Abstract
The application provides a bicycle basket and bicycle. The bicycle basket includes: a basket body configured to be coupled to a bicycle, the basket body having an accommodating space configured to accommodate articles; a cup-shaped article receiving portion provided in the receiving space of the basket body, the cup-shaped article receiving portion including a cup-shaped article receiving space configured to receive a cup-shaped article to prevent the cup-shaped article from being forced to tilt beyond a preset angle during movement of the bicycle. The bicycle basket is provided with the cup-shaped article containing part in the basket body, the cup-shaped article containing part can contain cup-shaped articles filled with liquid, and the cup-shaped articles can be prevented from inclining due to bumping in the bicycle moving process, so that the liquid is prevented from being spilled.

Technical Field
The application belongs to the technical field of bicycles, and particularly relates to a bicycle basket and a bicycle.
Background
The existing bicycle basket can not be used for placing cups filled with liquid, such as cups filled with cola in McDonald, cups filled with coffee in Starbucks and the like, because after the existing bicycle basket is placed, if the road surface is bumpy, the existing bicycle basket can cause the cups to fall or incline due to uneven stress in the riding process, and at the moment, the liquid in the cups can be spilled.

a cup-shaped article receiving portion provided in the receiving space of the basket body, the cup-shaped article receiving portion including a cup-shaped article receiving space configured to receive a cup-shaped article to prevent the cup-shaped article from being forced to tilt beyond a preset angle during movement of the bicycle.
Optionally, the preset angle is 0 ° to 45 °.

A bicycle basket as shown in fig. 1 includes a basket body 1 and a cup-shaped article receiving portion 2, the basket body 1 being configured to be coupled to a bicycle, the basket body 1 having a receiving space configured to receive an article; the cup-shaped article receiving portion 2 is provided in the receiving space of the basket body 1, and the cup-shaped article receiving portion 2 includes a cup-shaped article receiving space configured to receive the cup-shaped article 3 to prevent the cup-shaped article 3 from being forced to tilt beyond a predetermined angle during the movement of the bicycle.
The bicycle basket is provided with the cup-shaped article containing part in the basket body, the cup-shaped article containing part can contain cup-shaped articles filled with liquid, and the cup-shaped articles can be prevented from inclining due to bumping in the bicycle moving process, so that the liquid is prevented from being spilled.
In the present embodiment, the preset angle may be 0 ° to 60 °, and preferably, 0 ° to 45 °.
In the present embodiment, by setting the size of the diameter of the cup receiving space of the cup receiving portion, it is possible to allow the present application to store cup-shaped articles of different volumes.

In an alternative embodiment, the basket body further comprises a basket cover which is detachably connected or hinged with the enclosure to close or open the receiving space.
Referring to fig. 1, in the present embodiment, the cup-shaped article accommodating portion 2 is connected to the surface of the basket plate 11 connected to the fence; the cup-shaped article accommodating portion 2 extends from the surface of the basket plate connected to the cup-shaped article accommodating portion in a direction away from the surface opposite to the surface.
In this way, the accommodating space of the basket body is divided into a part as a cup-shaped article accommodating space without occupying other space.
Referring to fig. 2, in the present embodiment, the cup-shaped article accommodating portion 2 is connected to a face of the basket panel 11 opposite to the face connected to the fence; the basket plate 11 is provided with an opening 111 which communicates with the cup-shaped article accommodating portion 2 so that the cup-shaped articles 3 are inserted into the cup-shaped article accommodating portion from the opening; the cup-shaped article accommodating portion 2 extends from the surface of the basket plate connected to the cup-shaped article accommodating portion in a direction away from the surface opposite to the surface.
In this way, a recess space is added to the basket plate for receiving the cup-shaped articles, and other articles can be placed on the cup-shaped articles.
It is understood that in the present embodiment, the number of the cup-shaped article accommodating portions 2 can be set by itself according to the requirement, and may be one or more, and the positions of the cup-shaped article accommodating portions may be at the edge positions of the basket panel, for example, when the basket panel is a square panel, the cup-shaped article accommodating portions are located at one corner or more corners of the square panel. The cup-shaped article accommodating portion may be provided at a central position of the basket plate.
Referring to fig. 1, in the present embodiment, the cup-shaped article accommodating portion 2 includes: the telescopic channel comprises a first split ring 21, a telescopic channel 22 and a bottom plate 23, wherein one end of the telescopic channel 22 is connected with the first split ring; the bottom plate 23 is respectively connected with the basket plate 11 and the other end of the telescopic channel 22; wherein the telescopic channel 22 and the bottom plate 23 enclose a cup-shaped article accommodating space.
In use, a user places a cup-shaped article from the first split ring into the cup-shaped article receiving space and is supported by the base plate.
It will be appreciated that in an alternative embodiment the cup receiving space is a tapered space, i.e. the end of the telescopic channel at the first split ring is of a larger diameter and tapers in diameter towards the base plate, so that the telescopic channel also provides a gripping force to the cup placed inside, further preventing its movement.
It will be appreciated that in this alternative embodiment, no floor may be provided.
Referring to fig. 2, in the present embodiment, the cup-shaped article accommodating portion 2 includes a first split ring 21, a telescopic passage 22, and a bottom plate 23, the first split ring 21 being connected to a basket panel in the vicinity of the opening; one end of the telescopic channel 22 is connected with the first split ring; the bottom plate 23 is connected with the other end of the telescopic channel 22; wherein the telescopic channel 22 and the bottom plate 23 enclose a cup-shaped article accommodating space.
In use, a user places a cup-shaped article from the first split ring into the cup-shaped article receiving space and is supported by the base plate.
It will be appreciated that in an alternative embodiment the cup receiving space is a tapered space, i.e. the end of the telescopic channel at the first split ring is of a larger diameter and tapers in diameter towards the base plate, so that the telescopic channel also provides a gripping force to the cup placed inside, further preventing its movement.
It will be appreciated that in this alternative embodiment, no floor may be provided.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, in the present embodiment, the expansion channel 22 includes at least two ring bodies 221 and a connecting portion 222, and the ring bodies 221 are arranged in the extending direction of the expansion channel 22; the ring body 221 closest to the first split ring 21 is connected with the first split ring 21 through a connecting part, every two adjacent ring bodies 222 are connected through a connecting part, and the ring body 221 closest to the bottom plate 23 is connected with the bottom plate through a connecting part; wherein the connecting portion 222 can be compressed to bring the respective annular bodies close to each other and the bottom plate close to the first split ring 21.
In this embodiment, the connecting portion is a compressible spring.
It is understood that in other embodiments, the connection may be a telescoping rod, a telescopic cylinder, plastic, etc.
In this embodiment, the bicycle basket further comprises a cover removably coupled to the first split ring to cover the first split ring 21.
In one embodiment, the closure is hingedly connected to the first split ring.
In one embodiment, the first split ring is provided with a thread and the closure is provided with a mating thread, the two being connected by the thread.
The cup can be further prevented from tilting due to bumps or jumping out of the cup receiving space directly by the closure.
It will be appreciated that the cup-shaped article receiving space of the present application may be a cylindrical space, a conical space, a rectangular parallelepiped space, a cubic space or other shaped space, etc.
In this embodiment, the bottom plate is provided with heat dissipation holes;
in the present embodiment, the temperature lowering device includes a temperature sensor, a radiator, a display device, and a controller, the temperature sensor being provided in the cup containing portion 2 for detecting the temperature of the cup containing portion 2; the radiator is arranged on the bottom plate and used for cooling the cup-shaped article accommodating part 2; the display device is arranged on the basket body, connected with the temperature sensor and used for displaying the temperature detected by the temperature sensor; the controller is installed on the basket body, and the controller is connected with radiator and temperature sensor for control radiator work according to the temperature of temperature sensor transmission.
In use, the controller may set a threshold value, and cause the controller to control operation of the heat sink when the temperature delivered by the temperature sensor is greater than the threshold value.
In one embodiment, the application further comprises a control switch, wherein the control switch is connected with the controller and used for controlling whether the controller works or not.
In one embodiment, the heat sink is an electric fan having a fan switch that controls whether the electric fan is operating.

3. A bicycle basket according to claim 2, characterised in that the cup-shaped article receiving portion (2) is connected to the face of the basket panel (11) to which the rail is connected;
the cup-shaped article accommodating portion (2) extends from the surface of the basket plate connected with the cup-shaped article accommodating portion in the direction away from the surface opposite to the surface.
4. A bicycle basket according to claim 3, characterised in that the cup-shaped article receiving portion (2) is connected to a face of the basket panel (11) opposite to the face connected to the rail;
the basket plate (11) is provided with an opening (111) which is communicated with the cup-shaped article accommodating part (2) so that the cup-shaped articles (3) can extend into the cup-shaped article accommodating part (2) from the opening;
the cup-shaped article accommodating portion (2) extends from the surface of the basket plate connected with the cup-shaped article accommodating portion in the direction away from the surface opposite to the surface.
5. A bicycle basket according to claim 3, characterised in that the cup-shaped article receiving portion (2) comprises:
a first split ring (21);
a telescopic channel (22), wherein one end of the telescopic channel (22) is connected with the first split ring;
the bottom plate (23), the said bottom plate (23) is connected with another end of the said car basket board (11) and telescopic channel (22) separately; wherein,
the telescopic channel (22) and the bottom plate (23) enclose to form the cup-shaped article accommodating space.
6. Bicycle basket according to claim 4, characterized in that the cup-shaped article receiving portion (2) comprises:
a first split ring (21), the first split ring (21) being connected to a basket panel (11) in the vicinity of the opening;

a connecting part (222), wherein the annular body (221) closest to the first split ring (21) is connected with the first split ring (21) through the connecting part, every two adjacent annular bodies (222) are connected through the connecting part, and the annular body (221) closest to the bottom plate (23) is connected with the bottom plate through the connecting part; wherein,
