Thus, if such modifications and variations of the present invention fall within the scope of the claims of the present invention and their equivalents, the present invention is also intended to include such modifications and variations.

Claims (10)

1. A maintenance control method for an automobile air conditioner is applied to an automobile air conditioner controller and is characterized by comprising the following steps:
when an automobile air conditioner maintenance signal is received, recording current air conditioner state information;
starting a maintenance function of the automobile air conditioner, and controlling the automobile air conditioner to adjust an air conditioner state according to a preset flow, wherein the air conditioner state comprises an air blower, a mixing air door, a mode air door and a circulating air door;
after the state of the air conditioner is adjusted according to the preset time, the air conditioner maintenance function of the automobile air conditioner is closed;
and controlling the automobile air conditioner to restore the air conditioner state according to the recorded air conditioner state information.
2. The maintenance control method for the air conditioner of the automobile as claimed in claim 1, wherein the step of controlling the air conditioner of the automobile to adjust the air conditioning states according to a preset flow, the air conditioning states including a blower, a mixing damper, a mode damper and a circulating damper, comprises the steps of:
controlling an automobile air conditioner to switch a mixing air door, a mode air door and a circulating air door to a maintenance heating mode according to a preset flow, wherein the maintenance heating mode is to switch the mixing air door to the highest heating temperature, switch the mode air door to a blowing surface and blowing feet and switch the circulating air door to an internal circulation;
after heating for a preset time in a maintenance heating mode, switching a mixing air door and a circulating air door to a maintenance refrigerating mode, wherein the maintenance refrigerating mode is to switch the mixing air door to the lowest refrigerating temperature and switch the circulating air door to external circulation;
and after the preset time of refrigeration in the maintenance refrigeration mode, closing the air conditioner maintenance function of the automobile air conditioner.
3. The vehicle air conditioner maintenance control method as set forth in claim 2, wherein said step of switching the blend door, the mode door, and the circulation door to the maintenance heating mode includes the steps of:
closing the air blower, and simultaneously switching the mixing air door, the mode air door and the circulating air door to a maintenance heating mode;
and after the mixing air door, the mode air door and the circulating air door are switched, adjusting the air blower to a preset gear.
4. The maintenance control method for an air conditioner in a vehicle according to claim 3, wherein said step of switching the mixing damper and the circulation damper to the maintenance cooling mode includes the steps of:
closing the air blower, and simultaneously switching the mixing air door and the circulating air door to a maintenance refrigeration mode;
and after the mixing air door and the circulating air door are switched, adjusting the air blower to a preset gear.
5. The vehicle air conditioner maintenance control method according to claim 1, wherein before the step of "recording current air conditioner state information when receiving a vehicle air conditioner maintenance signal", the method comprises the steps of:
the vehicle body controller obtains a maintenance signal of the automobile air conditioner according to the vehicle state information, the accumulated non-maintenance time of the air conditioner pipeline and the temperature and humidity information, and controls the vehicle body controller to send the maintenance signal of the automobile air conditioner to the automobile air conditioner controller; or the like, or, alternatively,
and generating a maintenance signal of the automobile air conditioner according to an instruction issued by a user, and acquiring the maintenance signal of the automobile air conditioner by the automobile air conditioner controller.
6. The maintenance control method for the air conditioner of the vehicle as claimed in claim 5, wherein after the step of turning off the air conditioner maintenance function of the air conditioner of the vehicle, the method comprises the steps of:
and clearing the accumulated non-maintenance time of the air conditioner pipeline.
7. The maintenance control method for the air conditioner of the vehicle as claimed in claim 1, wherein the step of turning on the maintenance function of the air conditioner of the vehicle comprises the following steps:
adjusting the maintenance flow state of the automobile air conditioner to be maintenance start;
and after the air conditioner pipeline maintenance function is closed, the maintenance flow state of the automobile air conditioner is adjusted to be maintained as not started.
8. An automotive air conditioning controller, characterized by being used for executing the air conditioning pipeline maintenance demand analysis method of any one of the claims 1 to 7.
9. An automotive air conditioning maintenance control system, characterized by comprising the air conditioning controller of claim 8.
