Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of plastic raw material preparation, in particular to a plastic raw material with a stone-like effect and a preparation method thereof, wherein the plastic raw material comprises the following components in parts by weight: 10-30 parts of straw powder, 70-80 parts of PC plastic raw material, 8-10 parts of pigment powder, 0.1-0.6 part of antioxidant, 0.1-0.6 part of flexibilizer, 1-3 parts of flame retardant, 1-3 parts of titanium dioxide, 2-4 parts of aromatic polyamide fiber and 2-4 parts of polytetrafluoroethylene; wherein the size of the straw powder particles is 1000-3000 meshes. The invention can not only improve the wear resistance of products made of plastic raw materials and prolong the service life of the products, but also reduce the texture difference between the products, so that the stone imitation effect of the products is more vivid.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of plastic raw material preparation, in particular to a plastic raw material with a stone-like effect and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The plastic material is mainly thermoplastic and thermosetting plastic according to the molecular structure of the synthetic resin, and the thermoplastic plastic refers to plastic still having plasticity after repeated heating, and mainly comprises common materials such as PE/PP/PVC/PS/ABS/PMMA/POM/PC/PA and the like. In order to improve market competitiveness of existing plastic raw materials, different melting points and flow rates between color master batches and raw materials are generally utilized to generate natural irregular stripes, so that a stone-like effect is achieved. However, the existing plastic raw materials are extremely easy to wear and consume the corners of the plastic raw materials along with the time, so that the service life of the plastic raw materials is shortened.
Therefore, we propose a plastic material with stone-like effect and a preparation method thereof to solve the above problems.

A plastic raw material with a stone-like effect comprises the following components in parts by weight: 10-30 parts of straw powder, 70-80 parts of PC plastic raw material, 8-10 parts of pigment powder, 0.1-0.6 part of antioxidant, 0.1-0.6 part of flexibilizer, 1-3 parts of flame retardant, 1-3 parts of titanium dioxide, 2-4 parts of aromatic polyamide fiber and 2-4 parts of polytetrafluoroethylene;
wherein the size of the straw powder particles is 1000-3000 meshes.
Preferably, the antioxidant is a mixture of tributyl phosphite and triphenyl phosphite.
Preferably, the toughening agent is a phthalate.
Preferably, the flame retardant is tributyl phosphate.
A preparation method of a plastic raw material with a stone-like effect comprises the following steps:
s1, putting the raw materials into a high-speed mixer, and uniformly stirring to obtain a mixture;
s2, adding the mixture into a double-screw extruder to obtain an extrudate;
and S3, cooling the extrudate, and then sending the extrudate to a granulator to prepare a finished product.
Preferably, the mixing time of the mixture in the high-speed mixer is 25-35 min.
Preferably, the extrusion processing temperature of the double-screw extruder is 220-300 ℃, and the rotating speed of the screw is 300-500 rpm.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. according to the invention, the aromatic polyamide fiber and the polytetrafluoroethylene are added into the plastic raw material, so that molecules ground out by the plastic in the friction process can form a film with a lubricating effect on the surface of the plastic, thereby improving the wear resistance of the product and prolonging the service life of the product.

According to the plastic raw material provided by the invention, the stripes in the stone-like effect plastic raw material are provided by adopting the straw powder, so that the grain difference among products obtained when the products are prepared by using the plastic raw material is smaller, and the stone-like vivid effect of the products is good.

5. The preparation method of the plastic raw material with the stone-like effect is characterized by comprising the following steps of:
s1, putting the raw materials into a high-speed mixer, and uniformly stirring to obtain a mixture;
s2, adding the mixture into a double-screw extruder to obtain an extrudate;
and S3, cooling the extrudate, and then sending the extrudate to a granulator to prepare a finished product.
6. The method for preparing a plastic material with stone-like effect as claimed in claim 5, wherein the mixing time of the mixture in the high-speed mixer is 25-35 min.
