connected to the lantern ring; the bigger end of the splash-proof cylinder is connected with a sealing ring,
the sealing ring lower extreme is irregular shape, just the sealing ring is made by flexible deformable material.
According to a preferred embodiment of the invention, the drill rod of the rock drilling equipment for road surface construction is detachably provided with a limiting ring so as to limit the position of the sleeve ring.
According to a preferred embodiment of the invention, the side wall thickness of the main drill rod is not less than 12 cm.
According to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the elastic member is a rigid spring.
According to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the rock drilling rig for road construction is configured such that the splash guard is foldable in a height direction thereof.
The invention at least comprises the following beneficial effects: the combined drilling machine disclosed by the invention combines the main drill rod and the auxiliary drill rod, so that the front end can be drilled by using the main drill rod, and peripheral rocks can be drilled by using the auxiliary drill rod according to the requirement, and the efficiency is higher.
The invention also provides a splash-proof device which comprises a splash-proof barrel, and powder or debris generated in the rock drilling process is blocked by the splash-proof barrel, so that the damage to the environment and workers is avoided.

The drill pipe 31 is hollow, a drill bit 32 is arranged at the bottom end of the drill pipe 31, and a circle of cutters are spirally arranged on the outer surface of the drill bit 32 along the height direction of the drill bit; a plurality of through holes 33 are formed in the side wall of the main drill rod 31 at intervals along the height direction of the main drill rod;
the secondary drill rod 34 is arranged inside the main drill rod 31, the secondary drill rod 34 comprises a rod body 341 with a hollow inner part, a plurality of cutting rods 342 are arranged inside the rod body 341 at intervals along the height direction of the rod body 341, the cutting rods 342 are arranged perpendicular to the rod body 341, one end of each cutting rod 342 is connected to a hydraulic rod, and the other end of each cutting rod 343 is provided with a cutting head; the plurality of cutting rods 342 correspond to the plurality of through holes 33 on the side wall of the main drill rod one by one, and when the hydraulic rod extends, the cutting rods 342 on the hydraulic rod extend out of the corresponding through holes 33 on the main drill rod 31 to cut soil layers on the outer side wall.
In practical applications, the cutting rod 342 can move through the rod 341 and has one end extending out of the rod 341.
In the above embodiment, during construction, the vehicle body 1 is used for walking, the whole rock drilling equipment for pavement construction is driven to a construction site, the angle of the adjusting arm 2 is adjusted, so that the drill rod 3 is vertical to the construction road surface to be drilled, an external motor is started, the motor rotates to drive the drill rod 3 to rotate, then rock drilling treatment is carried out on the rock on the road surface, after the main drill rod 31 outside drills a pit on the road surface, the road surface is damaged, the strength of the drill rod will decrease, and if the rock drilling speed is to be increased, the cutting rod 342 in the auxiliary drill rod 34 can be controlled to extend out of the corresponding through hole 33 in the main drill rod 31, the cutting head 343 on the cutting rod 342 cuts the soil layer on the outer side wall, so that the rock drilling speed can be further increased on the premise of protecting the auxiliary drill rod, and the rock drilling efficiency is also improved. Particularly, when the hardness of the rock on the side wall of the pit foundation is not high, the length of the cutting rod 342 in the secondary drill rod 34 extending out of the through hole 33 in the main drill rod 31 can be further increased.
It should be further noted that the main drill rod 31 and the sub drill rod 34 are both made of high-strength and high-hardness stainless steel materials.
According to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, in the rock drilling equipment for road surface construction, each through hole 33 on the main drill rod 31 is rectangular, and the top end and the bottom end of each through hole 33 are respectively recessed upwards and downwards to form an upper accommodating groove 35 and a lower accommodating groove 36;
the upper receiving groove 35 and the lower receiving groove 36 are respectively connected with one end of an upper elastic member 37 and one end of a lower elastic member 38 downwards and upwards, the other end of the upper elastic member 37 and the other end of the lower elastic member 38 are respectively connected with an upper sealing block 39 and a lower sealing block 40, the outer side surfaces of the upper sealing block 39 and the lower sealing block 43 are both flat, and the inner side surfaces of the upper sealing block 39 and the lower sealing block 40 are both inclined;
when the upper elastic member 37 and the lower elastic member 38 are in a natural extension state, the upper sealing block 39 and the lower sealing block 40 are in seamless butt joint, the outer side surfaces of the two are flush, and the inner side surfaces of the two form a pressing groove at the joint, and the shape of the pressing groove is consistent with that of the cutting head 343.
When the cutting rod 342 in the secondary drill rod 34 intends to extend out of the through hole 33 of the corresponding main drill rod 31, the cutting head 343 at the front end of the cutting rod 342 is firstly abutted against the pressing groove formed at the joint of the inner side surfaces of the upper sealing block 39 and the lower sealing block 40, under the further thrust of the hydraulic rod, the cutting head 343 is pressed away from the upper sealing block 39 and the lower sealing block 40, the two are separated, and the upper elastic member 37 and the lower elastic member 38 are compressed, so that the cutting rod 342 in the secondary drill rod 34 extends out of the through hole 33 of the corresponding main drill rod 31; when the drill pipe retracts into the main drill pipe 31, the upper elastic member 37 and the lower elastic member 38 recover to deform, the upper sealing block 39 and the lower sealing block 40 are controlled to realize seamless butt joint, the through hole is sealed, and external dust or broken stones are prevented from entering the main drill pipe 31.
Further, the upper elastic member 37 and the lower elastic member 38 may be implemented as stiff springs, and the number of the stiff springs is not limited and may be set according to actual needs.
According to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the hydraulic rod of the rock drilling rig for road construction is connected to a control unit and is extended or retracted under the control of the control unit.
According to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the rock drilling equipment for road surface construction further includes a splash guard 4, which includes:
a collar 41 slidably provided outside the drill rod in a height direction of the drill rod;
the splash-proof cylinder 42 is in a circular truncated cone-shaped structure, and the smaller end of the splash-proof cylinder 42 is connected to the lantern ring 41; the larger end of the splash guard cylinder 42 is connected with a sealing ring 43,
it should be further explained that, in the whole rock drilling process, the problem of dust, gravel and the like splashing inevitably occurs, which causes damage to the environment and workers, so the application designs the anti-splash device 4, wherein the anti-splash cylinder 42 is sleeved outside the drill rod 3 to protect the dust and the gravel. And the height of the lantern ring 41 sleeved on the drill rod 3 can be adjusted according to actual use requirements.
The lower end of the sealing ring 43 is irregular, and the sealing ring 43 is made of flexible deformable material. So that the utility model is more suitable for the road surface with uneven surface, and the effect of sealing and preventing broken stones is better.
According to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, in the rock drilling equipment for road surface construction, a limit ring is detachably disposed on the drill rod to limit the position of the collar 41.
