s2: starting the winch 11 to wind the traction rope 10 to drive the maintenance vehicle 1 to move on the main cable 2 and the handrail rope 3, and braking to an overhaul position to overhaul;
s3: after the overhaul of the overhaul positions is completed, the brake of the rope conveying vehicle 4 is released, and the rope conveying vehicle 4 and the overhaul vehicle 1 are repeatedly moved until the overhaul of all the overhaul positions is completed.
In some alternative embodiments, when the maintenance vehicle 1 moves on the main cable 2, causing the main cable 2 to be damaged, the bearing platform 13 is jacked by using a jacking device arranged above the pulley 151; when the maintenance vehicle 1 moves to the cable clamp 21 of the main cable 2, the jacking device arranged above the pulley 151 is used for jacking the bearing platform 13, and then the winch 11 is used for retracting the traction rope 10 to drive the maintenance vehicle 1 to cross the cable clamp 21.
In conclusion, the rope conveying vehicle 4 is arranged on the handrail rope 3 to drag the traction rope 10 in advance, and then the maintenance vehicle 1 winds the traction rope 10, so that the traction rope 10 drives the maintenance vehicle 1 to move on the main rope 2 and the handrail rope 3. In this way, the maintenance vehicle 1 can reduce the driving system, and the main cable 2 and the handrail rope 3 share the weight of the maintenance vehicle 1 by arranging the maintenance vehicle 1 on the main cable 2 and the handrail rope 3, so that the damage to the main cable can be reduced, and the device can easily stride over the position of the cable clamp 21. The jacking device is arranged above each pulley 151, and when the maintenance vehicle crosses over an obstacle, the lifting device can be lifted to increase the supporting force of the grab rope 3 on the maintenance vehicle 1, so that the maintenance vehicle 1 can conveniently cross over the cable clamp 21.
Before reaching the position of the cable clamp 21, when the running gear 14 is found to damage the outer painted surface of the main cable 2, the jacking device is started to support the bearing platform 13, so that the handrail rope 3 bears more dead weight of the maintenance vehicle 1, thereby reducing damage to the main cable 2. When crossing over the barrier, the jacking device can be lifted to increase the supporting force of the grab rail 3 to the maintenance vehicle 1, so that the maintenance vehicle 1 can conveniently cross over the cable clamp 21.
